The buttons stick. The R1 button broke off after a few hours of game play. The light is annoying and I never used it. Buy quality. This is cheap plastic nonsense.

This controller is decent. I got the blue one, and I only use it when we need more than 2 controllers. It has a huge dead zone, and it isnt very sensitive at all. No tilt/motion sensors, but it does have a turbo button. Its pretty comfortable, and it's about the size of a regular ps3 controller. It takes 3 AAA batteries to run, and it has a setting to turn off the light up. I have to say, it is BEAUTIFUL when it's lit up in the dark, but it wastes more battery life. The USB receiver was iffy to get it to work. It also takes up the #1 controller slot even when its not used, so its a hassle to get some games working right. It always wants to be first player. Theres also a bit of lag before the movements work.
