I bought this because it was cheap. At first it was uncomfortable, but then I realized i could adjust the ear hanger, and then it was nice. I guess so you could put it on either ear. I like how it plugs right into a USB port instead of needing a charging cable.

I purchased this headset at a local store and it did not work. Returned it and got a new one which also would not work. Neither one would charge. I tried to charge both of them with the USB on my playstation, computer, and wall charger with no luck on any of them following the directions precisely. I would never buy a product made by this company again.

Shortly after hooking up the headset I noticed that swinging the boom up and down would cause the mic to cut out and lose connection. After grabbing the screw driver and opening it up I was able to position the wires such that they didn't contact themselves. This solved the problem, but doesn't reflect well on the quality of the product.

Once I had it working correctly, it worked as advertised. The microphone mute button is nice as well as the on headset volume and mute controls. The only other complaint I would have would be the background buzzing. There is a low pitch buzzing when the headset is on which changes to a higher pitch when the mic is muted. The buzzing isn't very loud and can easily be ignored. It may have something to do with the wires in close proximity within the ear piece. I just don't want to have to open it up again to try and fix it.

Overall I rated this product 3/5. It would be a 4/5 based on how the headset is currently working for me, but I had to knock off another point based on the initial problem with the wires.
