I have owned the specialist ultimate gaming bundle for a little over a year and am quite pleased with the product itself. With the amount of use it has had plus the amount of traveling I've done with I feel I have put it through its paces. As such I've experienced some wear and tare issues with which Nox Audio had been excellent at resolving, until recently. The USB peripheral pulled free from its casing exposing four prongs one of which had completely snapped off when I was removing the peripheral from my PS3. I have been in contact with customer service for 6 weeks now and have gone through the typical back and forth that I've experience in the past. However I am now in the middle of week three with a blatant lack of response despite daily e-mails through both this website and my own personal account. I am truly disappointed with this outright disrespect towards their customers. I suggest finding a different company who will value their customers and honor their warranty. Although the product delivers on everything it promises, it has a shoddy design and will eventually break resulting in a need to go through customer service which at one point was very helpful and responsive, but now appears to be non-existent. So think twice, do your research and avoid the headache that I am suffering.

When I bought this product, I had a friend who had already purchased them and had mentioned them to me. So I decided to test them out, after having a pair of Beats headphones stolen from me last year, and all my mic's for my xbox broken. This seemed like the perfect medium, but I wasn't expecting anything beyond satisfactory. But beyond is what I received. These headphones are easily comparable to the high-end turtle beach headphones, and rest easily upon your ears. The ear cushions are incredibly soft, and although you would think that doesn't matter so much, you would be amazed at how much it truly does. Using these for musical purposes is also more ideal than I had believed it to be. The convenient carrying case that comes along, has a good hard casing, so you don't have to worry about it getting tossed or jumbled around, and it's still compact and easy to just carry along or throw into a backpack. The negotiator bundle, as well, is amazing. The Fiber-optic cable included in it for audio to the headphones, has such great quality. At any point, I can tell you where things are happening in whatever game I'm playing, without even needing to look. I get no feedback, echo, or anything else of the sorts through the mic, and the quality of the mic is excellent.
