Today's Bonus:
These sticks feel cheap they feel much lighter, less dense than the sticks that come with the Rock Band complete set. The ones I have are red but there's no reviews permitted at the moment while it's out of stock. I believe these are 5A's and are not nylon tipped, and I don't know why I assumed they were (I really thought the pictures on the site here make them look as though they're nylon tipped). I used them for all of 10 seconds and I'm not a "pounder" on the drums and one of them just snapped in half along an area where there was a small knot and what appeared to be rotted wood (that grey/blue color).
The tips are larger than the original sticks' tips that came with my original complete kit. The sticks are not a sold red but are printed with a fire/flame pattern in grey on a red background. The original Ludwig sticks are much better. At this price I would simply go to a real music store and purchase a pair of drumsticks. That way you can also get nylon tipped sticks.
Overall cheaply made. Feels cheap. Distributed by Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, Inc. They're mass-market merchandise makers for lots of other companies. Buy your sticks elsewhere!

Well they worked for about 5 seconds and 1 broke right in half. I was just tapping the drums and it busted. Must have been a knot rigt there because it was a clean break.Buy Rock Band Replacement Drumsticks Black/White Now
Worked through all of 2 songs and shattered. I was playing Flyleaf I'm So Sick which is not a heavy drumming song and the stick snapped in two. It was the stick in my left hand which is my weak hand and I was not hitting hard at all because it was late at night and I was tiring to be quiet. The original sticks that came with the set are still working fine. These sticks are much lighter and feel as if they are made from balsa wood. They feel cheep, and are. Save your money and don't buy these rip-offs.
Bottom line:
Cheap product tring to cash in on the Rock Band name.
Read Best Reviews of Rock Band Replacement Drumsticks Black/White Here
After our dog decided that our Rock Band drumsticks were the latest chew toys, we had to get some replacements. I originally thought these were a bit overpriced for just game drumsticks (paid $ for them), but I was happy with the quality. I read some reviews that they were different (and poorer quality) than the original ones but those reviewers had the red ones. We got the black/white ones and I thought they felt as solid as the original ones (or better even!) and the dimensions were exactly the same (compared them side-by-side with a friend's original ones), so maybe the trick here is to get the black/white ones? Well, either way, we're very happy with the replacement ones and have used them heavily during our Rock Band sessions and they have lasted us well thus far. We also kept them well hidden from our dog now, so we haven't had to replace them since! These sticks are very cool. They do not improve my drum skills, but they meake it look cooler while trying!!
