I like my Joytech Fusion Cooling Fan for Playstation 3, but like it says in the title, it's not perfect. At first I had trouble putting the fan on my PS3, but once I got it on it worked fine except for the occasional loud humming noise. I don't know what causes the fan to make that noise, hence the not so perfect score. Still, I recommend getting this fan because it does help cool the console a lot.Joytech Playstation 3 Fusion Cooling Fan

I bought this yesterday and will be returning it today. I haven't seen something this badly designed in many years, and I thought people had more brains then this by 2008.3 reasons why NOT to buy this:
1.) This item leaves you with roughly 1/2 an inch of clearance behind your PS3 for your wire connections, and 1/4 of an inch for the wires to actually pass through a cutout. Look:I can't even install it on my PS3 because of such miniscule clearance! (it's supposed to flip down over all of the wires).
2.) Even if I was able to get it installed, the fans are pointing right at the wiring with no guards, so any of the wires back there would stop a fan and possibly give you a USB power issue.
3.) This item feeds power from USB. How do you ask? They give you a small USB cable that reaches around to the front of your PS3 hogging one of your jacks. Would have been much more smart to have a power coupling that links right into the main power right next to the unit.
One last thing...you can see a little door on the picture right? That's not for wires, that's so that you can see your S/N if you need to.
Complete waste of money, buyer beware.
