First of all, there is no English in the game whatsoever. For those who don't understand Japanese, there are translations over the internet you can follow along and even a nice app with dialogue bubble by bubble translation at this link

Now that the language issue is out of the way, this game is good for anyone who likes a game with a good story! The basic battle system is similar to the Tales games that came before this where all the fights are in a secluded dimension, but with added features such as additional skills that are sealed inside weapons.

So far it's a really great game (I'm 10 hours in), and as a JRPG fan, I would give this 9.8/10 where 10/10 would be Tales of Symphonia 1 (just because nothing is as good as Tales of Symphonia 1 imo).

There are many more features than the Xbox version, which I haven't played, such as double the scenes are voiced, more dungeons, playable characters, costumes, artes, songs, bosses, team colloseum, and new gameplay elements (you can use up to 16 artes shortcuts) (right now I only have 3 artes so I'm not sure how to use this yet but yea).

I highly recommend this game, it's definitely worth the price. For those of you who know a bit of Japanese like me from watching anime, the humor is really funny and you can enjoy the raw jokes that haven't been translated which is a plus for me.

Some minor sound issues but otherwise great game. It so badly needs the music and in game audio fixed. Buzz noises and sometimes the sound for battle music vanishes. I'm Giving it a five stars because the gameplay and redone plus added scenes more than makes up for it. I also appreciate Yuri's in game hair is now fixed and set to the proper color. The xbox 360 version his hair was purple. Also glad to have Flyn in my party and Patty is hilarious.

This item arrived on September 14th, despite the ETA being the 20th. I was overly surprised when I was contacted and told it was waiting for me. Brand new in original packaging and all that great glory going on here. When it's stated "The Best", that is no false advertisement at all...It really is THE BEST. Thank you very much to the seller and Amazon for providing this item for me. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would definitely give more...
