I purchased one of these about 6 months ago. The functions of the charge base perform as one would expect. It charges the controllers quickly and it is asthetically pleasing. The problem I found is that the mini USB connections where you plug the controller in eventually became loose and fell down inside the charger. The only reason that this happened so quickly with mine is because I have small children that have trouble being careful with delicate things. This would eventually happen after extended use, however, because of how it is constructed. It does its job, but it isn't very durable.

I have had these for i think over a year the weird thing is that i thought that they were not working for a time and was ready to take it back have no clue what happened then started moving the controllers around in different slots and it has been working i have seen so many reviews on certain chargers that they burn out in months this one has not.Read Best Reviews of PS3 - Charger - Quad Charge Base (Komodo) Here
