The excellent quality surprised me!
All parts quality manufactured and assembled perfectly.
I'm 6'3"/190lbs and fit nicely, but I did order the seat slider kit as I sometimes like to drive with legs stretched out to the peddles I would wait to order the slider kit until you know you need it as it really isn't necessary.
I looked at other brand cockpit seats and viewed them in action on the video sites; this one seemed to have very little flex and movement while playing in comparison to the others. I drive with a Thrust Master T500RS and it has VERY powerful force feedback. I wanted a cockpit that was sturdy enough to handle this wheel and this newly designed Playseat GT was the right choice!!
PROS:
Excellent Quality all the way around, Very Sturdy yet easy to move, Highly adjustable for body type & setup preference, excellent companion for the T500RS, all cabling can be routed through the framing tubes safe and out of sight.
CONS:
Seat could be more comfortable/more padding especially for those 2+ hour endurance races, but nothing a little pillow can't take care
of.
Summary:
High quality and priced perfect. Brings my racing to a new level of realism and absolute fun at its finest!! Get real, get serious and get this Playseat!

Logitech t500 RS wheel works with this seat. It's a little large and there's no mounting kit currently. The built-in vise works if the wheel is mounted in the closest or middle position, but not the farthest-away, and is a little bit too close for larger drivers. I was able to mount the pedals securely in the "f1 position" (pedals coming up from the baseplate instead of down from above) by removing the bolts for the top bracket and swinging it around the back of the plate. As soon as I opened the box the quality was obvious. All individual metal pieces were wrapped to prevent scratches and parts were very secure in the box. Assembly was a breeze took me 10-15mins. This seat is very stable and does not move on carpet (I have thick carpet) as described by another reviewer.Pro's

******UPDATE*****
After One year of solid play using the T500RS the seat is holding up very well. I would now add to the Con list that the clamp that holds the wheel stand up (pedal stand ok) will vibrate down during gameplay, easily fixed with a small piece of rubber placed under the clamping mechanism.

This seat is Awesome! It was pretty easy to assemble and it is very solid after getting it together. Despite some other reviews I read, the seat is quite comfortable and stable. The steering wheel height and pedal mount length adjustments are both very simple. I have had about 15 different friends and family try it out ranging from 285 pounds down to 80 pounds and they all like the seat and said that it is very comfortable. I definitely recommend this seat!Happy Racing!
