I really liked this headset, from the design, the quality, the colors, the innovation and the sound. It is really comfortable to wear for about a couple hours but after that the pressure kind of gets to you. The sound is great and the mic works great also. I was surprised that the ear-cup housing is made of metal, so its kinda hard to hurt these. Even having a metal housing the headset is really light and relatively small. Also it can be plugged into any 3.5mm headset jack(phones, mp3 players...) which is really cool. Great headset overall but, it is corded (not wireless) and there is no voice feedback. Meaning you can't hear yourself speaking in-game, so you have to talk louder or yell just to hear yourself; at the same time yelling at everyone who you are playing with in-game and anyone sitting around you. It is a good headset but for the just about the same price you can get the Turtle Beach X31 which fixes all those issues, which is what I have done. Hope this helps.

I have owned the specialist ultimate gaming bundle for a little over a year and am quite pleased with the product itself. With the amount of use it has had plus the amount of traveling I've done with I feel I have put it through its paces. As such I've experienced some wear and tare issues with which Nox Audio had been excellent at resolving, until recently. The USB peripheral pulled free from its casing exposing four prongs one of which had completely snapped off when I was removing the peripheral from my PS3. I have been in contact with customer service for 6 weeks now and have gone through the typical back and forth that I've experience in the past. However I am now in the middle of week three with a blatant lack of response despite daily e-mails through both this website and my own personal account. I am truly disappointed with this outright disrespect towards their customers. I suggest finding a different company who will value their customers and honor their warranty. Although the product delivers on everything it promises, it has a shoddy design and will eventually break resulting in a need to go through customer service which at one point was very helpful and responsive, but now appears to be non-existent. So think twice, do your research and avoid the headache that I am suffering.
