Cons:

-Campaign mode: Treyarch was never one for a good plot. Single player is fun, but feels overloaded with adrenaline and explosions at times.

-Online maps are considerably smaller, fans of sniping will gripe about this.

-Max prestige mode has been upped to 15 (more resets, less level cap)

-Graphics seem to have decreased slightly to make room for customization

Pros:

-TWO-PERSON ONLINE: Yes, you can now play with two people on the same system ONLINE. Finally.

-Zombies: Treyarch knows what they do well, and they stick to it. More zombie maps, more styles, more fun.

-Online Customization: Clan tags, player cards, guns, player look it can all be customized

-Tailored for CASUAL gamers (Kill streaks reduced, access to equipment early on)

-More multiplayer game modes: Wager Match (Gun game, Sticks and Stones, One in the Chamber), more Hardcore game modes

-RC-XD actually works! Very high quality, great video audio for price (Only available if you bought Prestige Edition)

Reason Purchased: I purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: World at War, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It only made sense to buy Call of Duty: Black Ops from a series I love/hate so much.

Bottom Line: Treyarch knows what works for them, and they know what the people want. Their focus on customization and Zombies has left other industry players in the dust. I highly recommend this edition over the previous installments.

Man this game is in a word good, I truly see what all the big fuss is about. Modern Warfare 2 got me into 1st person shooters but this one more complex

than that. The graphics arent't as good as MW2. The weapons, voice-overs and missions are ok. And the multi-player is absolutely wicked, you can play split-screen multi-player this time around. I just love the new and old features, the new guns (crossbows, mac-11 and dragunov and explosive shells)and kill streaks (this time the kill streaks are more diverse), online campaign modes. Wager Matches is a beautiful addition using in-game currency, the multi-player maps and the new leveling up system and they also added realistic gore and dismemberment to the game which really makes it M-Rated worthy. I will definitely recommend this to anybody who's looking for a 1st person shooter, if you just so happen to feel you`re getting beat down in this game you can check out the Theater Mode, so you can analyze your own performances to make yourself better. The new modes in this game just keeps going and going and more importantly they're useful you'll love them. This time around everything is more in-depth, you don't just customize things you personalize them with new gun colors the gun colors kinda reminds me of Army of Two, emblems and etc. I am not too pleased with how you earn the pro-level for the perks, in MW2 you had an assigned challenge for each perk. With this you now have 3 challenges to complete to earn pro-level, I'm concerned earning the pro-level takes too long. But for an avid gamer it may be simpler. I can once again, see why this is the most anticipated game of the year, MW2 was hard to top and they didn't pull it off. By the way, I also really enjoy the RC-XD that came with the Prestige Edition it's a nice added bonus. Now for my review: GRAPHICS 4stars (it falls short of MW2 graphics), GAMEPLAY 5stars (it still handles like MW2), REALISM 4stars, WEAPONS 5stars, MULTI-PLAYER 5stars. Modern Warfare 2 kept me well entertained and challenged for an entire year, there's no doubt that Black Ops won't do the same. CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 5STARS... Good

I received this game the day after it was released. The game is fun, but the remote controlled car that came with the Prestige Edition simply did not work.

I tried to exchange it, but was unable to because it was out of stock. I had to pay to ship it off to the manufacturer to get it replaced. It took over a month and several phone calls to get it replaced.

My son likes it, but I was dissapointed with the car even after we got one that works.

The game itself is a lot of fun.

I have to start by saying that Amazon.com is AMAZING!!! I will never pre-order or order a video game from any other place then Amazon.com again;ever. They have top notch service before and after the sale and I always get my pre-order on release day for .99. I used to order from Gamestop or Bestbuy and go down and get my game the day of release, but the staff (mainly at gamestop) is always condesending and unhelpful to say the least. Thanks Amazon for making the internet shopping experience the way it was meant to be.

Okay, I really love the Call of Duty franchise and this game is no exception. It has a great single player campaign and the storyline is fine. The ending is kinda weird but I won't spoil it for anybody that hasn't played it yet. I have only played the zombie mode a couple of times with some friends and it is as fun as it ever was. Definitely gets harder and harder as you move on through the levels (who knew zombies could move so fast being dead? and they are pretty smart too. I guess its from eating so many "brains" LOL). Well, that is the good part of the review. Unfortunately, I have to say that the multiplayer mode on the ps3 is broken from day 1 and is still broken as of the date of this review (11/29/10). It is almost impossible to join a game with a party and finish to completion, and even if you are lucky enough to finish, the lobby is usually closed after 1 or 2 games. Most of the time you either get connection interrupted or host migration in the middle and then it sends you back to the lobby mid game and then closes the lobby. When you do get into the game, it is hit and miss when shooting because of the lag or the hit marker detection and various other issues. I also have this game for the xbox 360 and in my opinion the game runs flawlessly on there and I have a great time playing the multiplayer with rare instances of problems at all.

If you haven't bought the game and you have both consoles, get it for the 360. If you only play the single player then by all means get it for the ps3. The campaign is kinda short thought, 4 to 5 hours. If you want to read what others are saying, goto callofduty.com and then click on black ops and then goto the forums and read them under the ps3 section

This is one of the most polished first person shooters today in every aspect of the game. The single player storyline is intriguing, although sometimes hard to follow. You might have to beat the game 2-3 times before you understand the whole premise. The voice acting and cut scenes are awesome, they really bring you into the story and give you a sense of realism. Speaking of which, the dismemberment and gore is much more realistic as well. AI is very similar to previous CoD and can be defeated tactfully or by going bonsai. It seems slightly more difficult to kill enemies in this game as well.

Online is always going to be fun and the new perks are awesome. I haven't played enough to comment, but I can say that there is 100s of hours of gameplay possible with the multiplayer.

And lastly, the RC car rocks!!! It works from a fairly good distance and the sound/video is decent quality. My only gripe, after spending over $130 there were no batteries!!!! and this thing takes a lot of batteries, 12 to be exact (6 in the RC, 6 in the remote). They were nice enough to include an aluminum plated game case, CoD medal, and certificate of authenticity.

At the end of the day it was a good purchase and would recommend it to friends. I will have plenty of fun messing with the car and the game just rocks.

The sling pack: is full sized and while it may be a bit stiff, it will come in handy. The cell phone holder on the front band is removeable too. It fits enough for one overnighter (pants, shirt, etc.). Looks like you could fit a 3 liter soda bottle inside of it. Oddly, that what it looks like full!

The RED soundtrack: Definitely background soundtrack music. If you're one of those into movie soundtracks or an experimental/ambient/downtempo DJ, this might be for you. Hints of industrial vibes to it. It does come as a download you install, but once that's done you can copy it to a removeable memory stick and move them to your preferred listening device. 22 tracks @ 256kbps mp3 quality.

The comic: a bit of what happened before he got his powers and what happened after. If you look around, you might be able to find this as jpeg type download.

The extras: are nice for those of us who don't really care for the way the "amp" looks (or Cole's new look).

The UGC: User Generated Content can be a trip. People providing their own mini missions. Some go from basic grinding wires and racing through rings to crazy climbing or straight up destruction/survival situations. Options on this allows you to pick certain types or shut them off completely.

The game itself is more detailed than the first, but it's still goes only to 720p max : (

(was hoping it would be 1080)

Movement has been cleaned up. On the first Infamous, Cole wouldn't walk down onto smaller things/steps or up onto a stairwell sometimes. Cole seems more natually responsive this time around, more fluid. The problem with him "sticking" to things you don't want him too doesn't seem to be here in #2.

Other than some of the 720/pixel moments, the only other thing that bothers me about this is Cole's voice. This time he's more nasal-ly and higher pitched. Keeps throwing me off after I had JUST finished playing the first inFamous and he sounds raspy and deeper!!

One cool thing to find was when I started the game, it asked me if I would like to pick up from 1 of the 2 save points FROM my Infamous 1 game! I tried both my good and evil saves and it gave me the same for each. It gave me 3 bonuses! It started you off already in 1st karma rank, gave you some XP and extra power cells!!! Now that was nice!

If you're a fan of the first, this is sure to please.

UPDATE:

So it took me a week to finish it with good karma. Seemed like the little guys were tougher than the bosses. I'm on hard now on the evil karma side and it's kicking my butt! One rocket or two bullets and you are done. Be prepared to die....A LOT.

Zeke looks A LOT better in this one, more detailed. The banter between the two girls and Cole is fun too. Like the first inFamous, choices aren't only made during the red or blue missions, but sometimes during the main missions too. So you have the nice girl to do things with....or the naughty one (hehe). Cole seems to have a bit more of an attitude too, this adds to the fun. Also, the surround sound on this is awesome. Love the little things people say about you as you walk down the street. But watch out! On the evil mission those people will join in to try to get you too as you're fighting others!

All in all it's not better or worse than the first. There is good things about it that are better than the first, and some bad things. But i'm still glad I bought it.

So there's a few only things I don't like about it now. One, the slo-mo when you get hit. Too often another hit will happen while in slo-mo and you're done, start mission over. Annoying. Also, about 3 three times now i've gotten stuck/glitched into inside of a building or train and couldn't get out. Had to save and re-load. 3 or more times i've gotten stuck inbetween things and couldn't move or died from being squashed over something ridicious. From one of those wooden walkways to a bad jump between a wall and something else, errr. The sticking thing I mentioned before, well sometimes he doesn't stick to things now. Sometimes you'll jump to land on a wire that going from roof to roof and just go right through it.

The whole thing seemed to go by a little quick, but it was worth it. I really don't see how they could do a 3rd, but only time will tell......

*** GAME REVIEW ***

infamous 2 has a pretty big set of shoes to fill after the success of the first. It seemed like it would be hard to improve upon the mechanics of the first game. Yet Sucker Punch studios managed to find a way, and produce a worthy sequel to Infamous.

GAMEPLAY

If you have played Infamous then you will feel right at home with Infamous 2. Not much has changed gameplay wise from the original except for loads of polish. Your character will keep his powers, avoiding a Metroid or God of War scenario, and earn additional powers throughout the game. Climbing mechanics, aiming, melee combat all feels more fluid and lively when compared to the original. You will explore a brand new city, take side quests and missions, find dead drops and shards... its all here all over again just with a new coat of paint. On top of new powers to unlock, Cole now has access to THE AMP which allows him additional combat moves especially with melee. To top it all off the map now has some destructible elements which add a nice bit of devastation to Cole's attacks, and goes along exceptionally well if you decide to take the EVIL path.

One thing that does put a damper on the gameplay however is the camera mechanics. This time around the camera got in my way a lot more than it did in the first installment, especially when it came to melee combat with the amp. The camera gave this really nice comic book effect sometimes, giving nice low angle close ups to the fight but it also cut off my view of oncoming danger; and sometimes when jumping would go behind a building or wall leaving me blind to my position. While not a major problem it does put a tiny damper on the gameplay

GRAPHICS

A big time improvement over the first game, and overall the game looks great! The graphics are rendered exceptionally well, and the effects of Cole's powers never looked better. The best part of all is the new city. It looks magnificent when compared to the previous. There is a lot more activity and visual effects going on that really do make the city feel more alive. It is a major improvement over the first title I feel.

SOUND/STORY

Sound wise, the game is very lively. Cole's powers have a lot more effect to them and overall the game just sounds great. Voice acting is of high quality in my book. The new voice actor for Cole at first might seem out of place, when compared with the original, but it grew on me over time. Story wise the game has a decent story, on par with the first game. Like in the original you can chose to be Good or Evil depending on your actions making for two endings and in a way; Two story arcs each leading to different sets of skill upgrades and storyline elements.

REPLAY/LENGTH

Depending on how obsessed you get with collecting shards, dead drops, side quests etc the game should take you anywhere from 14 17 hrs. Replay value is exceptionally high! Not only do you have both a Good and Evil storyline to complete, but shards, dead drops, side quests all return and then some. If you loved the first you will have no problem playing though this game twice with ease.

There is also an online element to Infamous 2 which allows you to create and play user created maps/content. While the controls and implementation of the creator do need some work (in my opinion) the level of creation available is high. Given some time expect to see some wild user-generated content online!

OVERALL A... 90%

Infamous 2 does the original game justice. It doesn't change the formula much, instead just improving upon what made the original a greatest hit; while also giving it a nice face lift graphically. Throw in new super-powers, user-generated content and online, and you have yourself a winner. While Infamous 2 is not a perfect game, it does more than enough to make itself out to be a powerful, high quality title well worth the price of admission.

*** COLLECTOR'S EDITION CONTENT REVIEW ***

Spending a little extra $$$ to get the Hero edition might be a worth while investment if you are an inFamous fan; but that all depends on if you like what you get. Included in the Hero Edition is a plethora of goodies bound to at least impress at first glance but are they worth your money?

Included in the Hero Edition:

1. an 8.5" Cole statue. The statue is pretty decent quality though Cole might seem a touch small as keep in mind the 8.5" is including the height of the rooftop he is standing on

2. inFamous 2 video game (this one is fairly self explanatory!)

3. DC Comic ... inFamous #1. This comic is a prequel to inFamous 2 taking place just after the first game and provides a little more backing into some of the characters

4. Additional Skins and Powers. You will receive both the Reaper and Kessler skins as well as the Lightning Hook and Electrocution Grenade ability

5. All 4 AMP skin variations

6. inFamous 2 official sound track

*7. The big boy of the package deal... an inFamous designed Sling pack. This pack is pretty good quality I'd say. It opens on the left side via a zipper compartment and has plenty of space to store stuff.

So overall is the Hero Edition worth the current(6/7/2011) $40 investment? Depends on how you feel about the items and collectibles. The bag is the real $$ item here, as the statue, comic, and DLC included is stuff you probably would get in a $10 or $20 DLC w/ some sort of gimmicky item like a plasma cutter or little toy sackboy etc. Instead we are getting a nice, usable sling pack. So it comes down to if you really want a sling pack.

Personally I wouldn't lay out the additional money for the Hero Edition because of the pack. It is the kind of item that I toss in the closet and forget about since I have no reason to use it. That is me however; the pack is decent quality and I could see it being a usable item for every day use to carry some school books, a laptop, random stuff... perhaps even a Ray-Sphere if you come across one. With that said the Hero Edition is more for die-hard fans of the game, someone big on collectibles, or if you want a collectible Sling Pack.

OVERALL I give the package a 80%. The included content is nice and goes along great for a fan of the series, but at $40 it amounts to a collectible Sling Pack, figure, soundtrack and a Comic for the most part. Not for everyone, but if you make the investment you won't feel robbed at all.. especially once you see that Sling Pack.

** FINAL VERDICT : Hero Edition as a whole.. including the quality of inFamous 2 scores an 85%(B/B+ aka 4.5 stars). The game is a delicious cake and the Hero edition is the icing. While this package is not for everyone your $$$ will not be wasted on the investment.

I pre-ordered this in March and good God I'm glad! I'll be brief so you can spend less time reading and more time going to the store to buy it! I'll start with the extras...

The sling pack (as everyone has been wondering) it isn't huge, but you can fit some stuff in there. Probably like two three ring binders and another mid sized book in the other pocket. This bag is not a cheap rip off dudes, it's VERY high quality and Sucker Punch definitely gets mad props for this. The cell phone holder is about the only thing that would look cheap BUT LISTEN!!!! it IS removeable and if you really want to carry your cell there, go buy a holder that attaches to your belt and put it in the place of the old one on the bag!! it'll work out perfect! I even got the wild idea of putting my sword where cole's amp was, ha it looked sweet but I don't wanna get arrested. This bag could also be a really sweet carry on bag for travel. (this sling pack was pretty much the only reason I got the hero edition)

The mini statue Again, the bag was the only reason I got this but damnnnnnnnnnnnnn the mini statue is insanely detailed and looks great sitting on the corner of my table and/or bookshelf!

The extras (downloadable) ya get basically two skins, one for cole and one for the amp. haven't messed with them because I could care less. I'm too busy smackin bitches around and saving a city to really worry about it. Plus there's so many bolts and explosions that I really don't take the time to look and how cool Cole's amp looks. Sarcasm aside, Cole looks totally badass and I'm sure a good handful will enjoy the two skins. The lightning hook is alright for pickin em off one by one but half the time there's so many enemies I'm not worried about that, I'd much rather have my shockwave at the ready. The grenade is probably the best perk out of all of em.

The soundtrack based on what I've been hearing during the action scenes, us band dorks/music lovers will get a nice kick out of it.

Lastly, the game itself (an understatement) JESUS MARY AND JEROME IT'S AWESOME!!! From the first part of the game you're thrown into the action!!! You can also pick up where you left off (good or evil) from the first game if you played meaning you get some extra perks from your old save file. You also get to team up with some badass girls and smack some enemies around. Oh and the melee combat system, epic. With Cole's new weapon it's insanely fun to whack the em around.

If anything, buy the fricken game!!! If you played the first one, the sequel has improved on everything from the first game and I have no complaints about it at all. the sling pack fits me perfectly (5'11, 157lbs) and I will definitely be struttin around with it once school starts back up in the fall (this game is the main reason I didn't take any summer classes....dedicated eh?) ENJOY!!!!

Hero Edition:

Many reviews have already commented on Hero Edition extras, so I'll simply note that the sling pack is well-made and looks to be actually useful.

The comic is fine, bridging the two games, for those who care. But as part one of six (published by DC, if you're looking for other issues), you won't get the entire story. Also, its smaller size can make the dialogue a ltttle hard on the eyss.

The Red OST is good. I enjoy it quite a lot, but some may be disappointed that the final credits song is only included on the Blue OST, which must be bought separately.

Statue... Uh, I honestly don't know for whom these are marketed. I'm sure they appeal to someone...

The DLC was probably the main reason I bought this edition, beyond support for a game I fully expected to enjoy. Getting early access to the powers was great, although there are known glitches with the content (I have not experienced any issues with the skins, though some had to re-download them from PSN), but because one power occurs during the story, I've had some issues with it on subsequent play throughs. The game gives it to you, but it will not connect to anything, rendering it useless, until you reach the point in the story when you'd have normally obtained it (quite late, actually).

Game Review:

I loved the first game, and came into the second expecting to love it, as well. And, for the most part, I did.

Gameplay is just as fun as the first game. A player can easily spend hours just running around, stopping or abetting random crime, etc. The graphics received a facelift, and the non-2D cutscenes (quite a few, in contrast to the first game) appear to be done in engine, which is terrific, as it means the game actually looks as good as its cutscenes.

= Powers have also gotten a makeover, with new types of abilities opening, as players progress. While many may initially stick to their comfort zone from the first game (and lament some changes there), I really encourage people to try out the newer abilities, as some are just plain fun; maybe they aren't so useful per se, but they're a blast to play with!

While I was skeptical about User Generated Content, as I normally prefer offline gaming, I've had a surprisingly good time both playing others' levels and tinkering with my own. The creation interface is not incredibly intuitive, but with patience, fairly sophisticated levels can be achieved. And the sheer array of UGC available is heartening. It may not all be solid gold, but a lot of it is in good fun.

= My sole reservation--and the reason I docked a half star (which became a whole one, due to system)--is the plot. This is an area of contention, and I think it comes down to personal opinion, as well as whether one plays the "good" ending or the "bad" first. Overall, the writing remains sharp; personal narratives carry over fine from the first game (specifically, I'd argue, Zeke's attempts to become his own man); the new characters had decent personal stories, and I was surprised how much I came to care for them, even if I didn't *always* love them in combat ("Quit throwing ***** monsters at me!") And the new Cole, while initially jarring, was forgotten about an hour into the game, for me.

But the story itself feels much more linear than the first game, which had a healthy dose of conspiracy theory and mystery. This game is very by the numbers. structurally. That isn't necessarily bad, as the story drives forward competently and with well-tuned pacing. It's just not as interesting to me.

Exacerbating it is that the main "villain" (and main subvillain) is the same from the start. The first game had multiple bosses before the final villain. And each of those characters were interesting, and fought in very different ways. The boss fights here seem to repeat the same patterns, no matter what the boss' size. And fighting as many monsters as you do, rather than people, made me feel more distanced from parts of the story. Defeating a monster isn't really the same, emotionally, as defeating someone who has their own internal story and cause for action. I'll give the main villain(s) some credit for nuance. By the end of their respective stories, I could see their motivations. But in at least one case, it felt almost tacked on and really, too little too late.

All that aside, as with most game play, the boss fights are enjoyable, if a touch on the easy side, even on the hardest settings. All are defeated with the same basic tactic. Again, though, this is just a preference, and baed on my gameplay style. Some people enjoy easier fights, and that's certainly valid.

= Surely, the most controversial part is the ending. I felt strongly that one was superior to the other; it's as though the developers had it in mind all along, but were forced to make a counterpart. I'm confident they tried, but it's like they just weren't feeling it. It shows in the writing, length, lack of animation, and--for me--lack of emotional weight. In fairness, I did eventually watch both together, and it's clear that the scripts dovetail neatly together; the technical deftness made me like the other one more. The problem is that, considered on its own, the weaker still feels lacking.

However, the stronger ending is, undoubtedly, one of the more brilliant endings in recent games. The developers force the player into actions they likely resist, and it works perfeetly. I think it's the best single moment in a game this year.

= IN SUMMARY, the game is a blast to play. If you care a lot about story, you may not enjoy it quite as much as the first, and the ending may disappoint. That said, it isn't enough to make me say anything except that anyone who remotely enjoys this genre should play this game. Yes, it's that good.

Got my hero edition the day it came out and it's really a great package. I was impressed at the quality of the statue and the bag they are not cheap looking at all definitely one of my favorite collector editions. Plus you get all the pre-order DLC from all store, some exclusive skins, and free soundtrack for a great price. The base on the statue could have been better made but other than that everything is well worth it.

The game itself is ridiculously fun and these add-ons are great and high quality

I just got this headset today, so everything i am saying is just my first impression. Maybe in the future i will get used to these things. First, the earcups are very hard, and don't go over your ears. I am used to the x12 headset where they go nicely over your ears. Second, the part where you change the game and chat volume is huge! This is also compared to the x12 headset, but the picture on amazon is very deceiving. There isn't much noise cancellation with the headset, but since i'm waiting for Black Ops 2 to come out, i have not yet heard the sound quality on the headset. Now for the cosmetic stuff. The earcups feel very cheap, and they flop around very easily. The wire connecting the two ears is very noticeable and you can see the glue keeping it together. Overall, if your getting this for the cushons or the looks, perhaps this isnt the headset for you. P.S. the cloth wires are badass, so not everything is displeasing....

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

EDIT... Okay, so its been a day since i wrote this review. I decided to take them out of the box to try the sound and to really feel em on my head. I have to say, the sound quality is much better than the x12s. i own the x12, x11, and z2. And another thing. in the review i said that the cushons didn't fit around my head properly and they were hard to the touch, now, as i write this, i'm wearing the headset and i am noticing that they actually do fit perfectly around my ears. With the x12's, the earcups were really big so there was a lot of room in my ear area, with these, they just fit around my ears and the noise cancellation with music is much better than what i previously stated.

Pros: Ears are surprisingly comfortable after a day of hate.

Sound quality is amazing compared to the headsets i stated before.

Braided wire is amazing looking and feels quite durable.

Color scheme is cool, and reminds me of Halloween, a Halloween that Sandy has ruined for me lol.

Says Black Ops 2 on top of the headset.

The volume can go quite high if you want to have ear surgery.

Only has a Usb plug and a headphone plug, unlike the x12 that needs a usb, headphone, and microphone plug.

Cons:

Earcups feel hollow and made with cheap plastic.

They feel flimsy even though im sure they wont snap on me.

Braided wire is a bit heavy, so i rest it on my lap.

My boyfriend is the type of guy that "has it all" so for the holiday season, i was stumped when it came to getting him a gift--especially after his parents were giving him a gaming gift certificate! So while i was looking for the game his that recently has peaked his interest, i noticed this little number and i was stoked! He had broken his last turtle beach head phones and was currently gaming with a headset that only had one functioning ear phone. After reading the reviews, i was a bit skeptical about the material and durability of this headset. I considered the item time and again until i finally purchased it on a whim! Once he opened his gift, i could see his excitement and gratitude etched along his face; he fessed up to it being his favorite christmas gift. At that moment, i knew i had gotten him the perfect gift. He loves the quality of the head set, the color and the material were just exquisite! I would highly recommend this product to anyone seeking the ultimate headset with enough extension cord to play across a mid sized room. You will be satisfied with the sound quality and the amazing features featured in this head set! Not to mention it arrived promptly at my doorstep with the packaging box also in great condition.

Broke in 2 months. Have to wiggle wire to get it to work. Has a lot os static in the sound.

I recently purchased this piece and I must say I am satisfied. Installation was a bit difficult on PS3 as you did have to play around with the wires and settings for a bit. You'd have to connect the red and white RCA wires that came with the headset to the back of the TV, then connect the RCA wires that came with the PS3 to the back of the headset ones. There is this little port on the back, it's fairly visible. Plug in the headset to the USB port. In the PS3 settings menu go to sound settings > audio digital settings > av multi. That will now have the sound running through the headset and also still have the HDMI working. Now for the mic settings, go back to the settings menu > accessory settings > audio device settings > then change the input to the turtle beaches and the output should change or vice versa.

Overall, the sound quality is amazing! And it really makes you one with the game.

Have fun gamers!

This device just does not work. It will not connect with the PS3 no matter what you do. I had to buy an actual Sony controller which worked right out of the box. This useless piece of plastic is now a paperweight on my desk. I thought I was getting a good deal, but I was robbed. Don't make the same mistake.

I'm an adult..lets just say..well over 40, and I've seen and experienced just about everything in the computer and video game world. Of all my years of electronic playing, only two games kept my attention for years (no not days, months..years!): The RollerCoaster Tycoon series on the PC and Little Big Planet on PS3. Perhaps because I love anything which lets you use your creative skills and doesn't end via three day completion or quarter of the way boredom.

Little Big Planet 2 goes so way beyond the original to the point that, I don't think I ever want to play anything else ever (well at least until part 3 is released lol). There is so much to do that you get your money's worth in a way that no other game can provide. It's a bit overwhelming at first: Do I play the brilliant Tutorials and collect all the goods? Should I explore the millions of Community Levels, or do I begin playing the epic story devised by Media Molecule. Perhaps I should design my moon, or earth, or just queue up a bunch of recommended levels for later play. And after all is said and done, there's still the core part of the game: Create Mode!

There's no end to the types of games you can build with this insanely epic sequel. The original Little Big Planet, paved the way with games which later went beyond the general theme. The original tool set was obviously designed with side scrolling platforming in mind, but creative individuals thought out of the box, and created games that you'd never thought could be accomplished. It was quite obvious creators had to go way beyond the limits of the tool set to come with something, other than what the game was intended for. I'm sure every creator hit a wall at some point and thought.... "If only Media Molecule would have included..."

Well folks, they DID! Little Big Planet 2 has more tools than your hardware store. Plus tons of new objects, materials, stickers, special effects, and more. With the crazy new power ups, you conjure up unbelievable ideas. One major break through is definitely the "Controllernator" which actually lets you map commands to the entire PS3 control pad. This revelation lets you create games in just about ever genre. The rage has just begun, and already we're seeing sports games, RPGS, puzzle action, adventure, retro games, casual, casino, 3D shooters, even cinematic movies! Not to mention, games specifically designed for versus multi-player which are identified by a special icon. Let's put it this way many of the new creations will have you thinking you're playing a completely different game. With over 3 million levels, there is no end to this spectacle. Every day you venture into Little Big Planet 2 is a new experience. So, go ahead, jump in and choose anything your heart desires, or build your own epic arcade adventure. Rest assured, you will not be leaving this planet any time soon.

LittleBigPlanet 2 is a continuation of the first LittleBigPlanet, in the sense that the fun still never stops. With many new features this game easily packs a punch twice as hard as the first one though. new features include cut scene creator , sound creator, you can create (with some imagination) many different variations of mini-games within your created level (for me I made a paintinator shooter to play with my roommate). What's my favorite feature? Probably that it's compatible with the Move, although to be truthful I haven't used the Move with it yet (it just sounds like a fun idea that they had).

The levels in LBP 2 are even more creative than the first one (if that's even possible), the graphics are more polished (if it matters), and load screens don't seem to take as long. The create mode is a thousand times easy than the first time (very user-friendly). Create mode is easier in the sense that all of the tutorials are right in front of you and you don't have to try everything on your popit in order to see them all. ALSO maybe my favorite improvement is that when you go to create and enemy (using the brain) they are just mindless going back and forth, they actually do what you would expect an enemy to do.

The online system is also amazing. The internet style level search bar looks like it will make finding levels you want to play a breeze (since nobody has really made any levels yet, I have not had the pleasure to use it yet).

When it comes to cons there really aren't any that I can speak of. Graphics are clean, gameplay is funner than ever, load screens are bearable, and sackboy is still cute as hell.

So overall I would give this game 10/5 stars, but since they won't let me I'll just have to give it 5. I know what I'm doing in my free time this week =]

If you ever played Little Big Planet, you probably fell in love with sackboy and enjoyed adventuring with him. The sequel of Little Big Plant is now here and it is packed with a huge amount of new tools and features! This game exceeded my expectations and improves greatly on the previous.

-------------------------------

Gameplay

-------------------------------

LBP2 (Little Big Planet 2) has many more features than its previous and the levels are just great. If you never played the first game, in the game you play through levels and try to reach the end through many different challenges such as enemies, enviroments, etc... In LBP2 there are amazing tools that are found in these levels. Such as:

Grappling Hook: Allows you to grapple to walls and pull yourself up. (Very fun acrobatic tool!)

Power Gloves: Now you can pick up enemies, or any object and hurl it across the level.

Creatinator: Fires a preset item such as frosting and lets you fight enemies and solve puzzles.

These are just three of the many new tools LBP2 has.

------------------------------

Story

------------------------------

I'll admit that LBP1's story wasn't that compelling. However now in LBP2, they fixed it very well. The story is great and it will have you laughing the entire time.

------------------------------

Create Mode

------------------------------

In LBP1, we saw how great the level creator could be used. Millions of great maps were made, giving endless content. Well in LBP2, prepare for the most amazing tools you could ask for to make a map. ITS AMAZING! Practically every feature anyone could ask for is in there! You can create weapons, add intelligent characters, create awesome machines and give them custom buttons on the controller, and so much more. And to make it even better, its easier to use than the first one! Create mode is going to bring great things to this game.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All in all, this game is terrific fun! If you remotely enjoyed the first game, you will love this. LBP2 improves all aspects of LBP1. Sackboy is back, and better than ever.

Honestly I wasn't really a fan of the first Little Big Planet, I kind of dismissed it and wrote it off as being a game geared more towards a younger audience and women. Even though a lot of people I knew recommended it to me I just kept to my stubborn old self and kept thinking if I have the chance to play it I would but I'm not going to go out of my way to, especially when so many Helghast (Killzone 2) needed to be dealt with. This time around I wanted to see if the hype was warranted, or if it was just overrated and only liked for the cuteness factor, similar to say Beanie Babies.

Let me explain my title, which actually I have a twofold reason for. First, playing this game makes me feels as if I'm in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe from Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. I don't mean while Trolley is cruising the tracks either, this is during the time Mr. Rogers is hanging up his sweater and changing his shoes, the moment we don't normally see. Second reason is because of the creative side (make believe) to this game, not only in regard the campaign but also the user created content and side quests/mini-games. I love the new school/old school mash up style, it looks great and plays amazing.

This game is cute to say the least, you won't find any Call of Dutyesque moments in this game at all. If you're looking for or only play games with an "M" rating this may not be for you. However if you are young or in touch with your inner child try this game, you'll enjoy it. This game has a little bit of everything; by far this is probably one of the least repetitive games I've ever played. The controls are simple and very fluid, from six to sixty there is pretty much no learning curve at all. The graphics are beautiful; the Little Big Planet world truly looks like it was put together from items you would find in a child's toy box.

Bottom line is, this game is worth the money and your time! Pick it up, it's a very unique and enjoyable gaming experience that shouldn't be missed.

Finished story mode a little while ago and I have to say that I enjoyed this a lot.

-The grapple hooks were fun to use for the handful of levels that incorporated them even though figuring out the swing mechanics to gain momentum for a good swing was a little challenging. This could be frustrating for some people.

-Story mode does feature some top down levels and side scroller levels and I found those very fun to play.

-Soundtrack of the game is very good.

-Every world section of story mode features a boss at the end which I personally thought was a good addition.

To be perfectly honest I don't think this game is better than LBP1, but that does not mean LBP2 is a bad game. Aside from a few levels the gradual difficulty in LBP2 was definitely lacking. No level in LBP2 is harder or as hard as "The Bunker" in LBP1. I haven't gone started any acing runs yet, but just based on difficulty of levels from start to finish is what I'm judging on as well as the difficulty of finding prize bubbles on first glance. After finishing story mode I really didn't feel any sense of accomplishment like I did in LBP1, but I thought there was a lot of creativity put in this game. There is also a more mature tone in LBP2 than LBP1. There's an actual story in LBP2, but it wasn't spectacular. Another letdown in this game that I noticed was that there weren't that many co-op necessary places(x2,x3,x4) in story mode like LBP1.

I know the core value in this game and series is creating and playing other people's levels, but for someone like myself who doesn't put in as many hours into that section of the game as other people I just found this game a slight letdown because of the story mode difficulty. I'm sure many great levels will be made and people are still figuring out the new create features, but that may be the perfect reason to wait for a price drop and also to wait for more top user made content out there to play.

I love the way that this product enhances my otherswise ho-hum looking RB Drums! At first I was a little intimidated about putting them on straight. I didn't want them to look crooked. But once I got started, I found that I could just peel off a small portion of the adhesive backing, get it lined up where I wanted, then snug down the uncovered portion of the adhesive, and then peel off the rest of the backing, and press it into place! Worked like a charm!

This product does not interfer with my playing ability at all, and while I won't say that it improved it any either, I will say that it kicked up my level of fun while I play with a great customized look! Your friends will be impressed too!

First off, this "add on" should be included with the actual Playseat itself.

I was VERY disappointed when I opened the box. The item description is pretty vague but says it's specifically for the G27 clutch system and compatible with ALL playseats.

I was shocked to uncap the cardboard tube the item was packaged in only to find a single piece of metal that had a couple of holes drilled in it with a 90 degree bend. No mounting hardware or instructions are included!

I'm not sure if I just received a defective item that was missing the mounting hardware or if they actually expect me to go out and buy my own. Either way, I wasn't going to waste another minute of my time with the joke of an item.

Immediately returned. Shame on you Playseat for having the nerve to sell just a black metal bar with nothing else. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $40. Maybe worth $5 IF you aren't going to supply a couple of 10 cent bolts to mount it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!

Buy Playseat Logitech G27 Gearshift Support Now

I just bought the Joey Logano playseat and really like it. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a provision to mount the G25 or G27 shifter. There are at least two shifter mounts Playseat offers. This one and another expensive option where the shifter mounts down by the seat. Personally, I like the shifter up high by the wheel so I can easily see and get to the buttons.

I'm using the wheel's clamps to mount the wheel to the playseat. I put a 1 x 4 x 17" piece of lumber between the playseat and the wheel's clamps with the board sticking out to the right you could also hang it out to the left. Then mount the shifter with it's three clamps and you're done. You can probably go to Home Depot or some lumber store and find a free piece of scrap that will work.

So don't waste your money on this expensive item.

Read Best Reviews of Playseat Logitech G27 Gearshift Support Here

Hi All,

Before buying this product I contacted Playseat support to get some clarity on a number of issues, is the product compatible with my playseat and how it should be mounted if it does not come with any screws, as mentioned by a number of reviewers. Playseat emailed back within 24hrs to confirm that the product did not come with any screws because screws were not necessary to mount this gearshift holder, they also sent me a number of pictures of a demo seat in their office with this holder attached. All you need to do is use the clamps of the G27 steering wheel to clamp the gearshift holder to the wheel table thus holding it in place. There are indeed 4 pre drilled holes, 2 to enable you to screw it to the wheel table of your playseat and a further 2 which are compatible with the screw holes in the bottom of then G27 shifter if you wish to screw it together, but you do not have to the clamps on the shifter and wheel will hold it all together.

After receiving this info and as I have the G27 Wheel and Shifter I decided to purchase this product to mount on my Playseat Challenge. It attached to my playseat just as Playseat support had advised but as mentioned by other reviewers it comes with no instructions, all you get is a single metal bar.

OVERALL this product does exactly what its designed to do BUT I am disappointed firstly at the price, secondly at the lack of instructions and finally at the fact its not included as standard (or some built in ability to mount a shifter) with the already expensive Playseat itself. Theres no doubt you could go do your local DIY store and purchase something (e.g. a piece of wood) which would do the same job for a fraction of the price.

I didn't like this drum foot pedal at all since I had expected it to work like the description said. I thought as soon as I plugged it in and started to play that it would work like the original one. But no it didn't work properly. I know I plugged it in right I know its not hard. In the end I was very frustrated and decided to stop playing. I'd hate to stop playing RB but after that I don't think ill be playing any time soon. Wouldn't recommend this product.

I received Band Hero this past Christmas and the cord to the pedal broke by New Years! I then purchased another pedal and it would miss beats or either double-up and I used it only a few weeks until I received this one. I love it!!!! It works perfectly! The cord is coiled and a little hard to get used to at first but I stretched it by hand to make it fit on the floor without having to lower my drums. I've had it for several months and it still works as good as the day I bought it! Would definitely recommend!!!

Buy Bass Drum Foot Pedal for XBOX 360 Wii PS3 World Tour / Rock Band Now

I was very excited when I found what I thought would be, a fine replacement for the Guitar Hero drum pedal at a reasonable cost. When I received the product, first item I noticed was the connecting cable was coiled so tightly that I had to lower the height of the drum set in order to ease the strain of the connection.

Overall the product seemed very solid otherwise and had no problems on its initial use. On the second week, the connection to the drum would require some maneuvering in order to have the connector make good contact ultimately not holding a connection altogether. At this point I was forced to go back to the original pedal and although the old pedal skips a beat here and there, at least it does so consistently.

The experience with this product has been disappointing and while I do not dismiss that fault could lie with the drum kit itself as well, I find it difficult to understand why the product would function fine upon arrival only to deteriorate itself out of service over the course of 2 weeks.

I just can't help but laugh at those sellers trying to pounce on the opportunity that the Hardened edition is currently sold out for the PS3. They jacked the price up more than double the original value for these. For those who are panicking and did not preorder these before they sold out, stop and don't fall prey to these overpriced sellers, these will be available i repeat these will be available on release day if not the days after launch day. This happens every year namely last year with MW3 and the year before with COD Black Ops, Activision is pretty good with meeting the demands of the public, what happens is Activision alots a certain retailer a number of copies initially before launch date, then resupply them with addtional copies after release day, by doing this Activision can project close to how much copies will or needs to be made (example if you mass produce a certain product but the demand is low, your going to get stuck with those in your hands). Sure you might have missed out the cool stuff that comes from preordering it but the most important aspects of the game is still included, if you missed out on preordering the Hardened edition for the PS3, my advice is keep an eye out for these on launch day or days after on big retailers such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target or Gamestop. They get the most copies and restocks the fastest.

PROS:

Game is extremely fun if you are a seasoned veteran. And is also fun for new comers, what I like about this game is that Treyarch did an outstanding job of making this game fair. Once you sign into multi-player they give you some important info on league play and boot camp. I definitely recommend going to boot camp because you will earn XP and level up while playing with people who also just started the game. It gets your feet wet before you go onto the real online and play with the big boys. I also like how lethal grenades are not active in the first 5 seconds of a match , NO MORE GRENADE SPAMMING. I also like how the split domination into two rounds, it makes the game fairer and not as frustrating. Overall joining a party of your friends is way easier than in previous games, and yeah the servers are down but that was expected during the first few days of a major release. Overall I am enjoying this game very much and can't wait to finish this review and go back to playing. If you're on the fence about it , I suggest you rent it first and give it a try before you buy it so you won't be disappointed but you might get hooked.

CONS:

When I pre-ordered the hardened edition from gamestop i was under the assumption that by doing this I was going to get at least some of the future DLC map packs with the challenge coins. Much to my surprise all you get from the hardened edition that you won't get in the regular one is:

Steelbook Case (which is beautiful btw)

Challenge Coins that have a code to download the Black ops 2 soundtrack and will also unlock some exclusive PS3 themes and playercards and the exclusive Camo.

Nuketown 2025 Zombies was supposed to be exclusive to this version but it seems as they are releasing it for all other players in December.

I wish that I would have done some more research because although some of these items are cool , I don't believe it justifies the $79.99 plus tax price. If you want the 4 future DLC map packs you will need to buy a BO2 Season Pass which is selling for $49.99 @ gamestop and best buy.

This was my first time ordering any special edition of a game and i was pretty excited for it having enjoyed the first black ops. the box is nice to look at, the coins, game case and the soundtrack is cool(but in order to access/download the sountrack you have to sign up for a call of duty account), but the game itself isnt good. the game freezes a lot (froze my ps3 3 times within one hour and i had to do the hard restart), sometimes the audio goes out and it sounds like a garbled mess, zombies was kind of a let down (the maps felt very small and crowded),multiplayer seems like the same (stupid foul-mouth kids running rampant and hackers galore) but the pick 10 system seems good and i like most of the maps (my favorite being nuketown 2025).

The one thing i loved the most about black ops that was ruined for me in black ops 2 was combat training, you see im one of the few people who dont play multiplayer cause of the two reasons stated earlier, so i would usually play combat training as an alternative and i really enjoyed it on the first black ops. but now ct has been merged with the multiplayer and you can no longer play against bots now you have to play against human players, which once again ruins things for me but at least i can play against bots on local mp or custom games.

Campaign is ok but it wasnt all that interesting and the strikeforce missions are a crappy attempt at a strategy game. all in all i regret buying this all the game as it didnt live up to the hype, the "extras" you get with it are nice but its not enough for the 80 dollar pricetag but the main problem is that even with the patch this game is still a wreck and it can destroy your ps3 with all the freezing that occurs while playing this game and i just cant risk my machine getting wrecked over it. If you HAVE to have this game at least rent it before trying to buy it let alone the hardened edition i wish i would have, but at least the box will look nice on display...

It came in a couple of days after it came out but I wasn't in a rush and it opted for faster shipping so I am satisfied with how mine was dealt with! Would recommend for anyone who loves this series!

I have to say right off the bat that the only reason that I purchased this controller is that my DS3 died and I needed a replacement controller quick and cheap. I got what I wanted in the Radium Wireless, but not much else.

OVERVIEW

It works. If you need a replacement controller for a cheap price this will suffice in the short term. The buttons are responsive (if a little loose) and the analog sticks feel solid. There is a massive dead zone in them, however, so if you're a FPS junkie, look elsewehere. EDIT: After more use, the analog sticks don't always move smoothly, there is some periodic friction/scraping with both sticks at random times, sometimes even sticking. This is a killer, and I'm changing my score accordingly. The D-Pad is really loose and feels very cheap, there's no way to sugar coat this. The face buttons are rounded at the top, more rounded than even the Xbox 360's face buttons. LI & R1 are so loose in the casing that they rattle when the controller moves and/or vibrates. The triggers (L2 & R2, which have the exact same design as the DS3) are really stiff and don't have a great range of give, so they feel more like the DS2, where if it's pushed in at all it goes all the way -there is a small level of analog sensitivity, don't get me wrong, but it's so minor that it forces you to make adjustments in games that depend on their sensitivity, such as racing games. The force feedback is pretty standard, I can neither rave nor complain about it. Sixaxis control is functional for games that use it, albeit with a minor dead zone that is obvious in games such as Flower or Flow. But it's there, which is nice.

INTANGIBLES

It takes 3 AAA batteries. I haven't used it long enough to gauge battery life. There is a turbo feature that works well if you ever need it. I can't see where this is going to help, but hey, it's there and it funtions. PS3/XMB buttons works fine. There is an on/off switch on the back, behind the left analog stick. The dongle is the same color as the controller, and goes into a USB port in the front of the system, and connects easily. The color scheme is metallic blue, but you can't see the metallic specs of paint unless you hold it up to a light, it looks solid dark blue in a regular setting. Please note that quitting certain games from the XMB will turn the controller off and force you to re-sync it; I've yet to narrow down the cause but it seems that Sixaxis intensive games did this (Flower, Flow, Rag Doll Kung Fu).

OVERALL

The Dream Gear Radium Wireless Controller w/ Sixaxis is a stopgap controller. It has all the functionality (and more) of the DS3 for a bargain basement price. I got it for less than $23 here on Amazon, which is a good savings compared to the official controller. You get what you pay for. It'll hold you over until you can get a DS3, or will serve well as a second controller for friends. This is very reminiscent of the old Inter-Act line of products from the mid-to-late 90's in terms of worksmanship -it functions, but it feels very cheap in your hands, and you wish you were holding the real thing. In the end, it does offer more than your average third-party peripheral -it does both rumble AND Sixaxis, which most secondary controllers don't offer, and the price is right. Just be sure not to expect something remotely comparable to the DualShock 3.

I was mediocrely impressed with this controller. It is not the best made and it broke approximately 3 months after I bought it. Had excellent useage before it broke however so perhaps those without kids can keep limping it along longer.

Buy PS3 Slim - Radium Wireless Controller Now

First of all I want to make it know that my purchase of this product was not on Amazon, but due to the poor quality of this item, and only one other review at current time, I would like to add my opinion for potential buyers. Just spend the extra money on a Sony controller or even a wired controller from a better manufacturer.

-This controller takes 3 AAA batteries, which will cost quite a bit in the long run (I just bought re-chargeable ones), but that means you need a charger (luckily I already had a universal one).

-The trigger and face buttons are actually really nice, but the analog sticks are terrible. Totally unreliable for slight directional movements, it's either "push fully in one direction" or nothing happens on screen, there is a huge dead-zone. Forget FPS or games relying on precise jumps and stealth movement.

-The USB dongle for wireless works great

-The rumble is a bit weak

-There is Sixaxis capability

The analog sticks really kill this product, so just purchase Sony or Logitech.

The controller fits snug into your palm and the buttons work fine, but there are a couple downfalls/cons to this controller, like how you have to have a little flash-drive thingy plugged into your PS3 to make the controller work, and the buttons just feel annoying (which, of course is just an opinion), and are not close and easy to switch from joystick to button if you are playing a quick-paced game like COD.

I love this PS3 wireless controller. It works great! & I love the color. I played Resident evil all the way through 3 times & even forgot to turn the controller off a couple of times before I had to charge it.

I'm not going to waste my time with a long review. I just want to warn you not to waste your money on this boring, cliche, low grade game.

-Graphics: For a brand new game I expect up to date graphics and rendering. This game has chunky graphics and background and the lighting is terrible. They seem to of spent all of their development funds on rendering strippers and hookers. That's cool, boobs are great, but that's the only thing moderately entertaining about this game..

-Gameplay: I got bored with this game in about 10min. Terrible over-the-top voice acting "chingale ese, vato, homes!". Weapons are horribly rendered and this game is a shooting game, have no doubt. When you arn't just emptying your mag in the direction of bad guy the in between scenes involve just chasing a white dot waypoint. When you aim down your sight your target is obscured to the point that you can't see him unless he's right in front of you. It pretty much just came down to running up to the bad guy and empty a mag, they die, you're fine. Leveling up is dependant on your ability to thieve things without your partners seeing. That proved problematic as you pretty much have to be in a firefight to pull it off otherwise one of them will spawn next to you and catch you red handed. I just killed 20 bad guys for no experience, but I can't pickup a critical item to level up because I keep getting caught.

-Verdict: If you want to waste you money like I did, help yourself. This game is like a pimped out used car that falls apart as soon as it's driven off the lot.

clearly, most reviewers of COJ: The Cartel think its a total stinker; it ain't great, that's for sure. However, I'd like to offer a couple of objective thoughts on the game that are slightly to the contrary.

It's not worth $40, not worth half that...but for what you can pick it up for now, its probably a justifiable purchase. It's a cliche' FPS in almost every sense, but it doesnt do FPS poorly, it just doesnt compare to the amazing line up of perfected FPS's on the market today like COD, Battlefield, etc. I played through as the DEA agent, but I like that (like Bound in Blood), you have the option to play through as another of the three characters, seeing the storyline from a different perspective, with different goals and motives. Big gripe about this: inability to go back to chapters to replay, securing more secret bonus items and trying out different courses of action (including the ending). Simply put, I'm not gonna play through the entire thing again, as the same character, to see the alternate end, but I wouldve played the last level.

Graphically,, it looks like early-PS3 caliber, choppy, but not horrid. In-car mechanics are bad, but one might say realistic when driving a Suburban in a high speed situation. Gun play is ok, not ground breaking, but its always satisfying to dual-wield Uzis, is it not? Music is good, a couple of solid Southern-Cali East LA rap tunes. Dialogue is a combination of dark and pulpy to insanely annoying, especially the other NPCs reactions to your actions. You'll hear the same quips over, and over, and over....

I'm not going to try to change anyone's mind about the game, but if you generally liked Bound in Blood, and enjoy a bad-cop story, dropping $15 for a new copy of this isnt a bad investment (half that used). If I'd have bought it at full retail, I'd probably been mad as well.

While I was amazed at how great the effects and animation of the games were it was toned down by the poor generic concept of the three playable characters in the game too. You had the standard old time veteran who seeks vengeance against the cartel for the death of someone dear to him, the cocky young agent who while a charismatic playboy hides a dark secret that could destroy the life he's built and would do anything to keep it a secret, finally we have the young tough female federal agent wants to show her superiors as well as her team that she can be as tough as any man no matter what anyone says. The story itself is pretty generic as well the same thing we've seen in games like Rainbow Six to Modern Warfare. The levels and assignments are entertaining though and again the graphics and areas are very good making playing through the levels still enjoyable. The controls are also very easy to use if you've played previous games like BattleField or Call Of Duty games so if you have these controls shouldn't bother you so much, the A.I. is also pretty decent for the most part but there are some areas where it's a joke. Like onetime I'm taking cover trying to take out some enemies when all of a sudden they stop and start walking left to right(Seriously) at first I thought something big was coming like a tank or helicopter or something, but after taking care of all the enemies I move on to the next area which shocked me. Still for what the price of the game is going for and the overall enjoyment of the game I still say it's worth a look for FPS players though the storyline might leave you a little irritated...

Update 11-29-2011

A little update on the sound quality of the game. While the music and voice acting are very well done sadly the short pauses of sound in the game which happen frequently really lower the game enjoyment as you feel more of a headache coming on then anything else. Case in point there's a level in the city as you're in a firefight but every three seconds the sound pauses as it's loading up apparently which becomes truly annoying, I do know that the problem isn't with the speakers or headset as I tried them both with the game with the same situation though when playing a few other games this problem didn't come up showing that it is apparently the games sound program. So while the games visual and effects are very good the sound problem really detracts from the enjoyments as you have to force yourself almost to play through a level hearing the sound pausing continually throughout the game.

Let's get this out of the way, this game is terrible. Buggy, terrible voice acting and the animations can be choppy. I knew this before buying the game which I think let me enjoy it a lot more than if I were expecting a AAA title.
