Bought this controller on impulse because it was the "Deal of the Day".

Pros:

It looks pretty good.

Has good weight to it.

Build quality is good. It doesn't feel cheap.

Rumble and Sixaxis built in.

Buttons feel good.

Wireless.

Has a Turbo feature which works well.

Cons:

Uses 3 AAA batteries. What do I do with the 1 leftover from the 4 pack? Nothing I own uses 1 AAA battery.

The analog sticks are a bit too sensitive IMO.

Uses a USB dongle(which is too wide).

Overall, I like this controller. Nice alternative to the DS3 with a couple of minor flaws.

This controller is the weakest thing ive ever bought off amazon... I press that before you buy anything.. Off here please read the reviews.. This will save you a hell of alot of money... This controller was the worst ever this controller stop working after two days of having it... never again will I buy from this saler again... I give this No stars at all.. But they made me give one.

Buy PS3 Slim - Radium Wireless Controller Now

I bought this unit and it took fooooreeeevvver to get it to sync up to the PS3. Following the instructions explicitly, it simply refused to sync up over and over and over. It eventually did sync up. Once it synced up, it worked fine until I shut down the controller and PS3. Then, to make matters worse, every time I go to use it (about once a week) I have to re-sync it to the controller again and again and again....., and it's the same problematic sync issues every time, often taking 20 to 30 minutes before it will finally sync. Stay away from it.

This is a great product for a great price. It was a little confusing to sync it to the PlayStation but after that I have had no problems.
