I was hesitant to purchase the PS3 Komodo headset since I didn't see any reviews for it at all. I went to several sites only to discover no reviews. I really needed a PS3 headset but had insufficient funds to purchase the official PS3 headset retail price is $50. I was looking for something less than $20 but with decent quality. I found the PS3 Komodo headset for $12.80 sold by G-Dreamer and highly recommend purchasing from G-Dreamer.

I got PS3 Komodo headset for $12.80 plus standard 3-5 day shipping. I got it fast and in mint condition. I like the design but the gloss makes it look like a toy in my eyes. It's certainly no toy as I charged it for one hour to test the sound quality and left quite impressed. It sync with the PS3 immediately and sound is crystal clear with no crackling noise. For less than $20 with decent sound quality, you can't go wrong.

In conclusion, the PS3 Komodo headset is affordable, features crystal clear sound, soft to the ear and comfortable. I tested my PS3 Komodo headset using Uncharted 2: Among Thieves -Game of The Year editiononline multi-player mode. My friends heard me crystal clear and was even surprised by the sound quality considering I payed less than $20 for it. I highly recommend the PS3 Komodo headset to anyone new to bluetooth and/or anyone looking to save money. Order it from G-Dreamer since he offers the lowest price and is a fast shipper. I am more than satisfied with this product and some of the profit goes to the Kids in Need foundation they provide FREE school supplies to children in need.

*******************UPDATE**********************

After almost a year of owning this headset, I must give you my updated review on how it holds up to the test of time. This is a really uncomfortable headset and it will keep disconnected itself when you think it's turned on. It hangs from the ear instead of firmly being placed on the ear and it's just not a good headset. Still works but it fails at what it's suppose to do in the first place. If you must buy this headset then expect your money to be wasted considering it's not durable and even though it's not broken, it sure as hell might as well be. Save your money and get the Turtle Beach PX21 headset for universal gaming. Now that is definitely a true gaming headset. This headset right here is a toy and nothing else. Have fun!

I bought this headset because I simply refused to pay 50 bucks for the official one. It seems to work just fine, it's a little quiet in your ear and a little uncomfortable to wear for long periods. Overall however, the price was right, people can hear me and it's nice to have playing friends online.

PSMake sure you charge it fully before you use it and make sure it's not charging when you try to connect it to the PS3. For whatever reason, when charging it's off and can't be found by the PS3

I bought a 2 pack of this headset one for me and one for my brother to use on the PS3 for DC Universe Online. Set up is simple. It connected right to the ps3 and worked pretty well for me out of the box. My brother on the other hand took about a week of playing with it to get it to work in game. I shared with him my little ritual for connecting the mic and now it seems to work fine.

DO ALL THIS BEFORE YOU LOAD YOUR GAME!

1st have the Mic completely charged (it will have a blue light on it when plugged up and fully charged)

2nd Turn on the mic

3rd Go to Accessory settings Manage bluetooth device and look to see if your headset have a blue dot beside it (if not turn off the mic and reconnect it)

4th Go to audio settings and blow into the mic and check and see that it is working

5th now load your game

6th Check for any in game settings that you need to turn on for your mic to work. (look for to see if the game is set to push to talk etc...)

I gave this 4 stars because all on all after i got it to work consistently the sound quality is good and the price is excellent. The biggest draw back is that the battery life seems low to me about 3 4 hours on a good night. This is however the 1st bluetooth mic iv had so i cannot say if this is normal or low.

I'm usually not the type to give a negative review but I must say everyone would be better off to shell out the extra money and buy the PS3 model headset. I bought two of these one for my friend and one for me so that we could play black ops and talk to each other. Both of us noticed the headset shutting off every 5 minutes or so and the sound quality is less than desirable. Long story short if you are a serious gamer there are many other better options out there.

Bought this controller on impulse because it was the "Deal of the Day".

Pros:

It looks pretty good.

Has good weight to it.

Build quality is good. It doesn't feel cheap.

Rumble and Sixaxis built in.

Buttons feel good.

Wireless.

Has a Turbo feature which works well.

Cons:

Uses 3 AAA batteries. What do I do with the 1 leftover from the 4 pack? Nothing I own uses 1 AAA battery.

The analog sticks are a bit too sensitive IMO.

Uses a USB dongle(which is too wide).

Overall, I like this controller. Nice alternative to the DS3 with a couple of minor flaws.

I bought this unit and it took fooooreeeevvver to get it to sync up to the PS3. Following the instructions explicitly, it simply refused to sync up over and over and over. It eventually did sync up. Once it synced up, it worked fine until I shut down the controller and PS3. Then, to make matters worse, every time I go to use it (about once a week) I have to re-sync it to the controller again and again and again....., and it's the same problematic sync issues every time, often taking 20 to 30 minutes before it will finally sync. Stay away from it.

I didn't really like the first Assassins Creed. Sure it was fun and had some good elements to it, but it got old very fast and the missions became more of the same monotony. Then with Assassins Creed 2, you could tell there was a marked improvement in almost every area. Brotherhood took what 2 did right and expanded further with the ability to control a group of assassins, making missions much more creative. Revelations doesn't add any new gameplay elements (unless you count bomb making, which wasn't really that important to the game), but it does continue a formula that works very well.

Being a huge history buff, i enjoyed getting to run around sixteenth century Constantinople, which is very accurately recreated. The plot, involving political intrigue among the Sultan's sons made for a good plot line, but it wasn't even the main plot line. Desmond's attempt to piece his brain together provided a very inception-y vibe. The six missions you get to play as Altair are also very cool, and give very good closure to the character. Revelations continued the dungeon exploration levels which were first introduced in 2, and they still work well here. The ending gave Ezio a very good sendoff, and the final moments have me very intrigued for the next title.

Overall: If you like open world action games with a good plot and gameplay, you will enjoy this...but I would recommend playing 2 and Brotherhood first as you may be a little confused about characters and plot in the beginning.

I decided to do a multiplayer review since EVERYBODY typically only reviews the single player while only spending 3 or 4 sentences on the multiplayer component. I must say I became incredibly addicted to brotherhoods multiplayer as it offered a totally radically different experience from your typical FPS like COD or Battlefield. The revelations multiplayer only adds to the greatness. New game modes like deathmatch and artifact add an exhilarating new touch to your more typical game modes.

Deathmatch puts you in a very close, tight section of a map with NO compass. You are only given a picture of your target and it is up to you to do the rest.

Artifact is a basic Capture the Flag mode. Its works like this: Once you cross the "halfway" point of the map you will only be able to stun, thus you must constantly be on your toes in your attempt to get the flag/artifact and be weary of defenders hiding in crowds near the the flag or what not.

Customization plays an even bigger role. New characters can be customized endlessly with different types of weapons, belts, cloths, and you can even unlock gold weapons. You can also put emblems on the back of your cape.

The are 50 ranks, but unlike brotherhood where 50 is the level cap, you can now prestige. But get this...You don't lose anything! You keep unlocking more stuff, and here's the kicker...you can do this 99 times. And ubisoft says you still unlock stuff right up to prestige 99. Wow.

If you are looking for a fresh break and want some inject some strategy and "outwitting" into your gameplay, then pick up Revelations. You'll notice that most high standing game review sites like IGN, gamespot, and gameinformer, have knocked it. But there reviews where slanted toward single player and they had nothing but praise for the multiplayer component. Remember that the whole game must be taken into account when giving a review.

Buy Assassin's Creed: Revelations Now

This game was a rather large disappointment for me.

It felt like it should be a DLC for Brotherhood, in terms of length, depth and new features.

Abysmally short with a comparatively poor story and the upgrade/restoration features just weren't compelling unlike II and Brotherhood (You could only get 3 sets of armor in the campaign if you weren't focused on collecting all 100 memory fragments, the rest were pre-order and retail exclusives. The game also wasn't paced so that you unlock and can afford all the best gear by the last quarter).

It also seemed like they just tried to push it out as quick as possible to wrap up the story of Ezio/Altaïr so they could get on with focusing on Desmond.

Revelations seems to be the first blunder in the series and the first sequel worse than its predecessor.

AC1 was pretty good, AC2 was awesome, Brotherhood managed to improve slightly on AC2 and then Revelations just seemed so flimsy and cheap after the last two solid titles.

Read Best Reviews of Assassin's Creed: Revelations Here

I'm writing this review because I think the overall rating for "ASSASSIN'S CREED REVELATIONS" is a bit over-weighted on the high side. It's not a bad game, just not a great game hence my middle of the road 3-stars. Here's why:

PROS

Visuals: One of the main reasons I play video games is to be immersed in a wholly-created environment that I couldn't experience any other way. The "Assassin's Creed" series has always delivered on this level, and continues to do so in "Revelations". Walking around an early 1500's version of Constantinople (now Istanbul) filled with period detail is the major appeal of the game for me, and was reason enough to buy it. Ubisoft delivered.

Platforming: Another strength of the "Assassin's Creed" series, and again, well done. Climbing buildings, leaping from rooftop to rooftop, ziplines, views from high promontories all fluid, all gorgeous. And taking out some of the guards along the way never seems to get old.

Gameplay: In large part, decent, i.e., reminiscent of previous titles but with some troubling additions and exceptions, which brings us to:

CONS

Gameplay Part II: Others have remarked about the slapdash and tedious nature of "Den Defense", and I have to agree. I dreaded having to play this "mini game" so much (and it's triggered any time your "notoriety" (now called "Templar Awareness") tends too high, which it does often, which is another "Con" I'll get to below) that I spent a disproportionate amount of time leveling up my assassin recruits to impervious Den Masters, in order to avoid having to experience it again.

Notoriety: In previous titles, "notoriety" was limited, manageable, and even fun. In "Revelations", it's irritating. Now, even renovating a shop (necessary to increase your income) will raise your notoriety level, making you scramble for ways to reduce it. Tearing down Wanted Posters is no longer an option. Instead, you must find one or two available Heralds to bribe which, as another 3-star reviewer noted, turns the process into renovate a shop, bribe a herald, renovate a shop, bribe a herald. Which gets old quickly.

The Revelations: While the main character (Ezio) story and gameplay is largely satisfying (and thankfully comprises the majority of the game), "Revelations", as the name implies, also allows you to play as Desmond and Altair, learning more about their backstory and/or fate. This is a good idea... just not entirely well executed or enjoyable. The Altair missions are okay, but more expository than filled with drama. The Desmond "memories" are worse, taking place in an under-designed "Portal Lite" universe which serve only to keep your fingers twitching while listening to narration.

In other words, many of the revelations in "Revelations" are not all that revelatory.

That said, if you can buy the game for around $20, I still think there's value there.

Finally, since I've played all 4 titles in the "Assassin's Creed" series, I'll take a moment to list them from (IMO) Best to Worst:

1. "ASSASSIN'S CREED II": The best of the series, IMO. The beginning of the Ezio storyline, with multiple locations (Florence, Venice, and others). Ubisoft worked the "kinks" out of AC1 and came up with a title beautifully balanced between Gameplay, Story, and Immersion.

2. "ASSASSIN'S CREED BROTHERHOOD": A close second, not the least reason being that it functions as a worthy extension of AC2. "Brotherhood" introduced the element of assassin recruits, a fun addition to gameplay that made Ezio feel even more powerful. Also, the setting is Renaissance Rome, and even though the ancient landmarks are already in ruins, it's a real kick to be able to climb all over things like the Colosseum.

3. "ASSASSIN'S CREED REVELATIONS": For all its flaws, the main storyline (and gameplay) are still decent, and the graphics are beautiful.

4. "ASSASSIN'S CREED": The original. While it's odd that the game that started such a blockbuster franchise is my least favorite of the series, there are some compelling reasons why. I'll give a minor and a major. The minor would be the lack of polish on the gameplay side, i.e., having to spend an inordinate amount of time "walking slowly" so as to avoid ticking off NPC's and getting into constant (and repetitive) fights. The major would be crashes. The game was constantly crashing on my brand new PS3, with the nadir being a hard freeze just before I could perform an assassination it had taken me a half hour to set up. That was it for me. I had to give up the game...

...but not the series, which has proven to be one of the best of this console generation.

Unfortunately, "Revelations" was a step backwards, IMO.

Maybe they'll get their "mojo" back with ACIII.

But this time I'll wait for the reviews!

Want Assassin's Creed: Revelations Discount?

A lot of people are bashing the newest installment of Assassins Creed, I for one, love it. The hook-blade and bomb making add a little bit of freshness to the series. The bombs actually make it easier to stealthily get around if you use the, "cherry bomb" to distract some stagnant guards (as some of the completion % will rely heavily on NOT killing people) the, "rolling thunder" bomb makes a nice little mini-game in and of itself by having to blow off caps that have been placed on hiding wells.

Now granted I've not yet been able to beat the game, but I am a scour every corner type of player with kids and 80+ hours a week work schedule, but I'm at about a 75% completion and so far I've loved it. The leveling up of your assassin recruits is much easier this time around, despite having to level them to 15 instead of 10 as in Brotherhood. Once at level 15 you can assign a master assassin to a den to keep the Templars away, just keep in mind that performing 3 "Den Defense" is a requirement on the Assassins Guild list.

The historic areas you explore are grand, and you do learn some accurate, and inaccurate, information but it is all in fun. I've only played one of Desmonds "Black room" scenes, and it was confusing at first, (or I was half asleep) but got much easier once you got the hang of it.

*SPOILER ALERT*

Playing as Altiar is fun, seeing him go from young assassin to reclaiming his throne and seeing him as a family man gave more depth to the admittedly lack of depth-for-character in the first installment. Also, when you're playing as Altiar as an 86 year old man using the piece of Eden, seeing the "ghost" assassins dropping down for the kill as the Apple does its work throws some surprise in the mix for the Templars wanting it so badly

*End Spoiler Alert*

The 75% I've put into the game so far has been fun. Granted they could have added a few more puzzles or challenges, but to come up with a whole new game of this magnitude in a years time? Kudos, sirs, kudos.

I bought 2 of these cables. One for my HD cablebox adn the other for my Xbox 360. The cablebox works, fine. My TV won't recognize the Xbox, unless it is on, and on the correct input. Also, if I am playing xbox, and I press imput/source on my my tv to see what's on, and then switch back to the xbox, it restarts the xbox. This doesn't make sense, as the cable should just be relaying info to the tv. I've read online that it's because the cables are cheap and don't have a "switch" in them. Is that true? I have no idea. I do know that for my purposes, $2.00 was the right price and beats paying 40 bucks each for other cables. It's just a wire dipped in plastic.

As a huge fan of The Elder Scrolls games including Oblivion I'm finding it difficult to give the Oblivion 5th Anniversary Edition such a low score but unfortunately Bethesda Softworks, the game developer, leaves little choice.

First, if you've never played or owned Oblivion before but have been tempted to do so, then just stop now and purchase the game.

For everyone else reading this that owns a PS3 and Oblivion or the Oblivion GOTY Edition, the 5th Anniversary Edition is a huge disappointment. What's missing from this release is actually more telling than what's included.

First here's what you're getting with the 5th Anniversay Ed.:

1. The exact same content in the Game of the Year (GOTY) Edition (Shivering Isles & Knights of the Nine)

2. A metal box

3. A map of Cyrodiil

4. A making-of Oblivion DVD

5. A coupon good toward the purchase of Skyrim (The Elder Scrolls V) and the Official Strategy Guide* (More on this later)

Here's a list of what PS3 owners are not getting:

1. Trophy support

2. Bug/glitch fixes including several well publicized game-ending bugs

3. None of the DLC available to Xbox 360/PC users including:

Wizard's Tower

Thieves Den

Mehrunes Razor

Spell Tomes

Vile Lair

The Orrery

Horse Armor

Fighter's Stronghold

Another fact purchasers should be aware of is that the $10 coupon isn't an instant savings or really a coupon at all but rather a $10 pre-paid VISA Card. Here's some basic information lifted directly from Bethesda:

1. You must purchase a new copy of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and the Skyrim Official Strategy Guide for full price of at least $59.89. No discounts allowed.

2. You must have purchased the a game and guide at the same time and shown on the same receipt within a one month window: 11/11/11 12/11/11

3. You must cut the UPC label off the 5th Anniversay Edition, Skyrim and the Strategy Guide and mail those in with the original receipt.

So in essence the 5th Anniversary Edition is nothing more than a repackaging of the GOTY Edition with some chintzy extras thrown in. No new content. No trophy support. Perhaps most telling of all though, no bug/glitch fixes. This is the laziest repackaging job I've ever witnessed and literally adds nothing but trinkets.

This is sad on so many levels. Bethesda knew that PS3 user have been begging, and pleading for the dlc content PC and 360 user got, and trophies. And guess what? We didn't get it. You basically are getting the GOTY edition again, with the same map you get with the GOTY edition, and a added bonus, which is the blu-ray of the making of the game, which is mainly for the fan boys. The voucher that comes with this is useless, because there a catch 22 behind it, and that is you must buy the guide in order to get the $10 off, which is a big WTF in my book. Bethesda is still making there profit, and your saving nothing.

If your smart, you'll save your money and wait for a price drop on Skyrim. Bethesda has been doing a damn good job of making enemies with console users, and sooner or later, they'll realize it. This is terrible. Is it possible to get my money back?

Buy The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - 5th Anniversary Edition Now

It's highly disappointing at the lack of care that has gone into post-support for the PS3 version of Oblivion. For those who haven't played Oblivion before, this is a good deal. The game is one of the best this generation has to offer, and is still a top-tier title, even for its age. The "making of" DVD, as well as the $10-off coupon for the upcoming Skyrim are nice. At least, on the surface.

Others have reviewed this game to death, so this review is based soley on the 5th Anniversary's extras, which are frankly non-existent. Before you spend your money again, know that those of you who have played the Game of the Year Edition of Oblivion on PS3 are getting the exact same game in a new box. The 360's downloadable content is absent again, and there is no trophy support (Bethesda has confirmed there are no plans to include them now or in the future).

But quite possibly the most disappointing factor of this 5th Anniversary re-issuing is that the notable, show-stopping "A-bugs"(game-ending bugs found in the PS3 releases) are still present here, and there are no plans to fix them (also confirmed by Bethesda). These problems should've been addressed in the form of patches in the past, but to re-release the bugged game again is unacceptable.

The hype for the upcoming Skyrim sequel is the main reason behind this re-release, and though the "making of" DVD is a nice form of extra for those that want it, you're essentially paying $30 to get a $10-off coupon for Skyrim upon its release later this year.

Oddly enough, if you've NEVER played Oblivion before, this is by far your best deal. It's easily a five-star game in itself, and includes both expansion packs. The review score is based soley on the "new" content; or in this case, lack thereof.

Read Best Reviews of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - 5th Anniversary Edition Here

I had gotten this in the mail today and noticed on the back it only says "add-on content". I did a little looking and saw reports from others saying it doesn't include the DLC content and it doesn't have trophy support. Luckily I hadn't opened this so I am returning it to Amazon for a refund.

So if you're thinking of buying this don't bother. You can easily find game of the year editions used already for much less that are the exact same thing. Don't be fooled, there is nothing in here you can't find in GOTY versions that have been out for awhile now. This is basically just a money sink cash grab by slapping 5th anniversary on the box because what's inside it is what's been for sale for years now and nothing else. Even the bonus videos on the extra disc I watched at a friend's house when he got it was just the same old low res stuff that's been out for awhile now.

I was very disappointed in Bethesda for not adding in trophy support or at least the DLC. But I'm not surprised really considering Bethesda has terrible customer service with their games. Even after 5 years and the vampire bug being wide spread and well known since the games release it has never been fixed. Even with fallout 3 it still retains dozens of well known game breaking bugs that were never fixed and took almost 4 months after release to be patched to playable condition for a lot of people.

DO NOT waste 30 bucks on this game. Especially if you're a ps3 owner hoping for trophies. Just buy GOTY for less and save yourself some cash.

Want The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - 5th Anniversary Edition Discount?

Normally I wouldn't write a review repeating what has already been said but in this case the more bad reviews the more chance Bethesda will get the hint and stop exploiting its customers. Bethesda has chosen once again to release an inferior product. No previously missing DLC, bug fixes, and trophies. And the misleading $10 savings (fine print: only if you buy the guide) is a joke.

Most likely it won't but hopefully this and other bad reviews will get Bethesda's attention that will force them to add a patch to fix bugs, add trophies and missing DLC. And if they don't, well, I can assure them that I will be buying a USED copy of Skyrim.

One thing you must know to play NBA STREET HOMECOURT: The key of any game is the GAMEBREAKER. Once your trick meter is full you can activate the gamebreaker by stepping into the yellow circle in the center of the court and pressing triangle. At this point, you can freestyle dance/dribble and really make some crazy combos. BUT BE CAREFUL. If you get TOO FANCY you may get your gamebreaker swiped by the other team. That's when things can get really interesting. Overall, this is an extremely entertaining game and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have an all out, crazy, unrealistic dunk-fest. By the way, that's not a bad thing.

I've played all of the NBA Street games since the PS2 and Xbox versions. I think this is a nice fourth installment. I questioned it for some reason last year when I had it for the 360, but I purchased it for the PS3 and I really like it. It has a very high replay value. Unlike the NBA Live 08 or NBA 2K8, it's fun and not too serious. I mean all the power up moves are like NBA Jam (arcadic). I just think when you play video games they should be fun and no too serious. I like how you can play w/ or w/o a shirt and being a female I like the WNBA option as well. All and all it's a lot of fun, plus now it's like $30 not $60 like when it first came out and that makes it even better.

You cannot go wrong w/ buying or renting this game, you won't be dissappointed.

Thanks

If you're looking for an arcade basketball game, this is it. If you haven't played an NBA Street before, they are some of the most quality arcade basketball games on the market. Gameplay consists of many tricks and maneuvers to gain points and there is a lot of dunking involved. The game isn't realistic to any degree, but is a lot of fun to play co-operatively or competitively. However, the game does get boring pretty fast and therefore is only worth it if you plan to play it casually with friends.

I dont know why so many people have been hating on this game. I think it was a great first NBA Street game to hit the next gen systems. I dont think any NBA Street will be as good as Vol. 2 but, this game still has a lot to offer. In High Def it looks awesome, and although almost all of the tricks and dunks are totally impossible to do in real life, it is still really really fun! Plus now that the price is dropped its not hard to find this game for under 20 bux.. definately worth it!

Love this stand, perfect for two moderately heavy plastic guitars. The construction is very flimsy but as long as you are not running into it, it will hold the guitars. You do need to watch out for the holding hooks, they swivel a bit and if they are not pointing towards the ceiling a rounded guitar or any plastic guitar will slide right off the hook. You will not find a better looking stand that works for less than this stand.

The stand looked like a compact way to store 2 guitars, but it is very cheaply made and is too light weight. If you only put 1 guitar in the back, it starts to tip over. The guitars don't stay upright, they want to tip sideways and fall over. Should be something on either side of the guitar necks to hold them up.

The stand is ok, If you have an angled guitar like we do it takes one of the extra hooks away therefore leaving only one for a third guitar. So we have a four guitar holder thats only able to hold two. At least it does hold those though

As of the date of this review, purchasing this bundle is more of a convenience than a great deal. It costs about the same as purchasing the game and controller separately (on Amazon). However, if you're purchasing a PS3 for the first time, this is the perfect game/controller bundle if you're only buying the standard PS3 that doesn't come with an extra controller or any games.

My only complaint that brings down the rating of this product is that this bundle does not come with a USB cord to charge your controller.

HOWEVERthe game itself is a five-star game. It is a PS3 console-specific all-ages game that takes you through adventures in a crazy, creative world. Plus, the Game of the Year edition includes the extra content (levels and outfits for your Sackboy or Sackgirl) for free. There is so much content to be had, including level creation. The art style is whimsical, the narration and music are fun, and the character design is too charming for words. And it should be mentioned that the co-op play is great. I can't wait until my toddler is just a little older so my husband and I can play it with him. I can't say enough great things about the game itself, and look forward to the upcoming sequel.

OVERVIEW

What a bargain! The controller is the official Sony Brand, and is identical in all respects to the one included with your PS3 console. The inclusion of little Big Planet is a nice little bonus. For around 5 dollars more, you get the game, and several add-ons that feature extra goodies. If you can find the bundle, and you need a second controller this is a great buy.

CONTROLLER

The controller included is a black wireless blue tooth controller. IT does not come with a second usb cord for charging. You will have to use the one that came with your console, or perhaps purchase another separately. This is the only minor irritant I can claim about the package, but they do not claim to include it so they are not being deceptive. I simply don't understand why they would not include it. Surely it cannot be that expensive.

GAME

Little Big Planet is a side scrolling action platform game and so much more. The game is visually stimulating, and has a relaxed sort of feel to it. It would be appropriate for all ages, and is a great outlet for the creative gamer of the household. The game allows you the player, to use a variety of shapes, parts, stickers, and other such things to create personalized levels from scratch. Furthermore you can even put these levels up over the Playstation Network for other players to try! The possibilities of what you can create are near endless, and the game should get a lot of life.

If you are purchasing the game for your kids, you will be pleased to know that it is multi-player and supports up to four players at once. This is perfect for siblings or friends. Apart from that the game is appealing to both girls and boys, which also makes it a great buy for those with children, but don't be fooled by the cute look of it. The game has enough depth to be very enjoyable for adults as well!

I purchased this for my Girlfriend a couple months ago. I've played the game already and had a large amount of fun playing it...and then returning to it again. The additional controller made it better since it allowed us to play the game together. She loves the game and It's brought me countless hours of joy.

It is a High Def Tony Hawk game. The Tony Hawk games are basically all I play because the controls work the way I think they should and they are all fun. It's been that way from the beginning and I like it. Every year I get some new places to go skate and a few new things to check out. I guess I'm just easy to please, but I love it! I'm sure that it will all be messed up by the time the next one comes out (since Neversoft is no longer on the project), so I guess this could possibly be the last one I play. Especially if they move in the direction of Skate. I just want to push some buttons and stuff happen.

Another year, another Tony Hawk game. I know I should be getting burned out from these games. When Proving Ground came out I didn't buy it right away because I felt like I had spent so much time with Project 8 when that was released that this would feel like overkill. Eventually I gave in (I'm an impulse buyer) and quickly found myself lost in the Tony Hawk world.

These games do an excellent job of making you feel like you're making progress. Like an RPG, everything you do builds experience. Want to just go wall ride around an area? That's fine...it will even lead to you getting better at it. I found myself spending so much time just riding around trying to max out my stats.

I don't play these games for the storylines. I play it just to have fun and complete the challenges. The game is split into separate gameplay styles, but realistically you'll go through all the storylines just to get access to all the abilities.

There has been some backlash against Neversoft, the developers, for sticking to the same formula, but frankly it works. This game is FUN. It's not a skating sim (something that EA's SKATE strives for). I understand that Neversoft may switch things up with the next game in the series, but I hope they don't change the game around too much. I'd probably stop playing if they try to go too far into the sim area and leave out the fun over the top gameplay that's satisfied me for so many years.

I loved the first three tony hawk games, and having gone a while without playing on, I gave this a shot. Several times in the game the objective/goal had unclear instructions which led to a lot of frustration trying to complete simple tasks. I play a lot of games -I can follow directions -but these were really bad. Also, the voice acting/cut scenes are badly done and annoying. The whole "what type of skater are you" thing is a cheap gimmick, and I beat all three career paths simultaneously. The video editor is not well thought out and is a pain to use. I returned this game and got EA SKATE which is what THPS was so many years ago -an original, fun skating game.

Naughty Bear is definitely entertaining, and a great way to kill an hour or 2. Some of the controls can be a little wonky, and a few of the death scenes can get tedious and over done. Panic in paradise does add a few interesting tweeks to the mix and some more creative ways to kill. Again, great pass time, but not the most epic game you'll ever play. Worth the $20, plus its a 2 in one. But I will say there's nothing quite as entertaining as watching grown bears scream like little girls

The shipping was great, it came right on time. The packaging was also great and well in place so that it didn't shift or move a lot in the box it came in.

I bought this game for my husband for Christmas, and he enjoyed it very much.

Naughty Bear Double Trouble are 2 games. There is the Gold Edition and the downloadable "Panic in Paradise." Naughty Bear has 63 Trophies not including Panic in Paradise. Its more of a strategy game than a adventurer or rpg. You play as a Villain bear named Naughty that goes around killing other bears in unique and yet macabre ways... And there are so many ways of killing bears. There are several different costumes you can choose from to your liking. And some help a lot in different quests you do. Oh, and you unlock costumes all through out the game.

I recommend this game for those who are into strategy, puzzlers, and rpgs.

I believe the title of the review says it all. Don't let the cute bear fool you, this game is DEFINITELY NOT appropriate for children.

Want Naughty Bear - Double Trouble Discount?

As the other user above me has stated, this is nothing more than Naughty Bear gold with DLC inside of it. Panic in Paradise IS NOT ON THE BLU-RAY DISC.

So what does this mean in the future? Means that if you are connected to PS3 and logged in, this DLC may not work in the future for you. If they close Playstation network or support for PS3 games my guess you will not be able to use this content just like Xbox.

So if you only want the Panic in Paradise DLC, I just suggest just downloading it because your buying a Blu-ray you probably already have with the first Naughty bear or Naughty bear gold edition.

Different box, same game..

I should really return this product
