Although this may fit older versions of the PS3, it does not fit the newer or slimline version. It's cheap enough I will probably just use it as an extra computer cable instead of returning. The new PS3 has a 2 prong molded end this one is a standard 3 prong computer connector.

It is a power cord not much to it. It works or it doesn't. This one works. It is a good length and all plugs fit perfectly.
