The skin fit like a glove. Looks great, although, it's a very smooth surface which feels very slick to the touch. After using it for a few hours the sweat from the hand along with the heat did create a better grip. At the same time I purchased this grip I also ordered from the same brand the red grips. For some reason the red grips actually have a grippy rubber feel. They are very nice and I actually use the red grips on both controllers and this black skin just sits in my drawer.
I probably wouldn't buy again due to lack of grip and feel.

I did not receive the item pictured. What I got was a flimsy, thin, poorly fitted skin without the ridges on the hand grips. The initial fit was at least tight, but after a couple of weeks, it stretched out. Simply awesome buy I have a white ps3 controler and would get dirty all the time. With this sleeve it not only looks awesome it keeps the controler clean and gives you more grip as well.. $ well spent
