I went with this product because I wanted something versatile, compact and not "flashy". First on flashy; many of the other options I found had the big blue charging lights that light up the room. Now I love that techno-blue color as much as anyone, but come on I just want something to charge my controllers and not have a distracting glow. This unit does just that, no extra lights to show charging, just the regular blinking lights on the controllers will tell you the charging status. The one thing I missed or didn't notice in the product description is that you can only charge 1 of each navigator and PS move controller at a time. The front slot is shaped for the nav and the back is for the PS move. You can charge Dualshock/Sixaxis controllers in either/both of these spots.
For the Dualshock/Sixaxis controllers, you need to clip on an adapter (2 supplied with unit). The adapter fits on snug enough that you can actually just leave it on your controller at all times. It blends well look of the black controller and does not hinder play. Then when it is time to charge, you just drop it into one of the 2 slots.
The only tiny issue I find here is when looking at the unit straight on and you are charging a PS move controller, there is a little tab that sticks up in front of the back charging bay that blocks the view of the charging light on the PS Move controller. The tab is actually what holds a Dualshock/sixaxis controller in place for the back charging spot. Likewise, the Dualshock/Sixaxis controllers are facing away from the front of the unit and you may not see that charging light looking from the front. Personally, I have no problem with it as I typically put my controllers in to charge overnight and don't care to constantly know if the light stopped blinking. If you need that kind of reinforcement, turn the unit slightly to the side, or go for one of those big blue glowing things...
In summary, a great product and solution for charging 2 controllers at once. This is powered by an AC adapter, so no USB port is taken up.

The following is what I said before returning it only to discover there was nothing wrong other than my confusion about how to insert the move and about the lights.:This would have been a very usable item if it would have lasted more than 3 uses. I would have said it was poorly constructed before it broke but now that would be redundant. The move charger is no longer doing anything but the six axis charger still works thus the 2 rating. There is a lot of appeal to this unit. You can charge two controllers at the same time, and it can be either the standard controller, the move controller or navigation controller. Very compact, and does not need to charge on or near the PS3. The controllers snap into place with a secure hold. At least, they are supposed to. The top spot snapped in fine for a couple days, but the bottom one never fully clicked into place. If it doesn't click in, it does not stay in, so it does not charge. After just a couple uses, the prongs to click into become too loose, and it's thin plastic, so there was no adjusting without risk of snapping. I did contact the company, and they were no help and did not seem to care when they finally responded via email. They just told me to return it. So, I did. With Amazon's hassle free return policy.
