I bought this headset as an occasional gamer (3-4x a week with some friends) and was pretty disappointed. It was very easy to set up, but the sound quality and volume are TERRIBLE! When the device is at maximum volume it's drown out by gameplay from the TV. It's almost like the people you're trying to communicate with are whispering. I even tried to get some of my friends to turn their mic volumes up, and that didn't even help. I know it was a very cheap (price-wise) device, but I was STILL disappointed with it.
