Today's Bonus:
The GOOD:
Nice soft plastic feel.
Responsive comfortable L2/R2 triggers.
Shares the dimensions of the Xbox 360 controller.
Nice force feedback / SixAxis tilt capability.
The BAD:
Analogues have very noticeable "dead zones."
D-Pad is vague.
Face buttons intermittently do not respond.
Requires one USB port for the wireless receiver.
Requires another USB port in order to charge. (Cannot play via USB cable in lieu of receiver.)
Bottom line:
If you're looking for a comfy controller to use with shooters, platformers, driving games, or ...any game that requires responsive analogue inputs from the player, this isn't a good controller to own. I'm sorry. I had my hopes up too, but at least you still have your money :P

This controller is a waste. Only a couple of days of light use and the L1, R1, and L2 buttons are unresponsive. The D pad was laughable from day one. The company and warranty are simply a joke. Save your money or buy another ps3 controller. It's no secret third party controllers are junk and this one is no exception.Buy Raven Motion Sensing Wireless Controller for PS3 (Alternate Layout) Now
I started playing MW2 on Xbox and thought the Xbox controller felt really natural. I moved over to PS3 for numerous reasons, but found the DS3 controller terrible for MW2 and Black Ops.I found the Nyko Raven and really liked the way it felt in my hand. The triggers felt awesome. The reversed left analog stick feels perfect. I really wanted to love this product.....BUT it is is impossible to use with first person shooters. There is a VERY noticeable lag/dead zone.....whatever you want to call it. On someone that was really far away, it literally took me 15 secs to get the crosshairs on him. Completely unacceptable. Supposedly this is because it communicates via 2.4 ghz instead of bluetooth. Apparently if you are using it for other games it is great, but for FPS it is definitely worthless. Also tried playing with the included mini USB cable and no luck...it still has the lag issue.

I owned this controller for a few months before I finally got rid of it. Overall, it wasn't very impressive. Both analog sticks have significant dead zones: over 1/4 of their total movement range from the neutral position doesn't register. The face buttons (square, triangle, circle, X) require a lot of force to register, as do the L1/R1 buttons. The controller itself seems comfortable to hold at first, but the ergonomics for it are really strange, and led to hand cramping after an hour or so of use. The rubberized finish also felt really cheap and seems like it would have started to flake off eventually. There weren't many positives to this controller: the d-pad is decent, the force feedback is adequate, and the hardware option to switch L1/L2 and R1/R2 mapping is neat, but that's about it.
Nyko usually makes some decent quality producs, but unfortunately, this isn't one of them.

I have had this controller for about 5 hours now! It's slick its smooth and it feels xbox. If your like me and are sick of the ps3 controllers than this is the product for you. The only con is having to sacrifice one of your USB ports
