I wanted to get this game since I played the demo and it's a lot of fun. The graphics and voice acting are above average, the story is entertaining, and dialogue is a little cheesy, but it's bearable. The best thing about the game is the different supernatural powers that the team members have. Some are more efficient to use than others, and you'll probably use your favorite 2-3 members for most of the game (most likely Church, who uses a one-hit kill sword, and Delgado who uses fire and a minigun). The weapons are usual FPS machine guns, pistols, snipers, etc. Each member has their own personality, which helps keep the game fresh. The ultimate rental. I don't suggest buying it due to lack of multiplayer and a short campaign. Squeamish people, STAY AWAY!

EditedI haven't been able to play this game in a while, but I picked it up again recently. I haven't gotten too far into the game when I reviewed it, but having played it furthur, I have found many faults that I didn't notice before. The main and most frustrating one is the lack of any sort of intelligence whatsoever from your teammates. They rarely use cover, and when they do they use it incredibly poorly. They usually stand in the same spot all clumped together in a group firing at the same enemy while ignoring the other ones. They never back away from enemies that are charging at them, not even the ones who explode when they get near you. As a result, they are CONSTANTLY dieing, making you revive them constantly. This becomes even more frustrating when the squad gets split up since you have to pay extra attention to make sure that those guys don't die. One part of the game is so excruciatingly difficult that I have almost given up on beating the game. Which is a darn shame since I'm loving the wacky storyline.

I played Jericho for the PS3 and bought I because I enjoyed the demo and was despirate for a FPS for the PS3.

The good:

Its fun

Difficulty settings are appropriate

Graphics are cool

Controller is easy to learn

The bad:

At times too dark to see your surroundings

Short

Game favors some characters with certain powers

Not as interactive as other next gen games (can't jump or pick up items)

The only flaw this game has is that there is no multiplayer or co-op options. Otherwise the game has great graphics, an intriguing story, and awesome weapons and powers.

When I started this game I went in with a bad attitude from the beginning due to all the bad reviews. The game starts off a little slow but as you go on it gets better and better. I'm done with the game and I liked it a lot. Make your own decision about the game.

Want Clive Barker's Jericho Discount?

The main reason I purchased this game is that I am a huge Clive Barker fan! I've read all the Books Of Blood, Hellbound Heart, and Cabal. Hellraiser was the first horror film I found to be simply beautiful and grotesque at the same time. It was hard for me to stay away from the graphics of this game. Only, when game play started... it was not your traditional FPS.

Jericho doesn't disappoint with it's beautiful design! Each and every detail int he characters and playfield have been detailed to an unreal degree. This makes the game beautiful to watch and gawk at. The levels and missions are short... leaving even the busiest gamer time to fly though a mission before heading out Friday night, going to the office, or even the family guy, playing with the kids. Only, some missions require more thought than others....

Let the frustration begin...

Your Squad has a multitude of skills... each one will need to use them among different points of the game. Generally, I avoided playing Father Rawlings because he's a healer and can heal from a distance... My issues? Sometimes you need to use these skills and there is little hint to when! ie. I fought a Lichthammer for 20 minutes before I thought of using Church's blood to bind her... as soon as I did that the fight was over. So 20 minutes of nothing! I could have spent 40 doing it, having no idea. Same with huge beasts in another level where once again Church was needed. Seems Church, the character I like to play second least, is constantly needed to do things.... yet there is little hint to the need of the character. This is frustrating.

Next.... and the most annoying thing that made me want to sell this game the minute I started to play... (along with other reviews) The squad is downright dumb! Each one gets killed much too easily... and it happens often. I spend more time healing my crew than I do fighting monsters. Especially with the suicide bomber monsters. Frankly, there is nothing more annoying than watching someone play a game and never getting to try it out... that's the way I feel on certain parts of this game. I run around healing people more than I get to destroy monsters because the darn squad will jump out like it's a surprise birthday party for the enemy and never take enough cover. BTW, having a crouch button would have been nice! They have multiple levels with debris you can hide behind but what good is it if you stand up to get shot.

Needless to say I give the game a 3 only because it's been the most beautiful horror first person shooter I've ever seen. Final note... some of the fun of a FPS is exploration. Also, picking up items or power ups, secrets, ect... Not in this game. There is no way to explore. Only one way to go. No open roads or ways to get lost. You have a driven linear path!

If you're a Clive Barker fan or like horror to the extreme this is a must but be ready for frustration. It's very unorthodox of other FPS and you'll be healing your squad allot instead of fighting. Just remember that the levels are short enough that redoing them from a check point isn't so bad. I like to collect games of this nature but, I'm not sure I'll hold onto this or not. I love the graphics and violence but, I think this game is going to drive me to need medication. It only needed a few more things to make it a 5 star game!

3 Stars, for great graphics and some fun...

As someone who has not purchased many digital "things," I was skeptic of the Playstation Network that came with my brand new Playstation 3. Hence, I went for the 3-month card instead of the 12-month card. The first day after I put in the code, I got a copy of Sam and Max season 3, a 35 dollar value, for free, because it was the Playstation Plus game of the month. Wowzers.

The bad: Buying free games with the Playstation Plus cards are actually rentals of said games. If I got a free game on the same day that I got my 3-month Playstation Plus card, it's actually a 3-month rental of the game, that could be extended from a 3 months rental to a 15 months rental if I buy a 12 month Playstation Plus card (50 bucks) in the next three months. If I bought another 12 months, say, 12 months from now, the "due dates" for these rentals would extend another 12 months, turning rentals into pretty much the same as a purchase. Games bought with a 1 to 99 percent discount in the Playstation Plus store don't expire when your Playstation Plus card expires, so that's good. The discount applies to a handful of games every month, all of them popular and worth a look.

The good: You get several games picked out of a hat for you per month. What you get:

-one playstation 3 game per month, in the 15-35 dollar range, for free. For me, the games are always at least decent, at best highly addictive.

one playstation 1 game per month, worth 6 bucks in the playstation store, for free. These are usually popular, such as Spyro, Tomb Raider, Crash Bandicoot, etc. In the last 6 months, only one has been lame (Crash Team Racing).

two Playstation "minis", which are video games worth 2-3 bucks in the playstation store, for free. You get about 1-10 hours of fun from these, depending on how addicted you are.

a medley of free things: playstation 3 themes, wallpapers, avatars, exclusive beta testings, and sometimes an extra free game. The NHL center ice player is free, but it costs over a hundred bucks to get a season pass.

Several video game companies will give you the same discount on the same game every month.

Several discounts on an ever-changing assortment of video games every month. This is the best part. I've spent a 20 dollar playstation card every month picking up these goodies. These cards have saved me over a hundred dollars in video games from these discounts.

So basically, twelve months of this nets you about 200 bucks worth of video games that you would like for free. There's always tons of discounts on top of this, usually 50 percent off something popular.

If you purchase anything from a discount, you still have it if your playstation plus account expires. The discounted games appear to be picked at random and are different every month.

I'm giving this 4 stars because the 12 month card is clearly a better bang for your buck, and I wish I got that instead. A+

Edit 2012: As of E3 2012 PS1 games and minis have been discontinued as mandatory benefits, making this service nonsense for anybody who owns a PlayStation Portable but not the Playstation 3. Minis could continue to come out at a very slow pace but PS1 games are done. It appears that in most months now THREE bonus PS3/PSN games appear. Also, the benefits now include soundtracks to to Datura and Starhawk but with no easy path to find them through the PlayStation store. There's more DLC out there that are discounted towards PlayStation Plus members, and a library of 60 minute free trials to disk-based games.

Playstation Plus is a paid service that is OPTIONAL for users of the Playstation Network. The service provides users with discounts, free games, online storage and much more that I will outline below. The offered digital Playstation Plus subscription code is a safe alternative for users who do not Own, or wish to give their credit card to Sony, or use Playstation Network Cash cards.

COST

There are currently two models of subscription; 3mo @ $17.99 or ~$6.00/mo and 12mo @ $49.99 or ~4.17/mo. Obviously the best deal is the 12mo offer. **This card gives you a 3mo subscription**

ADVANTAGES

Every month the Playstation Store will have featured products available for Playstation Plus users. This often amounts to at least one free "featured" game offered per month, as well as various other free titles.

Playstation plus holders will also receive special discounts on select items, which changes every month. The price reduction can be anywhere from 10% to 75% off an item or package deal.

Exclusive features! Automatic Download service to keep all your games up-to-date without physically having to launch the title. 150MB of online data storage for your save game files or data files (You can even back up copy-restricted saves)

FULL GAME TRIALS. That is right folks. On the boarder about that new title that just came out. Playstation Plus members get a "full game trial". It acts as if you physically bought the game and allows you 1 full hour of game play before disabling itself.

Early access! As a Plus member you will receive early access to game demos and be given priority when it comes to specific Beta invite handouts, Plus members are first to get access.

Free Plus themes and avatars. Not exactly amazing but who doesn't love free stuff!

DISADVANTAGES

As a playstation plus member you have access and perks from all the above. HOWEVER if you do not renew your subscription things can get a little complicated.

*** Any Playstation PLUS item you received that was *FREE* such as a featured game, or maybe an avatar/theme will become "disabled" upon expiration of your PLUS subscription.

*** Any Item you had to physically pay for, even if it had a special PLUS discount of 99% will not be disabled upon expiration of your subscription

So what it amounts to, anything FREE you get from PLUS is really more of a long term rental as long as you are PS+, while items you pay for even with a discount will always be yours.

OVERALL

The playstation plus plan is not for everyone. However it is a plan that rewards its subscribers with plenty of perks and loads of content each month. If you think about it, at $4-$6/mo and a free $10-$15 game each month in theory the subscription pays for itself each month, not even factoring in all the other perks like the free full game demos. While the $17.99 card is not the best deal, it makes a great card to experience Playstation PLUS for 3 months without laying out too much money.

I have never written a review on Amazon...ever, and I buy stuff from here all of the time, but this product impressed me so much that I wanted to share my experience with you and recommend you give it a try.....so here we go. I ordered a set of the Vipr Black FPS Freek for my PS3. They arrived today and I placed one on my right analog stick, the one you aim with ;). It was a little awkward feeling at first because I wasn't used to having my thumb so high up, however when I tried moving the stick around a little before actually jumping into any gameplay it felt so smooth and drastically different. It took about half of a game of Hardcore TDM on MW2 to get fully used to using it. I always play on insane sensitivity (10) because I like the ability to turn faster, the FPS Freek helps to control the slower turns while still giving you the ability to spin like a tornado if you want to. After a few hours with it my accuracy has already gone up from 18.03% to 19.33% which may not seem that impressive to a casual gamer, but that is a huge leap in a FPS especially for such a short period of time. It feels like its built pretty solidly and its definitely comfortable, it was a little difficult to snap on at first just because the analog kept rolling and it would snap on crookedly. I gave my other one to my brother for him to use on his 360 as this product fits both the 360 and the PS3 controller. I am definitely looking forward to his feedback since we are both avid gamers. The Vipr Black color is nice, its just all black which matches my controller better than the white one which is why I bought it and it matches my brother's CoD controller as well. I seriously think this is the best peripheral I have ever bought for a game system other than a second controller. For the more than casual gamer that prefers to play FPS I would whole heartedly recommend this product especially when a $10 item can do so much for you and a friend or your second controller. I hope you found this review helpful, if you have any questions about my experiences with it I'd be glad to help out.

First off I want to start off by saying my wife laughed at me when I told her that I was ordering thumb extensions. I know that's not what they are called but that is the easiest way to describe them. I got them in yesterday and I used them last night. They installed with no issues in under 30 seconds and are very secure on my controller. At first I thought that it was going to raise them to much, but as I started to play I realized they did nothing but improve my game play. I've only played Call of Duty: Black Ops with them and it improved everything from sniper use to the control of the M60. Great product. As a note. I have very small hands and I was worried about having to reach to far to use them and hand fatigue, but it's actually much more comfortable.

Buy FPS Freek Now

Bad Company 2 is my game. I play it on xbox and I play it religiously. I though these were kind of funny at first and purchased it as more of a joke to show some friends, but now I love them.

By extending the stick height with FPS Freek there are two major bonuses as far as I can tell;

1. A larger field to move the stick over.

2. Easier movement of the stick. (allowing you to be more precise)

Though the pack comes with two I only use one on the right stick. I increased BC2's sensitivity slightly more than what it would be for the relative increase in stick height, meaning I had to grasp an increase in sensitivity. The slight difference in ease of stick movement makes it easy to grasp. It took an hour or two of game play and some fiddling with the sensitivity but in the end it was worth it.

I am a long time BC vet (PC 1942 to present console) so I was already doing pretty good. While an increase in precision has definitely helped, the noticeable difference for me has been in the close quarters firefights, ESPECIALLY when you find yourself passing someone on a corner or turning to shoot someone behind. The added sensitivity lets you turn exceptionally fast and as a result I am able to win a lot more of those occasional situations. It is almost comical when your opponent is slowly trying to face you while you are circle strafing him.

Even if you only increase the sensitivity relative to the added height you still gain a bonus by getting some more play on the outsides.

These aren't epic game changers, and they aren't a necessity to playing well, but the difference is noticeable and my kill/death ratio has improved as a result.

First let me say that this is only my second headset, the other is the TB X12 which I highly recommend too.

Quality built

8/10

My TB X12 feel more resistant to falls and everything. I'd say these are solid, and since I am the kind of guy who takes care of his things and treat them nicely I am sure I won't have any problems with these. Now, if you are the kind of person who throws their stuff like it is garbage then you are probably going to break them in less than a year. ADVANTAGE X12 BUT TRITTONS LOOK WAY SEXIER.

I like how they look but I'd love them even more if they were black as the Warheads (why do them white when the Xbox and PS3 are black??)

Sound Quality

9/10

At first it was a bit hard to hear footsteps (in CoD and Halo) thanks to the high bass and high environmentt sound (explosions sound great), but after a few days I got used to it and started to hear the footsteps, and with the surround sound I could tell where the enemies were, much better than the X12, ADVANTAGE TRITTON

Note: YES, there is a buzzing noise but seriously I am kind of picky and somewhat hard to satisfy but IMO this ISN'T a big problem, once the game starts you won't notice it.

Comfort

9/10

If you have a big head you may want to look elsewhere, I have a slightly bigger head than the average person and I had to fully extend them to fit me. For me the comfort is great, feels good. ADVANTAGE TRITTON

Mic

9/10

A bit sensitive, it does register my breathing but all you have to do is twist the mic a little and put it facing your chin and the breathing is gone. If they had added that cover they put on mics I would have give them 10/10. ADVANTAGE X12

Some other things

It is great that it comes with 2 cables for the Xbox controller, in case one fails.

Hearing yourself in this... it is a bit loud, specially if you laugh, not a big problem since you can turn it off.

After getting used to the headset I gotta say I am pretty happy with it and I highly recommend them. If you have the money go for it, this is the best you can get under $150.

This review might be a little disorganized but I'll just tell you guy's my likes and dislikes.

I've tried out a variety of different gaming headphones for the last two years. Just with Tritton and Turtle Beach. I'm a serious gamer. I game A LOT. Before I had these, I had the Turtle Beach PX5. They're wireless which is nice but also sucks. I had rechargeable batteries but it seemed like during a game of Search and Destroy in Modern Warfare 3 or in Gears of War 3, I'd have to replace my batteries. It sucked. I had those for about 6 months. So I looked for a pair of nice, wired gaming headphones that I wouldn't have to worry about changing batteries all the time. And that's exactly what I found.

The sound on the Tritton 720+ is great. It's not as good as the PX5, but you get what you pay for. I LOVE the bass in these. It helps add effect to when you're playing. The explosions rumble, or when your playing Forza Horizon, the music sounds great along with the car sounds and effects too. I find it hard at times to hear people who are talking on Xbox Live. The sound that comes out of the chat sounds a little cheap for when people talk. I also find the mic to be a little too sensitive. If you make a little sound, people can hear it. I also have a tower fan going next to me to keep me cool and I keep it on low but yet from about 3 feet away it still picks it up. I had no problem with my Turtle Beaches when I had my fan going.

The comfort for these are great. I wear glasses so wearing my Turtle Beaches after an hour or so started to hurt the side of my head from the Beaches pushing my glasses. I wore them for 5 hours + and had no problems with any discomfort, but I do feel almost as if its made for a smaller head. I wear about a 7 1/8 hat size and these fit me perfectly. The adjustments on these seem to not stay in place at times. When I adjust it on my head and wear them, I really don't have this problem. But if you take them off, the weight from each side seems to weigh down the adjustments and I always find my self having to readjust them.

Overall, I really do love the headphones but there are some minor flaws. Sound is great. Comfort is amazing and I would still recommend these to people. I would like to see these to be a bit cheaper.

UPDATE 12-22-12:

I still love this headset but a few days ago, the right ear went out. I've only had it for 6 weeks, which is pathetic considering I had numerous pairs of other gaming headsets and had no problems with any other headset. I do take really good care of my gear, especially if I'm dropping $150+ on a gaming headset. To me, it's just a designer flaw. The adjustable volume piece will fall down from the weight of it, pushing/ tearing the cord that connects to your headset and it slowly did that with my headset. I still think this headset is great but now I'm highly disappointed because of what causes this to happen. I would wait to buy this headset to see if they fix this problem. I've never tried them, but around Christmas I'm going to be buying the Astro A40s because I've heard a lot of good things about them.

I had an old version of 720 and I loved it. Now it was time for an upgrade and I got this headset. Sound on this set is just great, I think it is better that the old version. Also, they are more comfortable than the original 720.

If you've xbox 360, dont buy coz, Xbox one wont support the current headphones,(news that microsoft is working on adapter, thumbs down).

For PS3,its best I've used. No buzzing issue for PS3 USB [dont use other usb for charging while using headphone]. perfect investment for next 8-10yrs console surround gaming.

Surround Sound brings the game/movie to real life. not much diffrnce b/w 5.1 and 7.1 surround 9/10,

Felt Rear channel experience is not as good as front & side channel.

Heard Astro A40s are better, but costly and bad customer service.

Sound Quality is superb, Bass is minimal since low frequency is 25Hz ( The lower the frequency, better the bass), Treble is crisp and zero distortion [High frequency-22KHz] 9.5/10.

Comfort It's bit tight for me,head size b/w Small & Medium 6.5/10.

Design & Packing Build quality is superior, feels high end gadget 9/10.

Setup EaseVery easy to setup. All the necessary cables are included. 10/10

Was kind of skeptical about this headset because it isn't wireless. My three grandkids use and abuse (drop, throw, toss, etc) this headset on a daily basis and It still works and performs well. I haven't heard one complaint from them so I know it's working well. Using it for more than a year. The price was about average but the performance is way up their for an electronic component.

Would definately recommend!!

this is a great headset for ps2/3 owners. there is an adjustable band on the side to fit any odd sized heads (not that my head shape is odd o_0) and overall pretty clear hearing quality and if you adjust the mic right people can hear you clearly. i think its better than a wireless one because sometimes those can get a little weird connection wise. even though sometimes the wire can get a little annoy but you get used to it. i would definitely recommend this product for others.

I do like this headset its a good headset for the price. Its comfortable too. There are a couple of things. I have had my headset for over a couple of weeks . The speaker I can see how it would be very easy to break off however mines is still in good condition like new. When I first got it, it would drop or disconnect im not sure probrably the other persons mic though, because I havent had that happen again . If you cant hear well, this is probrably not for you. At times I find the sound to be a little low. But its excellent for playing co op games just what i needed it for . Over all im satisfied with this product for what I use it for , my ps3 gaming . Has great sound when you are talking through it too, was told its very clear on the other end. Was asked all about it, where i got it, and what type it was by my co op partner.

I don't understand why this game has been getting trashed across the review board. Everyone, PLEASE don't take the critic's word for it on this game, I feel that IGN and the rest of them are being unjustly harsh and biased with their reviews of Sonic Unleashed. At the very least give this game a look to see if it's your cup of tea.

I'll start by saying this title is an innovated new approach to the Sonic franchise. As mentioned the day levels have very traditional sort of "Sonic" feel to them, with minor tweaks and adjustments to improve the flow of the game's transition to 3-D platforming. For example, you can now use L1 and R1 to sidestep during times when Sonic is running at top speed. You'll perform timed button pressing combos to advance through the course and keep the flow of the action moving steadily at some points. These gameplay mechanics that have been implemented vastly improve Sonic's movements and abilities, which finally gives Sonic a smooth, intuitive 3-D experience.

As said before, the daytime stages are only half of what Unleashed has to offer. I won't spoil the storyline for those of you who may care, but at night you become the "Werehog" and obtain a surprisingly deep new combat system. The Werehog has furry arms with claws that stretch like Mr. Fantastic for some unexplained reason, and he moves at a crawling pace. The game then turns into a hack 'n slash style game very reminiscent of God of War's gameplay, even weaving together the same kinds of combos you'd expect to pull off with Kratos. Being a huge God of War fan, I for one enjoyed these areas of the game with much enthuse. Many people have complained that Sonic moves far too slow and clunky as the Werehog which in turn takes away from the overall pacing of the game. There are also some platforming elements sort of similar to God of War or even Prince of Persia, where you shimmy across ledges, climb columns, and swing from poles. Several people have already criticized these parts of the Werehog levels as well, saying it was too unforgiving and became frustrating as you die so many times. First off, I think people who complain about games being too challenging are weak and just can't handle the difficulty. Second, you can't just keep repeating the same formula for a Sonic game after dozens of different incarnations. Sega needed to take the franchise in a fresh, new direction, and I truly think they have succeeded with Unleashed.

I do think many critics have an unfair prejudice against Sonic games now because of previous failed attempts to bring the platformer into the 3rd dimension. So please give this game a chance. It brings more of the traditional Sonic but improved. If you like God of War, which is a game that most gamers have enjoyed by now, then you should at least be somewhat thrilled by what Unleashed has to offer with the Werehog. If you don't like God of War, then you should be hung for treason. Hail ZEUS!

The hedgehog we know and love seems to have a hit in his series again. The Sonic stages now contain the speed we have been waiting for. It seems they took somewhat of the style from Sonic and the Secret Rings, and worked out the glitches so that we now have a responsive and fast-paced sonic gameplay once again. Yet another thing I love about this game is you level up sonic's abilities so that he can have more boost and be faster as himself, and increase all of his other attributes in his werehog form. After you get sonic's speed to max he really blasts through the levels.

Now it surprises me how many people complain about the werehog stages. Sonic's night stages seem to be a lot of fun to me, because it just is a classic smack 'em up brawl. Another thing that is neat is when you level up your combat abilities you learn new moves, so by the end of the game you have many new combos you can fight with that are much more effective.

Apparently people have issues with sun and moon medals as well. I didn't encounter the issue of being short on medals until like sun medal level 7 was needed, and that's because I wasn't really looking for them too much. All you need to do is just keep an eye out for them while you are playing the game.

Basically this is a Sega step in the right direction with Sonic, and an improvement over other Sonic games of late. It also is the fastest I've seen sonic in a game for a while. This is a game any Sonic fan should want to have.

Sonic Unleashed is a fantastic contribution to the Sonic the Hedgehog series. This is one game that has shown me that Sonic is still alive and well, and that the franchise still has much going for it. After seeing Sonic and the Secret Rings, with its heavy rock soundtrack, its choppy graphics, and poorly planned camera angles, I was afraid that Sonic had fallen to rise no more. Sonic Unleashed proved me wrong. After playing this game, I would have to say it is my third favorite Sonic title, after Sonic the Hedgehog (1991) and Sonic and Knuckles.

This title shows care in its craftsmanship, from the storyline, to the quality cutscenes, to the stunning levels, to the intuitive controls, the charming orchestral music, and the great sound effects. As opposed to some, I actually enjoy the nighttime levels, where Sonic transforms into a werewolf-like creature (a Werehog; this phenomenon is Robotnik's doing). Here, the player is charged with fighting off 'Dark Gaia' monsters using a series of button combinations in fun, non-bloody combat. Many would disagree, but to me it seems an amusing and clever innovation to the series. I would much rather see breaks with tradition of this nature, than see Hedgehogs pick up pistols or hear heavy metal vocals blasting in the background (if you know what I mean). Furthermore, this is not an irreversible change, either, for at the end of the game, Sonic is cured of his curious condition.

Of course, the high-speed daytime levels are the best, and capture most the spirit of Sonic the Hedgehog. Really, they are beyond compare. The speed is exhilarating, with the graphics losing no character at all as the velocity rises. The 'Homing Attack' allows for easy attacks on the Robots, the 'Ring Energy' allows more speed with every ring collected, and the 'Side Step' function allows Sonic to dodge enemies quickly while rushing forward. The Boss Battles are particularily stunning. All the while, gameplay merges seamlessly between 3D and 2D ----once again, an excellent innovation.

Now, as with every game, there are frustrating moments. Some challenges that are presented to the player are rather difficult. In the nighttime levels, one often must walk Sonic across narrow beams, where failure means to plummet to the bottom of a deep chasm. In the daytime levels, it can sometimes be quite difficult to swing from poles in succession, or run at high speeds across water and ice. In some cases, it can be hard to find the next level as one searches for it in the hub worlds. Having to find a certain number of sun or moon medals to advance the story can be tedious. But all in all, Sonic Unleashed proved to be challenging, yet playable at the same time.

In closing here, I will say this: I hope that Sonic Unleashed forebodes what is to come. I believe that SEGA has learned its lessons, and have put them to good use in the new game Sonic and the Black Knight (the far-superior sequel to Sonic and the Secret Rings).

I grew up with Sonic and have been a fan since the original Sonic on Sega Genesis and Game Gear. Throughout the years after the Sega Genesis games, Sonic has many ups and downs....more downs then up. So our newest attempt is Sonic Unleashed.

Before I purchased this game I looked at every video and review possible because I was hesitant, seeing as how every other 3D Sonic game faired, I was more frightened then intrigued. I was a fan of the Sonic parts in Sonic Adventures 1 & 2, but hated the other characters in those games. After I purchased the game I can tell you that its definitely a better game.

My favorite things about this game that its a solid platform game. When your Sonic, your going through beautifully designed levels at a fast speed, or some with big challenge that look like a grown up version of the original Sonic series. It does feel scripted at times like you can only go front, but its too fun that I can honestly say who cares.

As far as the Werehog goes, when I first played with him I was ready to trade my game in. As the story goes and levels opened up, I actually didn't mind. He has more puzzles and challenges and is actually fun to play. WAYYYYYYY Better then the stupid characters from S.A. 1 & 2. Trust me I rather be Werehog then have to sit through fishing or searching for Emeralds.

The only things I didn't like. The towns and how you have to talk to people made no sense and was dumb, this isn't Final Fantasy so there's no need for it. I for one never read anything they said. Annoying songs and constant baddies with Werehog. Playing with Tails....THATS RIGHT. They kept stripping his character down until we get this, airplane chase repetitive levels??? are you series. Tails flies why does he need a plane?

All in all its a good game, lots of fun and definitely lots of replay value, and there aren't many platforms out there anymore because everything is dumb shooters....*sigh* how the times have changed!

I picked up this game the beginning of september. I got it because Ive always loved Sonic Games but I was very cautious because everyone is criticising this game. Im here to say "STOP CRITICISING THIS GAME!!!!!!!" Its a great game!!!!! So far, Im not really to into the story but its still very fun to just sit back & watch the amazing cut-scenes. But, gameplay is definitely Awesome!!! Its so fun, during the Day Time Stages you got an extremely fast running hedgehog with fun & amazing graphics for a Sonic Game. & then during the Night Time Stages you get to play as The BADASS Werehog!!! If you enjoy playing God of War & prince of persia which are my favorite games!!!!! Then u can honestly look at the Werehog gameplay as those types of games but instead of being "The god of war" or "The prince of persia" you get to be Sonic The Werehog. Theres puzzles, tons of enemies, big boss battles, great graphics, a solid story, & Very Fun Gameplay!!!!! & Trophies Which are fun/challenging to achieve. What more can u possibly ask for? Especially from a Sonic Game that came out in 2008. I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS GAME!!!!! OH! By the way, its only like $20!!! really people???? Stop wasting time & get this game!!!!!! Its worth it!!!!!! Alrighty than, Ive said enough. Hope my review helped you out, enjoy the rest of your lifes.

As a fighting game enthusiast, coming from Street Fighter 2, Original Mortal Kombat, to today's generation of fighting games (Street Fighter 4, MvC3, SFxT, etc) I have to say that this DC Super Hero version has met, and somewhat exceeded, certain expectations.

Now first off, I do have to say I didn't have great expectations to begin with, considering how MK vs DC was a bit under par. But certain previews at least gave me some hope. I'm also not some elite player in all those games, but I can pull my own weight to at least offer some perspective about certain fighting games. And based on what I've played so far, I was actually impressed. I'll try to note some of the highlights that caught my attention. I've just had time to beat the game in single player mode, so I haven't done a lot with multiplayer to comment on that yet.

This review may assist with someone still on the fence about the game, and wanting certain answers.

[GAMEPLAY Highlights]

Fight style is very similar to Mortal Kombat, as one would assume. However, there is no more need for a block button. This time, just hold back (away from opponent). This makes it easier for new players, unfamiliar to MK, to pick up. Basically, allows for a larger audience. However, hardcore MK fans may or may not appreciate this.

There is a meter bar that is built up with attacks. Up to four meters to be used individually for move cancellations, or full meter for Super Signature moves.

Ability to cancel certain abilities/combos (uses a meter bar), helps to connect long chained combos.

Basic combos are simple enough for newbies to make use of. But, it can get complex enough to keep the hardcore entertained in finding long combo strings.

Meter bar also used for wager mode. While you're being chain hit, you can cancel the opponent's chain by initiating a "clash". During this phase you and the opponent place a "bet" of your meter. 1-4 of your meter to be used in the wager, against the opponent's. Once the wager is placed, the two figthers do a slow motion power clash. If the initiator of the clash wins, he/she gains a % of health based on the difference of the meter waged. If the initiator of the clash loses, then the opponent does an amount of damage that is the difference of the wager. However, this can only be performed once per character, within a game, and when you're down to your 2nd health bar. In-game should explain this more clearly, but it is a pretty nice touch, imo. Additionally, it can be used as a bait/psych move against another player. For example, you could choose to initiate the clash, and not wage any of your meter. Yet, your opponent might panic and wage all of his meter. You take some damage, but it may be worth taking that damage over possibly the opponent using their meter for more damaging combos or supers. And of course, whoever has no meter during this will automatically lose. Ties will just end up in a Tie with no damage nor health bonus.

Rather than rounds, you have 2 health bars. This is great to keep the fight flowing. It wouldn't make sense for some voice to announce "ROUND 2", anyway. But once you deplete the first bar, there is a slight pause... kinda feels like you knocked the wind out of the other char, and he's regaining his senses. Something to note, with two health bars, it is not continuous. Meaning, if you do more damage than is necessary to deplete the first health bar, it doesn't carry over to the second health bar. So, you would be wasting a super when the opponent only has 5% left of their first health bar.

Very interactive stages. This could be a hit or miss with the crowd, but I feel it's fitting for a Super Hero game. Certain objects in the stages can be thrown, activated, or jumped off of. For example, a hovering vehicle could be picked up in mid air and slammed at the opponent. A button on a panel would activate the missiles on the Batmobile. Some heavy objects on the stage may be picked up by a stronger character, but a more agile character would jump off it as a defensive maneuver. Objects thrown/activated this way is unblockable.

Characters can also be knocked through walls to other sections of the stage. In the process you see them hitting various objects, which differs from stage to stage. For example, hit through a wall, into a helicopter, which then crashes into another area. The character does take damage along the way.

Character specific special, activated, abilities. One button is assigned for this, and it can be activated any time when it's off cooldown. Every character has a different ability. IE: Batman activates radio controlled Batarangs that circle around him. These can then be use to shoot at the target, or create a defensive barrier. Green Arrow just shoots an arrow when pressing his button, but if you did a half circle back + button he loads up an ice arrow head. Next time you press that button, he shoots the ice arrow which freezes the opponent briefly. Another motion would load up fire arrows. Doomsday activates power armor that decreases damage for a short period. All these abilities do have a cooldown, amongst other conditions. Another nice addition for this type of game, imo.

[STORY LINE Highlights] **** Warning Spoilers ****

I feel they presented the story mode very well. I actually felt like I was part of the story. And personally, I think the story was well written for a game of this sort. If you think about it, how in-depth of a story line do most fighting games have? Street Fighter 4... Story? A few short animated scenes maybe.

Basically, the story is based on the comic line where Super Man is drugged and mistaken Lois for Doomsday. He unintentionally kills Lois, and his unborn son, which triggers a rigged nuclear explosion, all thanks to the Joker. Super man pretty much goes insane and kills Joker, and all goes downhill from there. Superman goes vengeful mode and pretty much becomes a conqueror of Earth. This happens in another dimension.

Around the same time, in another dimension (the Good Superman), a similar incident is in progress where the Joker is about to set off a nuclear bomb. Right before that happens, part of the team gets teleported into the "Injustice" dimension, and that's where the fun begins.

During all this you get to play different perspectives, starting with Batman. Throughout you will transition to different character's points of view and play as those characters, split into chapters. Between scenes, the story does take its time to build everything up, and present decent cut scenes. You don't just go fighting the next guy right away. And the cut scenes actually have very decent fight cinematics. There's clearly well done martial arts motion-caps that happened in this game. For example, apparently Aquaman and his guards know Wu-Shu... who would've thunk.

There are also mini games in the story mode, which adds a nice touch. Not all will agree, but it's not bad. I can see it being a bit repetitive if you play through the story mode a few times. Those mini games are part of the story transitions. For example, Grundy is coming at Green Arrow. You're viewing Green Arrow from a 3rd person perspective and controlling his arrow targeting. You have to hit the things Grundy is throwing at you, while trying to hit Grundy. Or you're Joker and you're throwing explosive playing cards at Nightwing. You have to press buttons in certain sequences that popup to succeed. Fail too much and the fight begins with you having less health.

In the story, it does explain how all the characters can fight on equal terms. They swallow a pill that has Kryptonian characteristics, which increases strength and durability by a few thousand percent. HOWEVER... if I must nitpick... it still doesn't explain how bullets can still hurt characters like Superman or Doomsday. The bullets weren't modified, yet Deathstroke can hurt all the characters the same with his guns. And, although Aquaman's Super looks great with a giant shark biting into the opponent... it certainly shouldn't hurt Superman... unless the Shark took the pills too. Now granted, you don't really fight Doomsday or Superman in the story, as Deathstroke, but the point stands when you're fighting in other modes. It's just one of those nitpicky things.

The entire story line took about 3.5 to 4hrs for me. It would be faster if you can quickly beat through all your opponents. But as you switch off to new characters, and being a new game, it's a learning curve. Although, if you do want to go through the story mode quickly, just set the AI mode to easy. But I do have to say, that was a pretty long story to play through for a fighting game. However, I think it is fitting since it is telling a rather long story.

Personally, I think the story line was decent enough to have made a movie/animation out of it. So having that in a fighting game was a nice bonus.

[SINGLE PLAYER MODE Highlights]

I didn't get to go through all of them yet, but you do get a training mode where you can practice. There's also a STAR Labs Mission mode which tells Superman's side story while giving you goals to achieve. (IE: Being affected by Kryptonite, you can't get hit by CatWoman for 20 seconds and try to get bonus pts by doing certain combos to her). It works as part training and entertaining achievement challenges.

There's also other modes, like fighting all the villains only, super heroes only, survival mode, poison mode, etc. There are more modes that I haven't unlocked yet.

[CONS]

Some combos did seem a little clunky at times. For example, I was doing a combo like, low, med, (fireball motion) heavy. But instead of registering the fireball motion heavy, it did a fireball motion med. Happened more than one occasion. I can't tell if it's a matter of more practice or some clunkiness of controls that I need to get use to. It wasn't consistent so I'll keep testing and practicing. So it could just be me. If others are noticing this, they can add to the comment.

There are certain parts that made me scratch my head. For example (***SPOILER ALERT***) there was a part near the beginning, after the transport into the different dimension that Joker was able to beat down Batman pretty badly. It would make sense if Joker had already swallowed the power pill, and Batman didn't. But at this time, there was no implication that Joker had any major advantage. That didn't make a lot of sense to me.

*My personal bias, perhaps* Doomsday nowadays seems to be weakened quite a bit in order to allow balance, and make him beatable. If they kept Doomsday the way he was during the "Death of Superman" comic line, he would be a much greater adversary against an entire team, by himself. I mean, if you have Superman AND Doomsday fighting against you... it should be "Good night, you will be destroyed". But, he has to be dumbed down so he's not Overpowered on the roster.

Based on my run through in Single player mode, I can't say I've run into many more Cons at this point.

[CONCLUSION]

Overall, I'd give this game a 4 out of 5. I don't usually give 5s unless I'm just completely blown away.

I think this game has enough interesting, and unique, aspects to make it an entertaining Fighting game based on the DC universe.

People need to be careful of their expectations. This is NOT Mortal Kombat. There are no finishing moves, there is no extreme blood and gore type violence.

There are obvious things to nit pick about, based on the DC universe, but you have to come in with the expectation that not everything will make sense. It's just an entertaining way to allow Super Hero fans to fight with their favorite characters, with an interesting story to follow.

I love getting the chance to play as my favorite superheroes (and supervillains) and I'll usually give any game wherein I get that opportunity a try. Even today, after the Arkham games and certain others raised the bar for those types of games, they're hard to pull off correctly. You have to make for a good game while at the same time having the heroes you came to see act consistent with their comic-book counterparts' power level and moral codes. That's easier said than done; if you're going to have Catwoman go toe-to-toe with Doomsday, you have to have at least a semi-plausible reason for this to be possible.

The creators of Mortal Kombat, one of the more legendary fighting games out there, have managed to pull it off. Now, I enjoyed their previous Mortal Kombat VS. DC Universe title, but I must admit that I never bothered to play as the MK characters when I could be Batman or Superman instead. This game, then, was the logical next step, and they've given it a pretty interesting story, even finding a believable reason even Superman would go into full-villain mode. It's chock full of references to classic DC stories, and I admit watching Aquaman's special attack put a smile on my face. Bonus points for including Kevin Conroy, the one true Batman, in the voice cast.

The graphics are good, the gameplay is mostly solid, and most importantly: you can run people over with the Batmobile. So what are you waiting for? Buy this game and let the punching begin.

If you are looking for an incredible Justice League movie, you have to go no further than this video game. The cinematics on this are simply amazing. The plotline of the game is simple: a handful of heroes are pulled into a parallel universe where Superman is bad and has taken many of the Justice League with him. While you go to this game for the fighting, the single player mode gives you the most compelling story you could imagine. I am at best a casual gamer and never sit down to complete a game in one sitting, but this one kept me glued to the television until I have finished it. There are plot twists galore in this thing, and one in particular late in the game has Superman killing one of his associates in the such a way that it left both my son and myself speechless because that moment shows you this Superman has no hope of change.

And the storyline just makes the fighting times make sense. You get 12 chapters here which means you'll fight as 12 different heroes, most of the time facing 5 opponents before the chapter ends. There is also a section of bonus missions through STAR labs which will let you continue on with another story (though without cinematic action) much longer than the main storyline and allowing you to play as all the characters eventually. There is a quick fight mode, and of course multiplayer that will allow you a lot of fun. Completing the game gives you a new costume (after the closing credits roll) for Superman. You can also download more character skins and even newer fighters are supposed to come out soon. This is definitely the game to grab if you are a comic book fan!

And yes, Kevin Conroy is Batman in this one. Yet another reason to buy it!

Having played MKvsDC before...and MK9, there is a healthy balance to what a DC fighter can and should be. I've read a bunch of reviews that talk about re skinning MK9 and no innovation involved with the game. Those comments are off of the mark by a mile.

Game play: The game play here is just what you'd expect if you have played MK9 or any other decent caliber fighter. It's a little frustrating at first but once you get the hang of it and start recalling the moves without hesitation, it becomes a very beautiful controlled chaos. The little touches of flavor here and there in the form of picking stuff up and environmental attacks add just enough to keep it interesting. The super moves, while not a fatality by any stretch, are still fun to watch and even better to land (It will never get old with Green Lantern slamming buses on your face) and will fill you with a sense of 'eff yea' if you are a fan of the character you're playing with. Top shelf game play, which sadly is standard now a days, makes the game handle as expected. Which is totally fine by me.

Graphics: What can I say here...they are superb. I really can't gush enough about how fun it is to crash through the environments with your favorite super heroes. All the super moves and little special effects that come from each character just adds more "awwww yea" when you play. Shazam's pulsing lightning bolt is super cool, for example. Really, really great graphics. The game runs smooth too.

Sounds: While the score is second rate...and nothing I would ever possibly consider buying a sound track for, the voice acting is just sublime. Its nice to hear some old veterans doing the voice work for some of the most beloved characters around. The foley sounds leave a little to be desired but nothing that should be bashed.

Characters: The character selection, right out of the gate, is pretty awesome. They have DLC planned for more characters too. All the fan favorites from the comics are here, and a few that fly a little closer to the "who's that?" trail. If you are a DC fan at all, then you should have SOME idea who everyone is. They all have some decent costume selection, but on the whole I'm disappointed with that aspect. It's so minor that it's almost not worth bringing up save for the simple fact that I'm a big vanity oriented player. Having people unlock new costumes with iOS app stuff (being an android user) seems a little under handed, but alas that is the day and age we live in. If they do release new costume packs for each character with 3-4 options...and really make them fancentric then I think that minor gripe will be washed clean.

Story: With a plot you'd expect from the comics, I do have to say I ran through the story mode very quickly. This isn't a complaint for me. If a game can get me to commit without wanting to go to the bathroom or find something else to do, then I am very pleased with it. Though the whole story (I really didn't look to see what time I started playing) seemed like it didn't take long to complete, I really didn't look at the clock once or worry at all about the time. The writing and dialog feels good when you listen to it, it isn't stiff or boring. I was genuinely interested in what was going on. I don't want to give anything away..its not really a "SURPRISE MOTHER EFFER!" type twisty plot but that didn't bother me at all. It's very Superman heavy on the story line, while taking you through different POV with new characters. If you've ever wondered about "How would they deal with this or that?" it's a great story to interact with and you'll certainly be pleased.

Overall: This game panders to the comic book/gamer fans more then the hard core fighter series audience. I found little to no flaws through out the time I've spent with the game (15 hours since yesterday) and don't anticipate in doing so anytime soon. With slick graphics, fun character play styles, intuitive controls with easy to learn & hard to perfect skill sets a character list that will make any fan boy/girl wet him/her self in delight Injustice is a fighting game worth the price of admission if you're a devout DC fan, or at least a good time rental if you're a fighting hobbiest.

I really don't think you could go wrong if watching your favorite DC Heroes go toe to toe and smack the bejezus out of each other is what you're looking for. Hell, even if it isn't what you are looking for you should still do yourself a favor and try it out. While it isn't a "perfect" game, I do think its 15 feet and 9 inches above most. Call it a reskin if you want, MK9 was a great game. Cheap money grab?, NO. Worst fighting game out there?, are you serious?! The bottom line is picky people are always going to complain and whine about a game they aren't good at. I'm not particularly skilled here, but I do know a well made, fun game when I play it...and boy howdy does Injustice have that in spades.

Someone said that it was slightly longer than the one that came with the PS3. I guess that depends on which PS3 as for mine it is over three times the length of the included cable. This allows me to plug in a sixaxis mid game and to continue playing from my couch.

Short version...

This a good quality cable, that is long enough to charge a controller while playing a game. What more can you say?

Warning, this item is not as advertised. The cables I received are from Nyko and are specifically for the PS3, but they do not have braided shielding. The cables I received are flat like a telephone cord and very cheap looking. They will be going back! Very disappointing.

Ive read some reviews saying "this is just a USB cable" implying that you can use any USB cable to charge your PS3 controller. While that is true, you cant charge and play at the same time with a standard USB cable. The controller will shut off if you try to charge and play at the same time. So you need one that is compatible with the PS3 which this one is. Highly recommended!

I am a MASSIVE Saint Seiya fan. I've been following it since I first watched it at age 9, in 1994, in Brazil. I have collected a few action figures (the old 8" or so ones), bought as much of the series on DVD as I could as I live in the US that is incredibly hard, I had to do with overseas shopping and lastly, imported the game all the way from the UK, on release date.

Ok, with that out of the way, on to the game!

The style of this game seems a lot like mindless button mashing but combat itself requires a bit more than that. Fighting against ANY saint or mini-boss (Cassios) requires you to carefully plan your attack, as normal attacks will likely be blocked and even any special moves will be mostly blocked, as some damage may be caused. One sad aspect of it is the necessity to always build up your cosmos, which is a requirement to launch any of the special moves, this is one area I feel the game fell short.

Continuing on special moves, I just can't stress enough how amazing they look. The faithful recreation from the animes is incredible and once you develop the saints, oh man, those moves are outstanding to watch. My first moment of awe was seeing Ikki's flying phoenix carry people away while smashing into pillars, taking the entire scenery down.

Dimps did an excellent job capturing the essence of the show in this game, they offer the gold saints, bronze, and a few extras (with annoying DLC which will be discussed later), but I feel they allowed themselves (or Bandai made them) to be a bit lazy with possibilities in the game. For instance, there is no 1player vs 1ai battle, the closest you get is either doing Mission mode (which can be very lengthy as it covers on average 7 stages, 3 gold saint temples+their paths) or Tag mode, which pits you and a copycat AI character of your choice against a gold saint + minions spawning everywhere. Tag also goes through a couple of houses but there's no pathway fighting.

Leveling up characters takes a long time (not a problem) but the way to do it can be repetitive. There are several possibilities for varied adversaries on both Tag and Mission, but there's a lack of variety in the gameplay. Plus the AI will try to mirror your moves, using their equivalent would-be button presses to whatever you do. They also die around halfway through the fights so you may need to revive them (or let them down and finish the fight by yourself when you're at least at a level 5).

That said, the gameplay is rather tight and responsive, while still staying in the Devil May Cry/Dante's Inferno/Bayonetta/God of War restriction of areas you can access (as in, one pathway, sometimes small areas). The sound is very nice, the special effects look and sound lovely! More about the sounds, ALL of the voicework is in original Japanese. That's not a problem until you have characters talking while you play, so unless you play without paying attention and read the captions, you'll miss it. Unless you understand Japanese.

One disappointment I have is with regards to the music. Saint Seiya has some of the best in my opinion THE best music score of any show. The game, however, takes advantage of the theme song and another transition fight piece, and not much else. All of those special, touchy moments in the anime, with the excellent music to go along, are filled with somewhat copycat styles trying to capture the mood. I wish they'd have tacked the songs from the show but who knows if there's a copyright issue with the performing artists.

Now, on to the DLC. Let me start by saying that Namco Bandai pulled a Capcom here. All of the DLC is in the disc but you still must pay separately for a

Ok, maybe its my fault for not paying enough attention to what i was getting, or not doing my research. But i was under the impression these were little button covers or something that you just snap on. Apparently you have to take the remote apart and replace the original buttons with these. And i guess my son found out from a youtube video that its best if they are the actual sony remotes. The sony remotes are so much more expensive, im not sure if I would even want my kids to try and install them! And we mostly have generic ones anyway. They do look really cool and seem quite sturdy and well made. I hate to give less stars simply because of my own ignorance and not knowing what they were exactly.

I bought this product thinking it would improve my grip and wick away sweat, it does a good job of both but does not stick well on ps3 controller constantly comes apart

All in all, it's decent. I like the texture, and it seems to keep my hands fairly dry..

The downside is that the texture paper stuff, will separate from the foam. so make sure you have some glue on hand to patch it as it starts to fall apart, mine started falling apart after about 2 weeks.

I've had difficulty holding on to the DS3. The grips being so short and tapering down as they do made my fingers slip. I tried a silicone cover, but I didn't really like it. The worst part was that it covered the face which changed the feel of the buttons. When rotating the sticks (especially with caps on), the edges could drag on the silicone.

The surface of the SquidGrip is much more slip resistant than the bare plastic or the silicone cover. It also leaves the face and rear of the controller completely uncovered. If you're more worried about protecting the controller, then a silicone cover would be a better option.

The SquidGrip wraps completely around the grip and meets, this made getting it aligned properly a bit difficult. Minor hassle. Major gain. I hope this holds up.

This is a really great product. especially if your hands get sweaty while you play. Its pretty easy to apply, Keeps sweat off. not too thick so the controller still feels right in the hand. Also it keeps your controller from becoming greasy which i know it always happens no matter how hard we try. I recommend this to all ps3 users! :)

This is a decent gun for the price if your looking for something out of the realm of the little blue and red sony gun attatchment. However, the gun has one bad flaw.....the gun doesn't lock the move controller into place good enough. The hatch that closes over it does not close shut securely enough to whip the gun around or to pistol whip with it like needed in the shoot. other then that its great. I use a hair tie to keep it tight and shut. duct tape will work too but you shouldn't have to do all that for a great gaming experience.

This product sucks. Have rig it to keep the top closed and since you have to have original packaging and it was christmas we are stuck with a rubber band around it to use it

Attention this product is a hazard for playing Move games. I went to hit a close antagonist with the gun in my hand as per instructions of game, of course using the Move system and the controller flew right out of the gun which was securely closed. This gun cost me my wonderful 40" LCD tv that I had bought myself around last Christmas of last year 2011. The door surrounding the controller came open and upon further review it is quite flemzy and pops open at a momments notice. My tv is simular to the commercial at this point. I hope this helps.

This item is decent considering its price and for its use. However, be wary of this item for it is defective and has cost me our newly bought Samsung 46" 1080p 240Hz LED Smart TV worth $1,249.99 from BestBuy just because of the unsecured lock while normally playing "The Shoot", and now the whole panel has been smashed with my Playstation Move Motion Controller and there's no way to get it fixed or replaced. I DEFINITELY don't recommend this accessory for those people who are less careful with their stuff. Please don't be like me who has been fooled in buying this item. Sorry for the manufacturers, but you should assure that your items are fully functional and safe. You could have added a better lock to secure the Playstation Move Motion Controller in its place. What if, by chance, the people using it while playing accidentally got the Motion Controller fly directly to other people, especially children, and got them injured? My LED TV's pixels got shattered and that force is not a joke if someone got hit with it. This item is really an inconvenience in that part, and I urge people to avoid this item for security and safety reasons.

I haven't used the PS3 much yet, but so far I love it! The graphics look amazing with the HDMI cable. This bundle was a match made in heaven for me since I'm a massive Harry Potter fan. Luckily the movie includes a blu-ray disc and a blu-ray 3D disc, which was one of the things I was concerned about since I don't have a 3D HDTV. So now I have a PS3 to play games on, a blu-ray player for blu-rays, and the last Harry Potter movie on blu-ray. And this bundle was the same price as just the PS3 160GB, unlike most of the other bundles with the games. So far, it's perfect in my book!

bought this bundle for christmas and finally got to open it today. opened my blu-ray expecting to see some extra discs with special features and there arent any at all. just the 2 discs, one for 3-d and one for 2-d. little bummed about that but i guess as long as WB doesnt disappoint next year with the re-release of the harry potter series and i get my special features there, it'll make up for lacking them completely on this set. other than that though i have no complaints as of yet. but ive only had it open and being used for a little less than 2 hours. will update review if any other complaints come up

First off, you are getting a PlayStation 3 and a Blu-Ray player that will never get out of date (some first generation BD players, and possibly newer generations, are not able to play new BD movies due to new security features on the disc). The PS3 is great. I was impressed immediately for the game of Uncharted 2. Works great with movies too. Just know you MUST use a HDMI cord and an internet connection (it does come with wireless or an ethernet port) to fully use the PS3's features.

Now, on to Harry Potter: Note that this disc CANNOT BE USED ON A NON-3D TV! I was fooled by this when I got it in the packaging. Thinking it would be a good showcase movie. Nope. HOWEVER, the 3D version of Harry Potter is going for $30+ on Amazon. Sell it!

bought for a relative and he haven't complain, this was like two years ago, so I guess that still is working fine.
