This is not a game to review until you have completed it. As I moved deeper and deeper into the game, my opinions began to deviate from my first impressions. Many times, it seems that once you play for two to three hours in a game, you get a basis for what the entirity will be like. This is an exception. It's a lengthy game. It's a game that you probably shouldn't take a month long break before picking it back up because it can be difficult. But it's a game that will reward you for playing, by getting better and better until the end.

Graphics:

Backgrounds are stunning. Character models are very detailed as well. Often the game's camera will pan out allowing you to view a large area. This is primarily the platforming portions of the game. But it will definitely cause you to stop and look at the scenery from time to time (especially when you get to the castle). You do not have an option to adjust the camera angle and 80% of the time, you won't need to. However, there are times that you will seemingly be whipping the screen not knowing where the enemies are. And it did cause me to die a few times.

Audio:

Am I playing Lord of the Rings? Most of the tracks made me think that I was in a battle for Middle Earth. The chanting and orchestrated music are very similar to the LotR movies, which may or may not be a good thing. Personally, I felt some of the tracks were way overdone and intensified for no apparent reason. It was especially awkward as I walked through a serene forest with no enemies AT ALL to have the music start blaring, trumpets, choir and all. My heart stopped as I thought I was about to be killed by some unknown demon, but what? Nothing. Must have been the wind. As I progressed through the game, the music toned down and became a bit darker and softer. It became more Castlevania-like, but still not what you might have expected. There are a few Easter Eggs in the game where you will hear some classic 8-bit tracks and those were definitely welcomed. The voice dialogue was well done. Patrick Stewart did a good job narrating and playing the part of Zobek, an ally of yours. Robert Carlyle's (Gabriel) voice sounds Scottish which is cool, but seemed a bit subdued at times. I ended up having to turn the voice tracks up to hear him speak. No spoilers, but the last boss fight and ending's dialogue were top notch. I wanted to beat the last boss twice just to watch the ending again.

Gameplay:

There is a balance between Uncharted-like platforming, Tomb Raider puzzle solving, and fighting a plethora of enemies. There are dozens of types of enemies, ranging from the easy Mummy to towering Titans. There are also two ways to fight in this game. I personally enjoyed the classic whip-slashing action. However, a good bit of the game's bosses involve button timed events, which are fun, but stressful. I died mostly during these fights and a few times, it sent me back to the start of the battle and I was flat out frustrated. The most enjoyable aspects of the game for me involved Uncharted style climbing. It felt just as fluid as Uncharted (with the exception that you can only climb certain things versus virtually everything in Uncharted). Jumping from platform to platform is somewhat flawed and can be irritating, but that is not too often as you are mostly climbing and swinging.

Replay Value:

As you progress in the game, you are rewarded with different abilities. These abilities make replaying one of the games previous levels much easier and fun. There will be items/upgrades that you can't get in your first play through of a level, but after gaining a new ability such as double jump, you realize you can now go back and acquire it. That leads me to how the game is structured. There are twelve chapters in the game, with multiple levels scattered throughout each chapter. You can go back and play any level over again on one of four difficulties. Upon completing a level, you also can go back and beat its trial, which is an added challenge. Try to 110% the game(one thing to note: You can't 110% the game until you beat each level on Paladin (the most difficult) difficulty. However, you can go back and replay the levels on Paladin with your upgrades intact, making it manageable). Konami has also thrown in some Easter Eggs once the final stage is completed as well. You can slightly change the appearance of Gabriel but I won't say how.

Closure:

I was very pleased with Lords of Shadow. I am a Castlevania fan. But I never enjoyed the 3-D games. The N64 and PS2 games were awful to me and pushed me towards having a 2-D bias. However, this game has rebooted the series nicely and has set itself up for a sequel. While the majority of the game is not reminiscent of what we've come to love, nostalgia is still there with one-third of the game being related to the Vampires and the castle (clock-tower, garden maze and all). The new ideas are very welcomed and create a game that is not dependent merely on one's nostalgia, but stands on its own as a fun and exciting action game. Were there times where I was bored? Maybe in the first three chapters. Where there times where I was frustrated? Maybe playing a timed event boss battle for the first time. But was the game fair and balanced? Absolutely. If I were scoring the game, I would give it a 9.5 for a great, 20+ hour action game with a few camera glitches along with some repetitive action scenes and music. A must have for any Castlevania and action game fan. Feel free to ask me any questions, as I am nearly 110% complete with the game.

I would need to clarify that I am not a long standing franchise enthusiast. My first and only Castlevania aside from this was SoTN. I never held a candle for the Belmont clan (pun intended) or for the franchise, aside from how awesome SoTN was. So in that regard, I am biased.

Moreover, this game is NOT perfect, so let me get the bad out of the way:

1. Camera angles. Very pretty, very engaging, very cinematic. And they have made me die a lot. Reminiscent of the Resident Evil franchise pre-4, and MGS3, static camera angles are...a love it or leave it issue. I like them. But to be honest, they can be a hindrance. Not being able to see a 2 ton Worg about to swipe me out of existence can be a setback.

2. Difficulty curve. I'm playing this on normal (I didn't want to breeze through it, but I didn't want to not get through the game either) and so far, I have lost my cool a few times. I want to call the difficulty curve merciless, but that's unfair. It is steep, though. This game will be quick to punish button mashers. There is an element of strategy in this game, having to switch around strategies according to enemies, cycling through combos, and cycling through shadow or light magic... it keeps you on your toes, and I would daresay that it is a characteristic missing from some of the titles that this game is compared to the most (such as GoW and DMC. This is just my opinion, maybe someone will argue that both franchises do have an element of strategy in their hack and slash, and I totally missed it. I welcome any disputes on the matter)

Those are, to me, the only scratches in an otherwise polished game. And I hesitate to call them a real detraction from this game.

This game is presumably a reboot of the franchise, which works for me, as I never had an attachment to the previously established canon. You are Gabriel Belmont (the name, taken from the hills from his childhood. Bel mont. Had never put those two together) He was an orphan taken in by the Brotherhood of Light, and was married to Maria ( I forget the name now, I hope this is right). Maria was slain, so far in my playthrough, under mysterious circumstances, and so he set forth to exact revenge.

The story set up, I will admit, is a bit shallow. But the game has been accused of being light on story telling. I would have to disagree. That the story telling was relegated to sequences at the beginning and end of each stage is not the most organic way to tell a story is true. But in this particular case, the way the story is woven, namely as a fairy tale of old, I think it works. There is much to be said of the voice acting and narrating on Patrick Stewart's part. At first the story is a bit too ' in medias rex' , but soon enough the blanks are filled out, and the intrigue builds up. I keep hearing the ending is phenomenal. We shall see.

The presentation, I will say, is not pushing any envelopes, but it is setting a mark for what action games can accomplish. The look of the game, albeit not groundbreaking, is simply awe inspiring. I had never seen a prettier snowy medieval landscape. The style and the aesthetic lends itself well to the sort of gothic undertone that always accompanied Castlevania games, but this time, in a grander fashion. The desolate, the desperate, the god forsaken aspect of some of the more European settings is simply entrancing, whereas some of the more fantastic settings, such as enchanted forests, forgotten cities and crypts break up the monotony of just seeing castles and towers for 20 hours without seeming out of place. The rain effects are some of the best I've ever seen in a game. The soundtrack is, I will say, among the best I've ever heard on a game. I don't know who Oscar Araujo is, or what he composed before this track, but he is now on my radar. It has a certain quality that aims for grandiose, while at the same time remaining memorable, and just works so well with the story telling. Fans of the series might be a bit disilussioned, because it's nothing like the Castlevania theme. I've read the original theme is hidden somewhere in the game. Haven't heard it yet.

The voice acting is top notch. I thought Robert Carlyle was a bit of a strange choice for taciturn Gabriel Belmont, but he's grown on me. My main issue was the accent at first. I always thought he should have a French accent, or, I dunno. Mr. Carlyle makes it work though. Patrick Stewart makes game text intended to narrate the bulk of the storyline sing. I have no idea how he does it. Some people are complaining that it's too similar to Oblivion. I don't see it. These samples of acting are better, in my opinion. Jason Isaacs is in the game as well, but I haven't bumped into him yet.

The gameplay itself is the strong suit of this game. The control scheme is one of the best and most intuitive I've yet to find on an action game. I wondered if they would do this thing where you can control the whip with one analog stick, but that would lend itself to disaster, in hindsight. Mercurysteam made it simple: jump, area attack, direct attack, secondary weapon. Done. It seems restrictive, but I assure you...there's something about less is more, that just makes this set up wow you. The camera will sometimes work against you (happens to me anyway) when trying to time a block for a parry, but other than that, the control is great, and the whip mechanics are pretty much near-perfect. The whip is a seriously underrated weapon in video games. Seriously.

A lot of people are, again, comparing the action to GoW or to DMC. Back when Dante's Inferno came out, I played the demo first, and did not enjoy it, precisely because it felt like GoW: Renaissance style, and I couldn't shake that feeling that the game was so similar. I will admit that there ARE similarities, but the way the similarities are implemented just keeps the game feeling fresh: in GoW, you will fight multitudes of enemies at once, or a reduced number of stronger enemies at the same time, and depend a lot on dodging out of the way, and blocking in time, and absolutely brutal chain combos. Kratos is just set up that way, with the ability to keep hitting enemies throughout hundreds of hits. The chains, even though in principle are whiplike, in a sense Gabriel however will be confronted more often than not against enemies that will require more reaction than proaction I think in a sense this sets it apart, a BIT, from GoW. The platform actions of the game are somewhat less polished than the fighting, but the game never really veers into parkour action, and it is being compared more to Uncharted. I can see the similarities there, save for the presence of the whip which put Gabriel in far more acrobatic situations than Nathan Drake. Eventually you start acquiring new abilities (such as the ability to dash, and thus, do a long jump) which will break those similarities up somewhat. Some of the boss fights are comparable to Shadow of the Colossus. These are very similar, I can't say that there's something that sets Castlevania apart, save for the use of the whip to scale up the titanic bosses, but the similarity is not a bad one, in my opinion: Shadow of the Colossus was a great game, and I don't think that its brand of action had ever been repeated to say that now that Castlevania made use of the similar sequences is cliche.

Overall, this game might be a sum of other action games, and in a way, it's true. The parts that are being summed up into this game however, do not feel segmented (ie, I never felt " oh, now I'm playing Uncharted, oh, now it's Shadow of the Colossus). It always feels like playing Castlevania, and the feeling is quite epic.

So far this game has caught me off guard. This is not an exact clone of "God of War." Although the gameplay is very similar, the style and atmosphere are completely different. Rather than greek mythology you have gothic monsters and settings. I'm personally enjoying this more so than I did "God of War." I like the werewolves, vampires, and ghouls much more than I like medusas, cyclops, and cerebus. Also, so far this game seems to be more difficult than the "God of War" series. You really have to make use of that dodge button. But as one reviewer already said, don't worry it's not nearly as difficult as "Demon's Souls." I'll be updating this review once I finish the game. But so far I will say that it's turning out to be a great game. Easily as good (if not better)as god of war.

Oh yeah, and don't listen to those couple review websites who gave this game a 7.5 out of 10. So far I'm saying this game deserves no less than an 8.8 out of 10, although by the time I'm finished I'm betting that I'll feel it deserves a 9.5 out of 10. Yeah its gameplay is similar to god of war, but what game doesn't draw inspiration from other games? Practially all FPS games are alike, but you don't here people crying and complaining every time a new one comes out... do you? And practically all sandbox games are similar to the GTA series, but once again no one seems to care. Castlevania is doing nothing different here. They are using a winning formula (God of war) and improving on it. Just like "Halo" used the exact same first person perspective from "Doom" but made improvements on it. Bottom line is we can't expect every new game to reinvent the genre. Ok enough of the preaching. Anyways, so far I recommend this game to anyone looking for a gothic adventure.

****UPDATE: I wanted to share more of my feelings about this game now that I've progressed a bit further. I'm now beginning the 4th chapter (I know it's not that far, but I'm in college full-time and I'm busy with work). This game has me hooked so far. Amazing boss battles (and lots of them), great soudtrack, awesome action gameplay, it's all just great. I've just finished the land of lycans (werewolves) and now I'm heading into the land of vampires... very excited! This is one of the best games to come out for a while. If you like action games and gothic themes then you owe it to yourself to pick this one up, it's amazing so far. I will conclude this review once I finish the game (not sure when that will be since I'm so tied up with school, I hardly have time to play).

********Review Conclusion: Ok I have just completely finished this game. Castlevania LOS was a great experience all around. I would personally rate this game a 9.2 out of 10. It has a good blend of action, puzzle, and platformer. There are tons of different monsters to fight in this game, extremely varied. I don't think I've ever played a game with so many boss fights. The music here is beautiful, and at times I stopped playing just to listen to it. This game really does feel epic, and Gabriel Belmont is a character that I was rooting for the entire time. Also, I wanted to remind you that if you play this game make sure that you wait for the credits to roll when you beat it. After the credits are done rolling you get a good idea of what the sequel will be like (and it's going to be pretty crazy). Now I can hardly wait for the next Castlevania game.

Castlevania Lords of Shadow is simply put not a Castlevania game. Yes there are nods to the previous series but this is a reboot not a sequel. That shouldn't scare anyone away though as this is a great albeit flawed beginning to a new saga.

First we'll start off with the presentation. The graphics and music are top notch. The diverse and beautiful environments look amazing. The graphics are only topped by the sweeping musical score that adds a lot of intensity to the action. There is however one complaint that I have in this department and that is Patrick Stewart. I love him as an actor but he added way too much drama to his character and it was way too over the top. I hope that he can redeem himself if he is in any more games in the franchise.

The gameplay overall is solid. Yes it does play like a God of War clone but the core combat is without complaint. You unlock new powers and combos as the game progresses to keep your interest in the combat. Though it does lack variety the first few hours as the game developers kept most of the cool weapons and combos for later in the game. You have two rage modes that can be used at any time and are replenished by killing multiple enemies in a row without being hit. One of them fills your health bar with ever crack of your chains and the other simply does more damage.

Another main part of the game play is platforming. The game seems to copy Uncharted here and does it pretty well. Yes there are times when you don't know where to jump to and others when you can't seem to land on a platform correctly. These times are not that frequent but the platforming is certainly not that responsive or intuitive at times.

The Boss battles while epic are mostly your run of the mill block, dodge, and counter attack type of gameplay. If you think that sounds bad wait until you hear what the other type is. There are four or five bosses that require you to crawl on them and hit critical areas to take them down. Now this is pretty common in GOW style games but the enemies shake ever ten seconds and you have to hold the R2 button to stop from falling off. It gets really frustrating when you have almost beaten a boss just for them to knock you off and you have to do that last part over again.

The puzzles in the game range from fun and challenging to ridiculously hard. I had to look up a few myself and I normally stay away from walkthrough guides. Sometimes they simply don't give you enough information to complete the puzzle unless you use trial and error. In the end most of the puzzles feel like a road block instead of a fun distraction.

The final piece of the puzzle is the story. The game comes out of the gate quickly and you invest in Gabriel's plights, but then after the first few hours the story really drops off and not much character development is made until the final chapter. When I read about this game I thought this was going to be its strength but it turns out to be its biggest weakness. Yes I loved the ending and I wanted more after the game was over but the middle section of the game was downright boring at times and I had trouble keeping interest. As a result Gabriel was not really that developed as a protagonist, and I hope that they change that in future installments.

Overall Lords of Shadow was a fun 15 hour campaign, but it also left a lot to be desired. The story was never really that strong and the game play was not brilliant or original enough to completely save the game. If you like GOW or hack and slash type games then pick this one up when the price goes down. It is a fun game but without a story to keep you hooked I had trouble staying interested.

Rating 3.5/5

Want Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Discount?

What is supposed to be a reboot of the beloved Castlevania series will leave fans confused and maybe a little angry. Disguised under the Castlevania title is a different game entirely. Lords of Shadow doesn't feature any of the common gameplay mechanics or a story you would expect from this series. What you will find is a decent action adventure game with beautiful visuals and a generic storyline.

Lords of Shadow introduces Gabriel Belmont, a member of the holy order known as "the Brotherhood of Light." The Brotherhood are sworn to protect the innocent from an evil darkness that is a constant threat to the world. Gabriel sets out to destroy this evil, but also has a more personal missionto kill the ones responsible for the death of his lover (where have we heard this before?).

After about five minutes of this game you will no doubt ask yourself "Where the hell is the castle?!" Well, there isn't one till the very end!!. Lords of Shadow is set in an open world environment with level to level progression and doesn't allow a free roam map exploration (Metriodvania) like previous games in the series. The game does encourage backtracking to reach previous unreachable items once you upgrade your skills, but I found the benefits of doing so are not worth the time.

If you've played any of the God of War titles, the fighting mechanics are more or less the same. Gabriel is equipped with a chained cross weapon that will extend with light and heavy attacks. Killing creatures will gain you experience points used to unlock new weapon upgrades, combos and magic abilities. Even with all the combos unlocked, I found the best way to kill mini bosses and small creatures is by spamming light and heavy attacks while using the roll ability to evade enemies. The magic system is broken down into light and dark magic, with light magic being heals and dark increasing your melee damage.

Marlyn Manson?

Boss encounters vary some are extremely fun and others are just stale. This game features a lot of mini boss encounters in which you must use the environment around you to defeat them. Bigger bosses (just like Shadow of the Colossus) have you climbing around to hit weak spots on their body while they try to shake you off. These fights would have been more exciting if we hadn't experienced similar encounters in so many other games. I was also very disappointed with the last boss, SATAN! Not only was it not Dracula, but I couldn't help but laugh that he looks like a singer in a heavy metal band that isn't wearing any clothes!

Lords of Shadow features some of the best graphics I've seen in any game. Developers did a spectacular job creating a dark environment with such high level of detail. Each level will feel entirely different from the last, ensuring your eyes wont be bored through level progression. In addition, climbing on walls and using your cross as a grappling hook was an enjoyable addition to the game, this really made me appreciate the level design and architecture used in each level.

Captain Jean Luc Picard

Lets not forget the appearance of Patrick Stewart as Zobek, Gabriel's Brotherhood companion who is also the narrator though the game. Stewart does a great job with the narration but gets a little melodramatic with his acting.

If you're a fan of the old Castlevania titles, I wouldn't suggest this game. You wont find anything related to the franchise other than the games title and the family name Belmont. I would suggest this title if you enjoy action adventure games such as God of War or Shadow of the Colossus. What this game really lacks is identity. Developers did a great job with level and graphic design but failed to take any innovative steps with the gameplay. Castlevanias' 3D titles have been severely lacking. I hope in the next installment they go back to the 2D landscape with castle exploration that made the original Castlevania what it is todaya CLASSIC.

Presentation: 7

Not associated with other installments of the franchise but a fun action adventure title.

Graphics: 9

Stunning visuals with some frame rate hiccups.

Sound : 7

A great performance by Patrick Stewart but a little too melodramatic.

Gameplay: 6

God of War gameplay with Shadow of the Colossus Boss fights.

Lasting Appeal: 7

A very long game that encourages backtracking for unlockable treasures.

Violent Score: 7 (out of 10)

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program As an avid gamer I'm always in the market for new and quality gaming accessories for my PlayStation 3. Over the years I've owned countless joysticks, headsets, driving wheels and other peripherals for both PC and consoles. Manufacturers are always developing new gadgets for us gamer-types to throw our money at and HORI is no exception. As I always enjoy testing out new gaming devices here are my thoughts on the HORI PlayStation 3 Flight Stick 3;

Pros

+ Buttons are fully programmable with 3 presets to save.

+ Extremely realistic and sturdy HOTAS (Hands-On Throttle & Stick) design.

+ Adjustable sensitivity controls.

+ Adhesive suction cups.

+ Rumble/vibration options.

+ Hori quality product.

+ Compatible with PC after a few setting configures.

Cons

$150 is spendy for a peripheral.

Takes up quite a bit of space.

Must be mounted on a table or smooth surface.

Can't adjust the physical resistance of the stick and throttle. The resistance might be too stiff for some.

Flight simulators are a bit of a niche category on consoles and games will be limited.

The HORI PlayStation 3 Flight Stick 3 is by far of the best flight stick I've ever owned across both PC and consoles. It's amazingly well built, realistically designed, responsive and versatile. I've used it consistently on the following games without no issues; IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X 2, Air Conflicts and Ace Combat: Assault Horizon. If you're a big fan of flight simulators or air combat games then this is the peripheral for you. If you can stomach the $150 price tag, have the table/desk space for set up and some great flight simulator games to go along with it then you'll be happily taking down those enemy planes in no time.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Once you start using the Flight Stick 3 to play games such as Ace Combat: Assault Horizon playing the same game with the traditional PlayStation 3 Dualshock 3 Wireless Controller (Black) seems sad and pathetic.

I thought it might not be as much fun using the flight stick because you can't literally hold it in your hand like you do with the traditional controller, but I had no problem using this set on the coffee table in my living room.

It was not difficult to get the hang of using the Flight Stick 3. In fact, I found I have better control of the velocity and aiming than I do with the Dual Shock. For the first time, I was really able to get as close as I wanted to the planes I was chasing and keep the machine gun firing right up their tails. Besides the ability to change the settings of which button does what in your game software, the controller has some switches which make customizing your Flight Stick's sensitivity and function intuitive and easy even mid-game. And I especially like the addition of single buttons which press both L2/R2 and L1/R1 because this makes playing Ace Combat a lot more fun with the ease of performing counter-maneuvers and entering dogfight mode on those split second opportunities that I would miss with the Dual Shock.

Not just as a controller, but as a replica as well, the purely decorative features which are meant to give you the look and feel of real aircraft controls add to the pleasure of owning this device. Rather than simply add pieces of plastic that look like the additional controls that you wouldn't use in a video game, the dials actually move. There is very nice attention to detail here.

Though I only just received this flight stick, I have had a couple of others in the past which were flimsy and uncomfortable, and wouldn't stand up to heavy use over a long period. No such problems with the Flight Stick 3.

Lastly, it's important to note that this controller does give you the vibration feel of other Playstation Dual Shock controller, though not so strongly that it might cause your problems with comfort and control. The controller wont dance on the table if you let go of it from the vibrations. The fairly hefty weight of this set also contributes to its feel of quality and reality.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is a fantastic flight stick made by Hori. I tried this out with After Burner, Hawx, Ace Comabt, and IL-2. The best response I got was playing a non flight sim like After Burner. When playing sim games, the stick felt a bit too stiff and I couldn't respond as quick as I would have liked. It probably takes some breaking in before it will feel perfect, but I have been playing with the PS controller so long that the flight stick seemed harder for me to control the aircrafts.

The quality of the stick is amazing, and replicates a real flying stick nicely. I took flying lessons before (only a few hours away from getting my private license) and have played flight sims with a yoke and rudders and I always felt those gave the best experience to flying. However, for air combat, a flight stick is more what a pilot would use. I had no problem with the stick moving once mounted on my glass top coffee table. You can switch up the buttons on the fly. Most of the games I tried it on did not have the Hori on as a default, but had Thrustmaster. If I could get an attachment for the rudders so I could use my feet to control the plane better, I think the experience would be even better.

It's a bit pricey, but if you are an enthusiast, you will love it. Hori did a good job with the quality of this controller. I would give it 5 stars if I was able to adjust the stiffness. All in all, I recommend this to all flying enthusiast. Others also mentioned it is PC compatible so that is a plus and might justify it's price tag for some.

I bought this stick for my PS3 because I have a seat setup that I use for GT5 and I wanted to adapt that to have a real cockpit feel. This stick seemed to be the perfect option. I'm new to flight games so I wasn't sure what to expect. As others have noted, this stick looks and feels very real. There is a spacer that can be put on the stick if you have a smaller hand. The cable between the two units is plenty long so I was able to place the throttle and stick where I was most comfortable. The buttons on the throttle and stick are in the perfect locations I especially like the thumb button on the stick. I would typically use that one for machine guns and would map the trigger button to the rockets/cannons. For some reason, the trigger button doesn't seem to automatically map to anything that shoots straight out of the box. The vibration on the stick really adds to the feel of the game without disrupting it. I don't know if the suction cups are sufficient I used screws in place of the cups to lock both the throttle and stick down.

So, that is all the good stuff. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, the stick is very stiff to move. Too stiff for me and there is no way to adjust it. Even with the sensitivity adjustments, I found it really difficult to shoot anything. Landings were also especially difficult. In addition to the stiffness, there is a big, and I do mean big, dead zone in the middle. The sensitivity switch doesn't seem to help with this. I would be flying in a straight line and I could move the stick around in a fairly large circle with no effect on the plane. This coupled with the stiffness of the stick made it very difficult for me to use. I used this stick with three games Blazing Angels 2, IL-2 Birds of Prey, and HAWX 2. I had the best results with Blazing Angels however several times in the game when I would shoot at something, the screen would jump in and out of `external view' ( the view that gives a look at the entire scene externally rather than from the plane) when I pulled the trigger, making it really hard to shoot anything. Sometimes when I would shoot, it would jump to external view and stay there and I would have to restart from the latest checkpoint to get out of that mode. I tried pressing every button on the stick and throttle to get out of that mode but it just would not. I tried several different configurations in the game setup and couldn't make this behavior stop. In IL-2, I couldn't get out of the training sessions since they all required me to exercise a button (fire a weapon, look around, enhanced target view, etc.) that I couldn't get the stick or throttle to do. There may be a configuration way to get that to work but after trying several of them, I gave up. For HAWX 2, I tried all the setups and finally got the last one to work (don't remember the name of the configuration but it was the last one in the list). I may have been able to get the other ones to work as expected by remapping all of the buttons on the stick and throttle (as well as the axis and throttle itself) to locations supported by that configuration but that's just too much work. As it was, when I got to the third or fourth mission where I had to use my cannons to shoot planes in a canyon (the enemy planes would just use their flares to decoy the missles) I couldn't get any of the buttons to fire the cannons. This was weird since I did make it through the training missions and I think I fired cannons there. I also found landing extremely difficult with this stick because of the stiffness combined with the large dead zone.

Anyway, these were my experiences. Although I spent a lot of time trying to get the configurations to work, adjusting the sensitivities and using various remappings, I ultimately found this stick just too difficult for me to use. Everyone else has given this stick 5 stars so maybe I'm doing something (or several somethings) wrong but it just wasn't worth it to me to spend endless hours figuring it out. In frustration, I went to a local store in town and played with the different brands of sticks they had on display (they didn't have this one). All of them were so much easier to both fly and aim/shoot (smaller dead zone, much less and/or adjustable stiffness) that I can't understand why this one was made this way.The funny thing is that the throttle does have a `friction' adjustment but the stick does not! I didn't try any technical support so I can't comment on whether they could have helped or not. Maybe they could have with the game configurations and maybe even the dead zone but I'm sure nothing can be done about the stiffness. This stick could have been so much better.

Want HORI PlayStation 3 Flight Stick 3 Discount?

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I'm embarrassed, as usual, when I find myself in such august company as the previous reviewers, since they are obviously dedicated gamers with vast experience with flight sticks. I would suggest you also read their reviews and you will undoubtedly find what you want to know about the Hori PS3 stick. I am, however, not entirely without a personal perspective on this neat controller, so I would like to just put down what I can tell you, for what it is worth. I hope I add even one little bit of information that is new and helpful.

Right out of the box, you have the main stick, the throttle, 8 suction cups, grip pad, and the instruction manual. I think it is obvious from the pictures of the Hori flight stick that you have an independent joystick and throttle, and you may have heard of this as being HOTAS, or Hands on Throttle and Stick. What that means is that it simulates real life and enables the pilot (you) to control all the plane functions without removing your hands from the stick or throttle.

One of the first things I noticed was how substantial this controller feels. Heavy, unbreakable. It does take up a good bit of space on a flat surface, so I don't leave it set up all the time. But it isn't like it's difficult to pull out and stick down. There is extra rubber on the throttle to improve your grip, which you know you need when you're hot on the tail of another plane....or there's one about to fly up your pipe. Okay, so that's comfort and control and realism.

As for customizing the control, all the buttons are remappable. The torque load on the throttle can be readjusted for rumble or vibration to enhance the sense of realism. You can quickly change between three preset throttle/rudder control responses with a single switch. I haven't even begun to explore all the ways the control can be customized to my personal style and touch.

I like using the flight stick so much more than my original PS3 controller, but the price still makes me wince. I think, though, if you want a flight stick you want a good one, right? Nothing is worse than struggling with an inferior controller. So in that sense it is definitely worth it.

Much like Turbo, the movie, was a disappointment in the movie theater, such is the life of Turbo: Super Stunt Squad.

You might have thought you'd be racing with the different characters. Instead, you'll be playing a very shallow, poor Tony Hawk impersonation of a game. In other words, skateboarding minus the skateboard.

Yes, that's right. Advancement in Turbo: SSS involves you pulling tricks, picking up scattered items, and trying to find your way around each level.

As a gamer who has 7-8 Platinum trophies and an overall level of 14, I'm so happy I rented this through GameFly so I saved my money and did not buy this game.

Your pre-teen kids very well might find enjoyment in using the various characters, but I haven't felt this much frustration in a skating game since the skating parts in the Spyro series (especially Year of the Dragon).

My advice: Save your money as this will be heading to the $15 bargain bin within a couple months, but whatever you do, do NOT pay $40 for this game.

I must say that I was quite skeptical of ordering this headset. I read many reviews about this set(mostly positive) and decided to order them through Amazon. Having played with this headset for a couple of weeks now I must say that I am very pleased. I have owned the P11's, as well as Tritton AX720's(good sound but uncomfortable) and Turlte Beach Delta's(good sound but wireless interference) in the past and the DP11's are easily my favorite. Comfortable and the sound quality is outstanding for the price. It does take some finagling with the DSS setting to get the sound to your personal liking. Setup was very easy. Only took about 5 minutes and I was off and running. The negatives reviews that I have read about this particular headset was those who heard "buzzing" or "humming" from the DSS unit into the headset. I have had no such issue with this.

All in all this is an outstanding headset. I recommend it to anyone who may be considering purchasing it.

I've also got a turtle beach x12 which are amazing but for my pc and I decided to purchase a gaming headset for my ps3. These two headsets are very similar in specs but since this pack comes with the dss2 , I get much better sound quality. I don't play my games with out these I love them. Definitely recommend this to any looking for a high end but cheap headset.

Overall this product is good but there will always be a flaw because of our nature.

The Good: Light Weight, Microphone is clear or at least what my team says, separate volume control for game and chat, equalizer and speaker positioning.

The Bad: It feels cheap because of the plastic build.

The Built: mostly made out of plastic and yes it feels cheap. The whole weight will rest on the top of your head and the cup doesn't hug your ears.

Sound Quality – With the digital output the sound is better and with its mini amplifier/enhancer the sound is more beefy. Wired also means that the sound is more constant compared to wireless that can be interfered. I usually play MW3 and yes footsteps are louder but so does the other sound. You still have to know the map and how the floor should sound when someone is stepping on it or else it will be hard to distinguish footsteps from the other sounds.

Volume rocker: it has game and chat volume control. It also has the mic mute sliding on/off switch.

Mini Enhancer: Equalizer, speaker positioning, surround, main volume knob and on/off switch. The only gripe on this one is that you wouldn't know what preset are you on in the Equalizer and positioning because you just cycle through the settings. I don't think it remembers the last setting you are on if you turn off PS3 or the headset.

The Verdict – The feel of the headset is cheap and it's mostly made out of plastic but the sound quality is very good. For the price you are mainly paying for the DSS2 attachment that can amplify any headphones (well it seems like it). I would recommend this headset because my average score improved and microphone wouldn't kill the ears of your teammates.

Have had this headset for about a week, after returning the P11 after the left ear went out. This headset is actually alot better due to the DSS2, the optical cable I feel increases the quailty in the headset and makes for an overall better sound. Would recommend this to anyone on a budget looking for a good headset!

I was a little iffy about getting these, at first I was just going to buy the head phones without the processor since it was half off. But I liked the fact that you don't have to run cables to your TV with these since they include the optical cable everything is only connected to the PlayStation. My first impression was simply wow! I could hear things that my TV speakers simply didn't produce! The mic is also super clear. I wear these things for hours and don't even feel them on. Get of the fence and buy these I promise you will not be disappointed. Oh yeah and watching movies with them is amazing too :p

this is an update of my mod controller so far its alright im kinda bummed that guns like the SMR, FAL, or TAC45 cant handle the fastest rapid fire like i start playing with one of those guns and i put the rapid fire on and it gets stuck like it shoots a couple rounds and it stops firing almost as it seems like it got stuck and it gets me killed. so that kinda bummed me out and now my triangle button got stuck its sort of hard to push the button in almost like its sticky. i kept the controller clean in the inside so idk what it is. other than that its still a good controller especially if u use the m8a1 or that 3 round smg (forgot the name blanked out) NEW RATING **** STARS

I'm glad this year's Tiger game is moving away from the golfer himself, and not because of his image. Last year's Tiger Legacy mode faltered, so in its place Tiger 14 offers the Legends of the Majors mode that lets you play through the history of the sport itself instead of just Tiger's career. It's an effective approach, especially when coupled with a few small changes that tighten the overall experience.

I'm not a golf history buff, but Legends of the Majors mode is a fun way to earn coins that incorporates your Career mode golfer by having them face off against the sport's greats at certain intervals. The mode also uses era-specific equipment, which isn't as interesting.

This year the all-important coins, which are used to buy stat-boosting pins, are more useful since you can spend them to level up your golfer. Levels grant you attribute points and equipment for a lot less than it takes to buy a pin pack.

The expansion of the online options gives you more ways to earn coins. The Country Clubs format lets you take in more players, who can contribute to the club's status in more ways (including a variety of tourneys and leaderboards). The clubs also feature expanded voice chat, and a new Club Loyalty Bonus that gives you coins for members playing every day.

The action on the course remains largely the same from last year, except for the new swing arcs. Like changing your club tuning, fiddling with your swing arc has its advantages. This lets you change the flight characteristics of your ball, including your power, control, and how the wind affects your shot.

Even though Tiger 14 has a similar setup as Tiger 13, I had more fun with the newer game because its constituent parts mesh better. For a golfer, getting everything in synch is important.

The Edge

Like last year, if you absolutely have to have motion controls, I suggest you go with the Move. Putting in particular is harder with the Move, but it's also more accurate in general over Xbox 360's Kinect. The Kinect motion controls are dumbed down to the point where the game does a lot of the work for you. For instance, a half swing on the Kinect will often be read as a full-powered shot. This defeats the purpose of using motion controls for a more lifelike feel.

I was eagerly waiting for this edition. I shouldn't have been so eager. While it is admittedly fun to play, it's graphics creators have really delivered a bummer. Every year this series has looked better and better. More realistic, more color saturation has been the motto. However, and this is a big however, Tiger Woods 14 looks lousy. The color saturation is gone. The realism of the courses is gone. What we are left with is a dim picture devoid of crispness. I have a large LED set to play it on and I swear I can't see the stupid ball when it lands on the fairways or the greens. BAD!!!!!!! Who was asleep during the creation of the monstrosity? Where is the color, where is the sharpness, where is the real look that has been present the last few years?

One other thing. If you thought that this was a slow game to load from one fairway to another, you ain't seen nothing yet with Tiger Woods 14 You can almost take a nap with the length of time it takes to go from one green to the next tee. Totally unforgiveable !

Where is the 1/2 star? I have played Tiger Woods by EA Sports starting with '9'. The game improved each year until '13'. each shot was like hitting from the fairway with no penalty for being in the rough or sand. I waited anxiously for '14' and am somewhat disappointed. While the unpunished lie has been fixed, other problems were created. When playing online, your opponents ball trail cannot be turned off (EA sports said this was an enhancement). the follow cam that allowed you to see where your opponent's ball landed is positioned behind the golfer and cannot be changed. you only see where your opponent landed on the next shot. you only get to observe about half of your opponents shots you can hear all of them half of them your opponent is just standing by his ball. when your opponent putts, his ball never moves you see a ball trail that sometimes you cannot tell if the putt is made or not. the evolution of this game is going backwards. i must say the graphics are good but hard to enjoy when your frustrated. patches or options are needed for those people who play the game with 4 or less players. EA sports tech support said these enhancements where made so 10 people can hit all at the same time and you can watch all of the ball flights. I ask who would want to as you do not know who made what shot. bring back the follow cam and turn off ball trails and i might buy '15'

The game itself is okay. Not great, but okay. Visuals and controls are great. Courses are beautiful and challenging. EA finds ways to ruin the joy at any opportunity provided. You can't play the whole tour, some courses are DLC only with ridiculously high prices. The career mode freezes repeatedly and EA is relentless in trying to get you to spend more money on $60 game it refuses to provide the value you would expect to receive in the first place.

Want Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 14 Discount?

It is a bull...t that to pay $60 for a game and not be able to compete in all of the events on the pga tour because many courses arent included. Had I known that, I would have spent the extra money for the historic edition. Im part way through my first season and have had to skip 5 events because I dont have the course. Courses cost anywhere from $4-$7 each. I can upgrade to Historic edition in game for $19 but when I sell the game, I will only be selling the standard version and will be out the $19. The historic edition only gives you 5 extra courses. Then there are still 14 more courses that you dont have. You can buy them one at a time or buy the pack for $40. So to get all the courses, buy the historic editon for $70 then $40 for the upgrades. $110 for a fully functioning video game is the dumbest thing Ive ever heard of.

I knew the regular version didnt have all of the courses but I assumed it had all of them that I needed to play a full tour schedule.

I like the gameplay but there is very little penalty for hitting out of the sand or rough at the lower difficulty levels but I havent tried on the highest levels yet. Not very realistic though being able to hit out of the sand as easy as you can hit off of the fairway anywhere within 100 yds of the green.

I gave it 1 star to get peoples attention but I would reccomend the game, be aware of what you are missing.

I bought the GHWT full band set and those first generation drums were not of the best quality. Although they worked okay at first, they eventually stopped working properly. The bass pedal was plastic, felt flimsy and I damaged the sensor pad inside of it within 2 days. I recently bought the stand alone drums and they seem to be a little bit better. The cymbals seem to be much sturdier. All drum pads and cymbal pads are covered with a nice smooth skin that feels good and sounds a little bit quieter than the original rubber drum pad material. This drum kit is really accurate so far. Its sensitive enough and I haven't had any crosstalk issues yet (crosstalk = when you only hit the orange cymbal, the red pad also registers a hit).

My only complaint is that the same plastic crappy pedal is used in this kit. It doesn't feel too sturdy, but it has withstood a pounding by my fat and heavy size 11's. Red Octane did improve the bass pedal sensor a bit by adding the same skin material as the pads and cymbals. It looks like it is some kind of protective layer for the sensor pad underneath it. I think I am going to buy an upgraded electronic bass pedal so I can feel more comfortable bangin that thing with my fat feet. That will also give me the option to have some double bass action.

The kit comes with some cheap balsa wood drumsticks. I suggest sticking with these sticks, because heavier sticks will probably destroy this set with moderate pounding. I can bang on the set as hard as want with these sticks and because they are so light, I don't feel like I am going to break the set.

Overall, I am satisfied with this new drumset. I have had it for about a week now and it's still working well. I just hope it holds up for a while this time around.

They come almost completely assembled. It took me a minute or two to put everything together.

Everything is working properly, i will update if things start to break down (which i hope they wont). One little nag is that one of the drumsticks that came with it has a chipped part just around the holding area. Nothing big, but i was afraid that I'll end up with a splinter in my hand.

If drums are making too much noise for you, try putting them on the carpet. Compared to my g/f set that is on the hardwood floor, mine that are on thick carpet are making much less noise. Alternatively, you could remove the drums from their stand and position them on something soft(er).

Buy PS2/PS3 Guitar Hero World Tour-Stand Alone Drums Now

These drums are so much fun to play-especially with the GH: Metallica game. Unfortunately, the set is nothing more than cheap plastic and cheap electronics. My first set stopped working after 3 months. Cymbals lost almost all sensitivity. I replaced the cymbals, but then the snare drum (red pad) stopped working. I attributed it to me just beating them too much, and bought a new set. Well, the red pad stopped working again after 2 weeks. I exchanged it for another new set and THAT red pad stopped working. I finally took the thing apart and the wire was loose on the red pad. Relatively easy fix, but required something like 20 screws to remove to access it, not to mention that I probably voided the warranty. After doing some research, this is apparently a very common problem. Buyer beware.

As an avid buyer of collector's editions, I am beyond impressed with this one. The statue is wonderfully painted down to the smallest detail. This is one of the best painted statues I've ever seen based on a video game. Though it's not meant to be played with, it feels very sturdy. It's a bit heavy for it's size (maybe 4 lbs?) and the wingspan really makes it stand out. The art book is somewhat small, but the art inside is awesome. The cover is a slightly stained light blue cloth. The lithograph is nice enough quality to frame and put up on the wall. I am very happy I paid more for these extra additions, though I am disappointed there is no physical soundtrack (it's a download key, as is common these days). The music is one of my favorite things about this game.

The game itself is great as well. I am only a few hours in, but the music, the graphics, the story, the voice acting, it has all impressed me beyond all expectations. Highly recommend.

Product is awesome. Statue (which is sturdy & fairly high quality, a lot better than some of my other collector's editions) is easily displayed without even unsealing the box. Though I will say it looks even better out on a shelf. The art book, like most, has some very fascinating images ranging from concept art to screen shots. Keychain looks to be quality, though I'll personally keep it in the box. The included art print is the only thing I would consider dull, the size is just a bit too small to frame by itself. The game packaging is cool, but I personally like the inside art which makes the game case look more like its from the game.

Overall, Im excited to play through Bioshock Infinite over the next week or so. A+ to Irrational games!

PS: Amazon did an amazing job packaging this product: Collector's box inside a thick cardboard box for shipping, which Amazon put inside ANOTHER cardboard box to protect it even more. Thank You Amazon!

This game is utterly flawless. The plot is captivating, the characters enthralling, and the graphic design is just superb. Not only that, but getting the Ultimate Songbird edition, however pricey, is totally worth every penny. You get extra for the in-game play, and the statue of the Songbird, once you find out what it truly is, makes having it a bit more special. I highly recommend it.

Firstly, to comment on the contents of the Collector's Edition...everything is VERY cool, from the artbook to the large statue of Songbird. The statue is very sturdy and is a quality piece. I have it displayed in my living room on top of my media stand and it fits just perfectly, even outside of a "man-cave". The Handyman figure is weak, and the other items such as the vigor keychain are well built, nice items if you are a big fan. For me, the entire purchase was for the Songbird statue, and I was not disappointed. Here is my lengthy review of the actual game. Enjoy!

Over two years of hype and anticipation. The wait for Bioshock Infinite was killing me…but I was willing to be patient if it meant I was going to get an immersive, story-driven experience. It's literally been years since I looked forward to a title in the way I waited for this one. Not only did the release seem to take forever, the game was delayed not once, but twice! I thought that meant Irrational was ensuring the game was quality…was I right?

Graphics

Bioshock was the reason I bought an Xbox 360 back in 2007. The intro blew my mind. The fire on the water, the lighthouse, the lighting…it all looked amazing. Bioshock Infinite never failed to capture that same wonder, as the first time I walked through the candlelit baptism scene early in the game, I literally uttered, "Wow." Infinite looks great, but the graphics aren't as ground breaking this time around because the console has basically been pushed to its limit. Artistically however, the game really rocks, as there are numerous scenes that are very memorable, from the Hall of Heroes to Elizabeth's powers later in the game. I have to point out the negatives too, and the only thing I noticed were some frame rate issues. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it's noticeable at multiple times throughout the game.

Sound

This time around the protagonist speaks! I was a little worried about the voice acting, the dialogue, and how cheesy it could potentially be, but shame on me for being a doubter. The voice acting is very solid throughout, as the voxophones serve as one of the main drivers of the story. The score is also very unique and well done, most notably the more mellow scenes, such as the arrival into Columbia ("Hallelujah.") Also, the licensed music is pretty great. I loved the old-school music from Bioshock and Infinite continues to use the same type of songs throughout the game. "Old Time Religion" at the start of the game is catchy, yet creepy given the scene, and was a perfect choice. The music intensifies when enemies are present and calms back down once they've all been dispatched, a nice touch if you ask me. Attention to detail here is obvious and Infinite's score rivals that of blockbuster movies. Keep an ear out for the awesome Beach Boys cover, along with Tears For Fears and Cindy Lauper.

Gameplay

At the end of the day, Infinite is an FPS, but adds a twist to the traditional run and gun formula of most games. Vigors (Plasmids), give you special abilities to assist in combat, allowing for multiple strategies when playing. Gameplay mechanics are top-notch, as everything controls very smoothly. Shooting, aiming down the sights, running (finally!), and interacting with the environment work very well and there's not much I could suggest to improve. There have been gameplay changes, many for the good, but others are a toss-up. Some vigors are new, and I found that mostly all of them are fun to use. Skylines are an awesome addition to the series, and really make battles intense and fast paced. I only wish there were more of them throughout the game. This time you can only carry two guns, a strange change akin to other shooters. Puzzles and hacking are gone, as are stockpiling first aid kits and eve. Instead we have a replenishing shield and salts must continually be found to refill your vigors. Are these good or bad changes…I don't really know. However, I was slightly disappointed in some weapon and gear options. Bioshock upgrades physically changed the weapon's appearance, but in Infinite they change nothing. Also, I liked the gun selection better in Bioshock, whereas Infinite seemed to strive for a bit more realism. Also, only four pieces of gear can be worn at a time, and most of them seemed pretty useless. These complaints are minor, but seemed like downgrades.

Campaign/Story

Well…I was hoping the campaign in Infinite would be amazing…and I wasn't disappointed. That's not saying it's completely perfect, but it's pretty freakin' good. You are Booker DeWitt, a man determined to wipe away a debt by rescuing a girl from the floating city of Columbia. I was in awe the first time I saw Columbia, with so many bright and vivid colors, complemented by unique and interesting environments. Due to the outdoor, sunny nature of the game, there isn't quite the intense paranoia feeling that was present in Rapture, but Columbia offers plenty of opportunities for emotional reactions. Shortly after your arrival you find the city is not quite as perfect as it looks, and your true adventure begins. I don't want to spoil anything, but for the first time in years, I wanted to play the game just to figure out how it all would play out. As the campaign progresses, things get weirder and weirder, and the conclusion of Infinite had me standing in front of my TV for a solid five minutes as everything unfolded. It blew my mind. The campaign is driven through interactive cut scenes, along with voxophones. The main "villain", Comstock, is fleshed out well and you'll also get to know many other minor characters. I wish there would have been a few more "bosses" as there were in Bioshock 1, but again, not a big deal. The standard enemies aren't as interesting since they are normal functioning people as opposed to adam injected splicers, but a few enemy variations kept things mixed up. Firemen, The Crow, Patriots, and Handymen will cause you trouble along the way. Despite minor shortcomings, this is one of the best campaigns I've ever played.

Lasting Appeal

Clocking in at roughly 10-15 hours on your first playthrough, Bioshock Infinite is the perfect length for me. I highly recommend you play the game on normal your first time and explore every nook and cranny of Columbia. It's very satisfying to find a hidden wall, decipher a code, or find extra rooms off the beaten path. Due to the nature of its ending, you'll immediately want to fire up a second playthrough when you're done. I played the game through on Normal, Hard, and 1999 mode, and was still finding new things my third time around. Each difficulty also forced me to change my play style, which was fun given the various vigor options. I can't wait for the three installments of single-player DLC that are on the way.

Overall

I will say before I conclude the review that Bioshock 1 is one of my top 5 games of all time. This could mean I have a slight bias when reviewing this title, but honestly, with my expectations sky high before it was released, saying Bioshock Infinite exceeded my expectations is the best complement this game can get. The gameplay mechanics are very well done, and although I hoped for some more minor characters/bosses, this was one of the best games I've played in recent memory. You owe it to yourself to at least play this game once.

WOW !! Excellent game, paraskiing is a blast.

The Mascot is a bigfoot hairy lookalike, and it is a hoot!

All the events are very well done.

And the controls with a standard controller, (not a move motion controller)

are near spot on. The controls actually get better as you progress and achieve

uprades.

So so fun! I own Just Dance 3 and it really is an improvement. The dances are a bit more complicated and the game is a lot more colorful and showy. The song selection is awesome! I really love this game and recommend it to anyone who loves to dance and let loose.

I love this game. In my opinion it is the best of all the Just Dance versions. I have played 1 and 2 and own 3 and 4. The mix of music is great. It also seems more accurate in reading your movements.

Plus the Just Sweat mode has gotten so much better. Instead of just counting sweat points as you dance to songs, there is an actual workout that you do along with the songs. So whether your looking for some fun entertainment or an intense workout, you can do it on Just Dance 4.

I bought this because I was looking for a fun way to do aerobics. My son has PS3 and this looked like a good way to move myself in a non-boring way. I am over 50 and need to lose some weight not to mention toning up the muscles. Over the years I got bored with classes and and it was easy to get lazy.

Well, this product is so much fun for moms like myself!! I am dancing almost every day in the comfort of my living room (even as little as 3-4 songs at a time if I am in a hurry), new songs keep "opening up", the graphics are good, the music is fun and the overall experience is really great. You can choose between "just dancing" or "sweating it up" for a defined period of time, the latter includes a "warm up" and a ":cool down". This is a fun fun way to lose calories and shape up.

Up to 4 people can dance simultaneously. I bought 2 more Move controllers and sometimes my friends come over and we have a "dancing" class.

Even my son and his friends (he is almost 18) use it occasionally...

Bought my daughter this for Christmas, both her and her older sister couldn't stop playing it all day! Even my wife joined in the fun! Nice selection of songs, and the more you play the more you earn, graphics are nice, includes songs from all eras and genres. A fun game for all ages.

Realmente entretenido, aunque tiene algunas canciones muy españolas, las cuales no son muy conocidas en América Latina. Pero un juego para pasarlo bien. Recomendadoooo
