I've always wanted to play, but didn't like the idea of paying and going to weekly classes. This game works like guitar hero/rock band. The best part is that as you are having fun with the game, you are learning how to play an actual guitar (not just a controller that looks like a guitar). Its much easier to pick up the guitar at home and turn on the game... especially if I have 15 minutes here and there. I am very satisfied!

Pro The quality of the guitar is fine but not supercritical when starting from zero and you can begin your journey while you save up for a high quality instrument and become more familiar with the features you want in a guitar.

but I took the plunge and bought a ps3 slim 250 GB just for this game and I feel that no other method of learning the guitar can compare to the ease of playing this game to learn.
