At first this cable worked great but after 2 months I noticed that my controllers were only lasting about a day if not less when i usually get 2-3 days out of them. I hook my controllers on a another cable and one been all day and barely went down a bar. This cable is good while playing to maintain current charge but if you want a full battery charge use your original cable

Works spectacular and the charging lights help out alot so u don't have to pause your game or bring up the PS home to see if ur controller is fully charged yet.
