I bought this controller and had it about 6 months before the left thumbstick stopped working properly. Called them the said send it back it is still under its 1 year warranty. So i pay to ship it to them and give them a call a few days after i had confirmation of it being received to check my status. The gentlemen told me they were in the middle of a move and that it might be delayed slightly but should be done over the weekend. I asked him what was wrong with the controller and he said the would have to replace the mod board, and they would have it done before monday. I then wait another week and call to check my status because I haven't received shipping status on my controller, now they begin to tell me it will cost another $30.00 dollars because the thumbstick has come unsoldered which was never mentioned before. So your one year warranty does not cover there product entirely. This was an adult owned controller which has never been slammed or thrown. I have two other ps3 remotes and the thumbsticks work fine never a problem,but my modded remote suddenly has a problem. So now they are going to send me back a broken remote and I wasted $115.00 plus shipping on this remote. Never again will I buy from them.They showed absolutely no concern for me, didn't try to see what they could do to make me happy or compromise. Just sorry sir...there own website states your controller is covered under a one year warranty on there faq page. This is directly from the "about us" page..."We offer a one year warranty on all controllers we sell, should anything go wrong. We understand that modded controllers are not cheap, and we ensure that your purchase will be covered." It clearly states SHOULD ANYTHING GO WRONG, not should it be dropped, not from normal wear and tear...ANYTHING. The supervisor was extremely rude and didn't care at all. ANYTHING MEANS ANYTHING, not we fix what we feel like...never again.

first review written and for a reason. This controller definetly gives you an edge and makes the competitors real upset watching you take them out with a moded controller in the final kill cam and just fun all around to play with freinds who dont know what you have. Takes a bit to get use to but after that period it becomes second nature good company always sending me updates since i ordered the contoller tight befor hurricane sandy which shut down postal in the area but worth the wait.
