The quality of this cable was right up there with the monster cable I had on a Toshiba HD-DVD player previously.

Pros:

8ft. long (if you need it, it's nice)

The plugs have a very secure fit (similar to Monster Cable) so they won't come off accidentally

Gold plating is always nice

cons:

The cable is white The PS3 is black Hellloooooo...

If your PS3 is on top of your receiver, 8ft. is a little long.

Overall I can highly recommend this cable. I've had nothing but good luck with Nyko PS3 gear so far.

I originally bought these to hook up my new PS3. But ended up buying an HDMI cable. I got annoyed as I felt I had wasted $$$ here. But then we got an XBOX 360 for another room. I pilfered the HDMI cable for the XBOX, and finally used these cables to hook up the PS3. The video is just as clear. If this is cheaper than an HDMI cable, you might as well get these.
