The day we got our bluetooth, we charged it for over 6 hours, and it never charged. (The directions say it takes 2 hrs.) We are not able to use it and now have to send it back. The keypad is cool, takes 2 AAA batteries.

The keyboard works fine. I could never get the headset to work which is the main reason I bought this product. Very disappointed because it wasn't cheap.

THIS PACK IS HORRIBLE!!!! The the headset doesnt work, its charging already for 2 days and never works.. the manual say how to do but it doesnt work at all!!!
