I have owned two of these ("fool me twice"). After a few months (or less), they begin to become "positional", they only charge when the controller is positioned exactly. After a short whiled they cease to charge at all.

this is good if u have more than one controller but still good to have. I have the slim 160gb blacks ops bundle ps3 it only has 2 usb ports.
