The only grip I've seen that is better than this one is the Sony brand grip they use to sell at Target but don't anymore. The grip from Target fit tight on the controller, came in different colors. This one isn't tight and only comes in two toned blue and black. For now it's the best grip out there.

This grip fits perfectly on the PS3 controller and feels awesome. It doesn't move around at all and the material is very durable. Not sure if its worth $10 for just one but I'm glad I bought it.

Not to be too graphic, but I was starting to get what appear to be micro-sweat blisters on my hands after playing late night online games with my Killzone 2 buddies.
