Worst buy I have made on Amazon. I always am confident of what I buy but this piece of junk is going to make me think twice next time I buy something. It looked fine at first, but with the faulty device, I could not connect it to any bluetooth because it would not scan this headset. Then the instructions did not help since they were also faulty, not specifying what each part was;Not helping at all with how to connect it to somewhere. Overall, I gave it one star because I could not do a negative

Many had already played the Multi-player beta and most of the people loved it. Now, with the full release gamers will discover than there is more to this game than the MP.

First of all, Killzone Mercenary looks beautiful and runs without noticeable slowdowns on the PS Vita's impressive OLED screen. The game's graphic engine is a modified version of Killzone 3 rendering engine, a PS3 game. With some obvious textures and effects downscaling still, Mercenary is the best looking game on the PS Vita and the best looking portable FPS shooter I've ever had the delight of playing.

So, for those who were not able to enjoy the beta the multi-player is pretty much standard comparing it to a console game, you've got 3 modes (Mercenary Warfare, Guerilla Warfare, and Warzone). The first two modes were not available to play while the game was on closed and public beta. The first two modes are Death Match and Team Death Match respectively. Warzone is a team based mode with set strategic objectives in each of it's 5 rounds. You have to collect valor cards (dropped by an enemy when you kill it, or by an ally when it gets killed), interrogate enemies, hack van-guard capsules (twice), and kill as many enemies as you can. All of these 3 modes can be played in 6 decently proportioned maps. Multi-player is as robust as it gets for a handheld game: collectibles, ranks, a variety of weapons, and the van-guard modules.

Now, aside from the Multi-player mode, the game includes a 5-6 hour 9-mission single-player campaign that can be played in 3 difficulty levels plus contracts, which will take you back to single-player campaign missions to complete various objectives and get some extra money for it, which will help you to level up (leveling up depends on your total accumulated money) and buying new equipment from the arms dealer.

Money, money money... Everything you do on the game gives you money. From killing an enemy to just grabbing some ammo from the floor, you get a reward for almost everything you do in-game, in single-player mode and in multi-player mode. Your cash, equipment, and rank are shared between the single-player mode and the multi-player mode. This gives a chance to players that prefer to mostly play the single-player mode to enter a multi-player match whenever they want and not be humiliated by players who had been playing MP only and have already unlocked everything there is to unlock or max-leveled.

Unlike the two big shooter games that came for the PS Vita before it (Resistance: Burning Skies and Call Of Duty Black Ops II: Declassified)Killzone Mercenary has done it! It has created a console-like FPS experience on a handheld that has been through some tough times because of the lack of games like this. This game is a technical marvel and a game every PS Vita owner who enjoys FPS games should get. The reviews from the critics do not seem to get the fact that this is pretty much a revolutionary portable FPS done right, extremely right. In my humble opinion, the critics reviews absolutely DO NOT make this awesome game the justice it deserves. You just have to try it by yourself. I guarantee you, you won't be disappointed.

Killzone mercenary has had a lot of hype since it was announced a while back. Now, the game is here, and it is a must buy.

Story: the story is outstanding and takes place just after the ending of the original killzone. You take control of the mercenary name Arran Danner. No spoilers to the story, you'll find out after the evacuation of the ambassadors son what will happen. Although, it felt fairly linear. Overall 4/5

Gameplay:

A neat thing about this game is the options you have of whether going to be fighting with isa specialists or helghast forces. Also, you have a money reward system, which gives you money for Everything. That's pretty cool because you feel the progression, but it could've been toned down a bit.

Overall 4/5

Controls: the controls feel spot on with this game, and we could thank that to the 2nd analog stick and touch screen controls. I felt like everything was brought together in harmony. Overall 5/5

Presentation/graphics: the producers said mercenary is running on killzone 3's engine, and yeah, but it's been toned down a lot. The game will stutter occasionally, but only in heated combat. The graphics, I felt could be better, but are good.

Overall 4/5

Multiplayer; this is another stand out feature of this game with 3 modes and strong maps I felt this really nailed it. Felt fun and rewarding.

Overall 5/5

Replayability is totally here, thanks to rewards and troughs, and with multiplayer, makes a solid package.

Overall 5/5

Overall, killzone mercenary is a must buy, despite its minor flaws. It has a lot of things going for it. Would I recommend it? Yes. Should you buy it? Yeah! Stop reading reviews and go get it. The best experience on ps vita to date.

Killzone Mercenary is the Vita game we have been waiting for. This game is a battery killer because you wont want to put it down! You will be hooked for hours on the first play through until you get a headach like me! As soon as you start playing it you get excited because of how beautiful it looks and feels. It feels like a real FPS in the palm of your hands. It's fun, engaging and satisfying

Let's dive deeper:

Controlsthe controls feel great. The buttons are set up just like a FPS would be on the PS3. You can use the buttons or the touch screen/ rear touch pad. Touch the screen to open doors, pick up ammo, set a bomb, and kill your enemy with a mele. Also, you can use the rear touch pad to run faster. You think it would feel weird, but it actually works since your fingers are closer to the back pad than to the O button.

The only issue I have with the controls is that after playing for a while, my hands hurts. But I think that's only because playing multiplayer for a long time will do that to anyone.

GraphicsThis game looks like a console game. Maybe not as good as recent PS3 games, but at least as good (if not better) than older PS3 games. So just like every new console, the graphics will only get better from here. But don't get me wrong, the game looks beauitful as is. Multiplayer looks amazing! And the funny thing is, it looks better than Call of Duty game I have ever played on my PS3.

Multiplayer Multiplayer just has 3 modes. Pretty much it's Free For All, 4 vs 4 death match, and Warzone (which some of you played on the Beta) My favorite? The free for all! It is so fun to have that "every man for themselves" feeling. The scoring isn't by points. It's by cash. For every kill you get, you get cash that you can spend on new guns (same for story mode) The maps are wonderful! The one in the Beta felt small after a while, but the other maps feel too big for only 8 players. But they are fun to explore.

Spawning is fast and sometimes you will get killed as soon as you come back. But that never happened more than once in a match.

Single Player Haven't played more than the first mission, but it was really good. So far, the story seems pretty bad ass and its keeping it simple. It takes place between Killzone 1 and 2, so thats cool as well. I can't wait to play all the missions (even though I hear it's a short story).

Overall, as soon as you start playing this game you are going to realize it is one of the best games for the Vita. I can't wait to finish this review so I can go play it again!

It is simply amazing how beautiful this game is in the PS Vita. I still can't believe the game looks almost as good as its PS3 counterparts.

And most importantly, it is a lot if fun. The combat is fast, frantic, and challenging. The controls on the Vita work great and allow for some cool melee attacks with the touch screen.

Multiplayer is very smooth and varied enough to keep you coming back for more.

If you own a vita this game is must own. If you don't, it might be worth picking one up to play it.

I am a big fan of WWE games, not so much the show ever since I found out it was fake years ago in grade school. Anyways, the multiplayer was fun and so were some of the other modes. But road to wrestlemania was VERY CONFUSING at times. It should have arrows or something. For example it would say beat up the other player on the stage and then press the notification button. Not a problem, however by stage I thought they meant the ring because the actual stage part didn't even look like a stage really and many other people thought the same as well. So I spent the longest time trying until I decided to go online to look for a video walk through, and that helped me get through many moments where even more confusing than that. Otherwise this game was great and very fun!

Browsing the plethora of reviews and finding that they handed out mediocre (or worse) scores for this game only served to reaffirm my belief that the majority of so-called "professional" critics and awards (though the latter is another subject entirely that I'll not get into here) are completely worthless. Simply put, the critics got it almost dead wrong when they reviewed Dark Void. At the risk of utilizing too much formality, I will break this review into two parts. The first part will discuss how the vast majority of critics' criticisms are completely off the mark, and the second half will discuss what they somehow missed about this game that makes it worthy of a place on my shelf next to Half-Life 2, Fallout 3, Bioshock, and the like.

For starters, critics complain that you spend too much time without being able to fly. This is flat-out false. First off, the ratio of levels that contain wide-open areas that encourage dogfighting and enclosed levels that encourage on-foot or hover action are pretty even. This is what is known as VARIETY. Not many games can claim that they have a flight simulator, a third person shooter with a super-jump and hover ability, and a platformer (of sorts, which I'll get into later on) in one game, and fewer still can claim that they implemented each mechanic with the same quality and care. In fact, I am hard-pressed to come up with a single example of such a game. Further, even when you are in an enclosed base of some kind (which is NOT the majority of the time), you can still go into flight-simulator mode for a few seconds to cover an amazing amount of ground in the space of seconds, then turn it off and hover...or even drop down and melee someone, earning you style points. And as I said before, it is a rarity that you are in a confined space. On the massive levels afforded to the player, you have three options of movement that you can switch between seamlessly and at will, and the result is the most amazing and fully 3D shooter experience you've ever seen. Even mundane (if you want to join the critics in calling them that) shootouts can be taken to the next level by utilizing your ability to go ANYWHERE. You can jet up and point-blank someone on a ledge with a sniper rifle...you can strafe them with your jetpack machine guns...there are an amazing number of options at your disposal. In addition, even if you do want to turn the shootouts into plain-old shootouts, what is wrong with that? The cover and weapon system is a very solid Gears of War clone, which of course is a fantastic game that even the critics agree on. The difference here? You can then also super-jump and hover or even fly if you like. Even when you think you are being forced into flying, you can often times end up doing other things like free-falling to your target instead (if you like) and seeing how far you're willing to risk it before you hit the hover button to break your fall. And this, I must tell you, is too much fun.

Now, the Gears of War mention brings me to their other criticism that is downright ludicrous: enemies are too repetitive. Wow, really? There's another thing this game shares with Gears of War, except that Dark Void has more impressive and creative bosses: with the exception of a few tougher enemies they introduce along the way, you'll be fighting the same kind of enemies all throughout the game. Shooters follow this formula all the time! If anything, Dark Void is LESS repetitive than other games (particularly shooters) because there are so many different aspects of play. And unexciting shooting they say? It's the same shooting you find in all other shooter games, only you have interesting and creative weapons at your disposal that you can upgrade for a variety of fun effects (something, again, many shooters lack).

Now that we have established how unfair and even downright false the criticisms are, it is time to address what the critics decided to leave out of their reviews that bump this game up from a good time to a great time. First of all, the vertical combat system is ingenious, novel, and all kinds of fun. In fact, I would like to cite an example from early on in the game: you find the U.S.S Cyclops, a naval vessel, hanging vertically from a Cliffside. Since at this early stage of the game your jetpack doesn't allow you to full-on fly yet, you must fight your way up the ship before it falls off. And as you do this, you take cover not behind, but UNDERNEATH various obstacles on the deck. You can then pop up and fire back at enemies who are shooting at you from above or below. In effect, this mechanic is very similar to your average cover-oriented shooter, with a few amazing exceptions: one is that you are obviously facing up or down instead of straight ahead. The other is that if there is another piece of cover directly above or below you, you may either jump or flip down in a stylish spin (depending on which direction) to achieve that position. Then, if you just jumped onto a ledge that an enemy is using for cover, you can grab their leg and drag them off to their doom. And amazing mechanics aside, the level design when based on vertical combat is very well done. Various parts of the ship break apart as you proceed, and at times the tremors force you to tap a random button repeatedly so that you don't lose your grip.

Switching gears a bit, there are a few minigames that start up under certain circumstances and provide yet another avenue of game play variety similar to the way The Force Unleashed did. When hijacking an enemy fighter in the air, you must avoid their rotating cannon while attempting to access the cockpit and kill the pilot and simultaneously making sure you don't lose your grip. Some of the tougher enemies require you to start up a similar minigame to defeat them, which are equally creative and fun. Archons can be taken out either by coaxing the pilot out (via sabotage) and breaking its oddly-shaped neck or grabbing one of its exposed pieces of metal on their weapon emitter, tearing it off, and chucking it into the main weapon's nozzle, causing an overload of some kind (the danger here is of course getting out of the way of the weapon before it fires).

Last, but certainly not least, there is one critical element that elevates this game into great status, and this is overlooked by many (including critics) for reasons I cannot fathom. Just as this game took a bold leap into the realm of freedom of movement, so did the developers demand a quality musical score. Sure, there have been great scores composed for video games in the past...but none of them completely matched the tone of each level, nor did they develop themes that represented various characters or races and evolved with the situation. The care that the composer took not only to develop a quality score but also to ensure that you never heard exactly the same piece of music twice is astonishing. Further elevating the soundtrack's quality is the simple fact that the drums, South American woodwind instruments, string sections...the entire, massive ensemble was recorded live. There is not a single fake instrument sound to be found. The result is music in the background that enhances your game play experience to such a degree that it makes you feel like you're in the latest box-office hit. From racing, thundering Taiko drums underscoring the frantic melodies carried by the French Horns or perhaps the Duduk, to soft, introspective character moments, Dark Void has covered the one area that is so often overlooked by developers to a degree that I have never before seen. Kudos, Capcom, for actually spending money on an aspect of video games that is, in my opinion, equally as important to the experience as the level design or the gameplay mechanics.

Now, I'm not going to pretend that Dark Void has no flaws. I would add my own that hasn't even been touched by the "professional" reviews that I've seen (they can't even get the weaknesses right!): the dialogue is very uninspired. The story is good, but when the dialogue isn't very sharp, it can be hard to be concerned about the plot as much. And in fact, there is one universal criticism that this game actually deserves: there is no multiplayer or even coop featured in the game. Your only option for play is a single-player campaign. The campaign is of course fantastic and hours of fun...but a cooperative mode and especially some sort of minigame mode involving aerial stunts, races, obstacle courses, and the like would have been excellent additions to this game. Better still would have been deathmatch maps for multiplayer play, designed so that players can dogfight or duke it out on the ground in the same area. And, to be perfectly honest, the campaign should have been longer if it was the only game mode to play. This game, while realizing much of its potential, still had more to reach for. But anyone who rates this game as anything less than an 8/10 or so would be a hypocrite, because I guarantee you they had more fun than that. As I would suggest with any medium that has dedicated critics to tell you what is good and bad, ignore them and try it out yourself.

Graphics: 7/10

They use the Unreal Engine, and as usual it looks great. The color pallet is a little muted, and enviroments can look a little repative. Little details like changing character costumes in different settings are missed.

Sound: 6/10

Voice acting is a little hit and miss, altough more hit then miss. Nolan North does a good job, altough the character feels a little too much like Nathan Drake (of Uncharted series) at times. The sound design is solid, but not spectacular. There are some hicups in the sound at times.

Story: 4/10

This is a B-Movie turned into a video game. You basically are sucked into a link between paralell universes at the Burmuda Triangle, and spend the rest of the game trying to liberate this world. The plot throws some things in there, and then doesn't do much with them. They jump from the proagonist meeting everyone, to months later and having familiarity with everyone. Things are rarely well explained. Most importantly, the character arc of the protagonist is VERY lackluster. The games ends, and you feel like shrugging your shoulders and saying "whatever". There are some fun ideas here, but nothing comes to furition.

Gameplay: 8/10

Every B-Movie is dependent on it's gimmick. In this game, the gimmick is you get a jetpack. Quite frankly, the way they pulled it all off is pretty cool, and makes up for the unremarkable aspects of the game. You start with your basic cover shooter, and this works just fine. Then they give you the jet pack, and give you a level or two to learn the mechanics of it, and now you can play the game however you want. This concept natually gives the game great varetiy, never letting the game get stale.

Value: 6/10

At 10 dollars, why not? The game is on the short side (7-8 hours), and once you beat it, there won't be much desire to go through it again. Once done with it, it will most likely collect dust on the shelf, but for 10 dollars, the 7-8 hours are certainly enjoyable enough.

Overall: 6/10

You'd be tempted to give this one an incomplete. Little details are missed, the story is not very smooth at all, and they could have fleshed out a ton of interesiting concepts that are introduced. Still the gameplay is solid and fun, and almost makes up so a lot of the flaws.

Age Approprateness:

It's a shooter, but there's no blood. Any deep or complex concepts that might be too much for younger minds are not fleshed out, and therefore ingnored by younger players (and us grown-ups as well). 11 or 12 should be a perfectly adequette age for this game.

If you ever played Crimson Skies you'll feel right at home. Control config. is even the same wich is a good thing. Newbies might have some trouble with camera work but is a skill easily attained. cover system is basic and easy but the real fun is in the flying. 2 hours slipped by me without even focusing on the missions. I gave this game a 4 because the cover system can be a little etchy at times, and graphics arent too wowing, but this is definitely a game that should not b ignored.

I'm not a great gamer and barely qualify as a dabbler -I bought my PS3 and Xbox mostly for my nephew and niece to use. But DarkVoid appealed to me based primarily on the jetpack angle and the 1940's "Rocketeer" story setting. I ended up playing the entire game through -okay, so I did it on the Easy setting but, hey, this is only the second game I've played to completion and the first since Crackdown a couple years ago. DarkVoid was generally fun -you got to do a lot of shootin', and you got to do some jetpack dog-fightin'; the storyline didn't make a whole lot of sense but it's all just (interesting) window dressing for the gameplay. I wasted some time because sometimes the level goals weren't clear. I also thought some of the on-screen symbology was not clear -example: I didn't realized until I was 95% done with the game that what looked like a bullseye indicating where to shoot was actually an indication to push the circle button on the hand-controller; oy. Bottom line: I liked the game, and became somewhat obsessive/addicted about making progress, but I also know I'm not any kind "power gamer".

Want Dark Void Discount?

Okay, so this isn't an extensive review. The person who wrote the longer one detailing just what's great about this game and just what the critics got wrong was spot on. And I've even read the reviews not rating this game so high. Nitpicky. All the things they find faulty or challenging about this game, I just thought it was all great. And the guy that talks about the licensing?, really, you'd rather have a game called The Rocketeer? No, you wouldn't; it came out for the 8 bit Nintendo and was terrible and I will never or extremely rarely buy a licensed game because they're just making it as part of the synergy to promote the current largest media outlet of that product: movie games especially. I only make an exception for Spider-Man; I have broken down and bought two of those, but only when they were not tied to a movie of any kind, because then they were independent creations and Web of Shadows really let me down.

But back to this game. Dark Void is a blast. I love it how when you're close enough to enemies and shoot them, you hear the 'tink,' 'clink,' 'skarmp' of your laser blast pelting their metal. I like it when from wherever you start your jet blast, your characters legs flail all out like he's really blasting off--nice animation. I like the variety of attacks you can use and the different visual environments. I'm only a few hours into it and from peaking at some of the levels on youtube, I have quite a ways left to go.

This game is unbeatable for the price. I hope enough people buy this game on whichever platform so that there can be a part II. If you add this game to your library you will not be disappointed. If I had to say it was a mix of games, I'd say it was a cross somewhere between Dead Space and Uncharted. It feels a lot like Drake's brother playing the protagonist. And the neatest thing about this game, is yes, the fully 3-D environment. You can move the camera and see all angles of every piece of the level. You can attack up and right in front of you. I like how one of the in-game hints says "If you can't find where to go, look up!"

I also liked the Bionic Commando game, except for the voicing, and in a way this feels a little similar to me, but if I had to pick one to play, I'd go with this one, you can fly! Okay, I think that wraps it up. Let me get back to playing.

Amazon kept sending me emails to review this product, well here my review. Basically the controller feels like a XBox 360 controller, but that is the only good part about this controller if you like 360 controllers. When it arrived it didn't work. The clip that holds the battery pack in didn't hold it. If you give the controller a shake the pack goes flying. I had to stretch out the batttery coils just to get it to power up. Once it started working, I had to download an update from my PC, just so I could sync the controller to my PS3. The USB cable that was in the package was a little thicker than dental floss and didn't work, had to use a different cable to update and sync. More than half of the advertised features don't work. I tried to contact Datel Support, to try and figure out why the features didn't work, it's been more than month and still haven't received a response. I can't even say that this is a good cheap controller because it costs as much as an official Sony controller. If you want a headache, a controller that you will need to use tape to hold the battery pack in place,or a controller that isn't going to work right out of the package, then this is a controller for you. If not stay away from Datel controllers.

The instructions that come with the device are pretty vague (inadequate), you must download a more complete manual.

The software (download that also) is very easy to use.

However, be aware that until you PAIR this device with your PS3 only a DATEL LOGO will appear in the LCD.

To Pair (first time only)

Your PS3 must be on. Hold down the 'PS' button on the DATEL EVO for about 3 seconds.

Now you can start the PS3 via the PS button just like the standard controller.

Testing this is Sniper mode pretty cool however the controls even in the fast mode are not as responsive as a standard Sony sixaxis.

I'll post more as I experience this unit.

I bought this controller from Datel's website. Upon recieving the controller i was very frustrated with it. The screen would just flicker and couldnt get anything to work. Well, the first thing to do was I downloaded the user manual from the website and the PC program "PS3 Evo Customizer" When I pluged the controller into the PC the program said there was a firmware update, I did that and that got rid of the screen flickering and any other issues I have had with it.

This controller has ALOT of features and the PC program allows you to drag and drop new features into it. I also have a modded factory Sony PS3 controller and I would recommend that to anyone before this one, however it is a good controller and I really like the button remapping and thumbstick tweaking for sniper use. This looks ALOT like XBox's MW3 controller as well but alittle more chunkier. Overall I would recommend this but it will never beat a modded factory PS3 controller, BUT! I've used alot of 3rd party contollers and this is by far the best I have used. As a bonus, you can even use the Microsoft XBox 360 Battery pack in this as well.

Tales of Xillia is the first title in the Tales game in the series to feature a player select option to see the game through Jude Mathis's point of view or Milla Maxwell's. This game's camera angle is very similar to the camera used in Final Fantasy XIII because it wanted to deliver a more cinematic view during gameplay. The animation by far is the most impressive in the series' history and the game has no game breaking glitches as should be expected by now. The combat when doing single character battling is very much the same to Vesperia, but much smother and the Skill points make a return. Similar to Final Fantasy X's leveling grid is an arts grid for increasing character status to a peek and shops have VIP roles to unlock to buy better weapons and armour. Milla Maxwell is by far the most powerful Tales character ever introduced and is very pretty to add, but she doesn't know much about being a regular human girl. Jude Mathis is a doctor and an expert in healing arts, but his world get a bit rocky shortly after the opening cutscene clears and Milla is introduced. The openning cutscene is Progress by Ayumi Hamasaki and this is where the review gets a little less lengthy so bare with me.

The Good:

Great Story

Excellent Voice Acting

Best Battle System

Best Graphics so far

Lovable Characters

Beautiful Cinematics

The Bad: Slight learning curve, but nothing 30mins can't fix.

The trophies are really fun and challenging, but not to hard to obtain if you are persistent and some sub-events are going to say to be continued. Also note that some of the sub-events are timed like locating the pendant and such...because if not you'll get to far and not be able to continue it. I haven't gotten very far, but I figured the game should get a decent review anyways...also no spoilers needed so if you got questions ask away. ^_^

I've been enjoying this game. At times it drags on, and because I'm limited in Japanese, I get confused sometimes but hopefully that will change the more I play it. Soon I'll be able to do a second playthrough and hopefully understand more about what's going on in the story.

I bought this for my son because he loves the tales series of the game but I was a little disappointed that when you look at this game that it did not say that the language was japanese and not english if I had known it was only in japanese, I would not have bought this game. and that the english version has not come out yet otherwise, everything would have been fine. you should start mentioning in specifics if it is in english or the language that it is.

I just wanted to warn anyone who might consider buying the Killzone bundle...they just announced a bundle, for the same price, that will include the entire Killzone Trilogy with the camo controller so if you can wait put your money towards that instead. With that said, the Killzone games are great and the fact that this is bundled with a controller is even better.

I have a TV with only one HDMI input... what a drag to have to switch cables when you want to do Hi-DEF gaming and Blu-Ray with the awesome ps3 on your HDTV that already has the cable box hooked to it.

In comes the neat little JoyTec HDMI Trilink. The thought process is right... it allows you to hook-up three separate HDMI sources to your TV with only one HDMI input. It even has a nice little basic remote and an attachment which allows you leave the unit hidden and still receive signal from the remote. I even setup my universal remote to control the unit.

The problem is that I keep having problems... Sometimes it's no sound and sometimes it's no picture. To make it worse... no one thing fixes it... sometimes it's as simple as changing the channel on the cable... other times I actually have to restart the little unit (mostly I have to restart the little unit). And since I have it hidden with the rest of the cords... I have to move my entertainment center out to get to the unit. Needless to say... it's a pain when you want to watch something right then... or have company over.

If you're willing to deal with the crap... it's excellent for the price you pay for it since I haven't found anything else more reasonably priced. But, if you can (meaning you can afford something else)... skip this one... if not, it's worth having over nothing at all.

From my cable box, the picture cut in and out, and from my PC, the picture had lots of artifacting. With direct connections, they worked fine. I emailed Joytech support twice in the last three weeks with no response yet.

I have three devices hooked into this little switch: DirecTV HD-10, a PC via DVI to HDMI converter, and a 360. It works as advertised as long as you don't breathe in its general direction. If you do, the picture more often than not will not come up until you go jiggle the cables leading into it. It's a real pain, but at the time, it was far and away the cheapest thing I could find that had three ports. Times have changed, and now so am I. I'm writing this review as I'm searching for something to replace this PoS

Here are three things this switch will not work with:

Motorola cable TV box (passes picture, but not sound)

Roku streaming video box (passes picture, but not sound)

OPPO 981 DVD player (passes nothing).

I have an old Monoprice 5X1 switcher that works fine with the Motorola box and Roku box, but not the OPPO (same failure mode).

Did not try it with the PS3...what is the point?

Simple, small, and easy to hide out of the way. It does its job just fine. Does NOT need to be used with a PS3 to work, any HDMI devices are fine.

I don't see what all the hate is, seems like a fun game to me. Also pretty cool that your riders mp3 player uses the playlists you have on your PS3, don't know yet if that function works online or not. The mountains are plenty huge for exploration and there are challenges for those who need them. The controls aren't bad, I'm not a career gamer and I had them down in a few minutes. Not sure about other reviewers but I used to snowboard, and yes, if you don't want to do a front flip you have to stop leaning forward....common sense 101

Well the controls aren't really complicated but even when you follow the directions the boarder doesn't do what you want.

Husband was pleased with overall condition of game, no scratches and in very nice condition. He was excited that it was the Target limited edition. His only complaint was that upon receipt of the game and opening it, the disc wasn't secured in it's slot, but the game works perfectly!!

This is a a good quality stick. I like the way it sits on the leg for use on the couch. Good adjustments to get it to fit to your hand size which is important. I have only been able to try it with one game and it worked well. The thing I am disappointed about, is the fact that it does not work with Battlefield 3 which is why I purchased it. I'd also like to note that I emailed the customer service department of the company before I purchased, asking if it supported BF3. I got no answer.

This is a great stick for playing pretty much any flight combat game on PS3. I bought IL 2 Sturmovik with it and it works great. Packaging is awesome Saitek did a great job on this stick. It is kind of like gaming mouse Rat 9 you can do a lot of adjustments with it.

If you're having trouble with IL-2, you need to go in and reconfigure the buttons from within the controls menu. You can assign anything you want to whatever button you like. Also, Birds of Steel (same developer) works great.

It has limited abilities and can only work properly with a few old and outdated PS3 flight games. When it does work the trigger does not respond on PS3 flight games. Instead other buttons do that job, and there are many other buttons to fumble around with.

It is not a universal flight stick and only works with a few select old outdated games.

I dont recommend it, but it does look cool.
